I enjoy the pizza here! The atmosphere is very friendly, but at the time of this post, I have been trying to get ahold of the restaurant to place a to go order for the past 3 days and can not get ahold of anyone. Not sure what s happening here but when I go in person there is no sign posted with info either and it is closed. Once again 2 months later, I am calling and calling with no response 2 hours before closing no one is there even though hours state open till 9. The hours seriously need to be adjusted since I have issues with getting someone on the phone I often drive to place an order in person only to find out their closed hours before set time online. Today is a Friday it says 9pm. I use to order at the other location for many years before being sold I truly enjoy their pizza but whom ever is running/ managing this place is not going a good job time management wise with sticking to one time schedule.

Love the one on Neches! Great New York Pizza! I used to go to the one on Calder but the chef changed the menu to some kind of Greek food. I knew that wouldnt go over good with us plant folk. And it didnt! Saw on TV that it shut down for lack of business. Bet the chef really lost his....assets?

I came for work to Beaumont and find this place and omg I am so happy that I did. I tried the house dressing on my salad, great! The bread is addicting and talk about cheese on the lasagna . Everything was so delicious and my server was amazing with suggestions. Will be back

Ordered the stuff pizza cooked well on the outside inside cold cheese barely melted that pizza was 28 dollars it definitely wasnt worth it our server was very nice and helpful the place is beautifully decorated nice cozy pizza spot just gotta do better with that stuffed crust pizza I felt almost violated paying for it even warning it to at home it wasnt good we only at a 1/4 of a piece at the restaurant thinking well warm it at home no good

Tried this place on a whim, been looking for good pizza in Beaumont for about a year now. Has to be one of the best I ve found in the area. Pizza was delicious and the stuffed pasta dish I got was amazing. Personally what I was looking forward to was the Alfredo, and was sadly disappointed. In my opinion not worth 20$, it was Pretty bland and the chicken seems to be precooked straight from the freezer. Everything else was great though! I ordered to pick up and was greeted by a bunch of friendly smiling faces and the rest of the food was great, I just don t recommend the Alfredo if that s what you re looking for.

It wasnt busy when we came in, but we genuinely enjoyed how nice the waitress was. Food was good, we had baked ziti and a chicken parm. Wish there was a little more seasoning with the chicken, but I understand that a lot of places dont put too much in the case of allergies, so I dont mind too much. All in all, great restaurant, solid food, and theyre not too pricey either. Id recommend.

I had gotten the stuffed pizza to go on Wednesday April 17th and I wasnt going to leave a review at first. But my parents I had bought the pizza with encouraged me to because it was not what it used to be at all. To be honest it was quite under welming. First off the stuffed pizza used to come with pepperoni, Italian sausage and Canadian bacon ours barely had any pepperoni and was all Italian sausage. There wasnt even enough filling in the pizza it was all in the middle and none as you ate towards the crust. I dont like posting this because Ive always loved the food and when I get a chance and Im in Beaumont it was one of my go to places. But something has definitely changed and it wasnt for the better.

Worst Italian Restaurant in Beaumont. When we were ordering, the waitress told us that we were looking at the wrong menu so the prices will be higher so as the portions. It turned out to be a bait and switch. They charged the high mystery price and gave us the small portions. Bread was cold and stale. The quality of the food was terrible. No wonder why the restaurant looked like a ghost town.

I agree with some of the other reviews about the pizza. In one word -- YUK. Mine was floppy too, undercooked, and no flavor. It didnt look appetizing at all. And whats frustrating is the slices are smaller yet the price has increased. Seriously? Youre taking advantage of your customers. Keep this up and youll lose customers, and remember, no customers = no business. NYPP is nothing like it was under the old owners. I miss them. I used to love to order a slice at lunch, go pick it up, then run errands. Did it today for the last time -- threw it away. I dont like to negative but just want to help others save money by not wasting their time. Go somewhere else for good pizza.

The place is really nice and the service was fantastic. My wife enjoyed her pasta and wine. The pizza was average. I was going in expecting then New York style with a little bit of crisp underneath. However this pizza was super floppy and not crispy at all. The flavor was pretty good but the soggyness and floppiness of it threw me off a little bit. It might have been just this time that the pizza was pulled too early or something so Ill give it another try in the future. Seems like a really nice place with good service but I went for the pizza and was slightly disappointed.

Good Italian food in downtown. The service was excellent, love the atmosphere. Prices are ok, given the market value now. Parking is great. The bread and oil was fantastic! The chicken cremora was great, highly recommend the grilled chicken. The pizza wasnt New York Style, but it was good.

Umm so i call and order half cheese pizza and half chicken and vegetables.. they could of play it off better, so they they literally took a cheese pie that was done already and put the chicken and veggies on top and sprinkle some cheese, and it was the most un-satisfied, taste-less pizza ever, as the chicken and veggies just fold on top.. they sauce and dough are tasteless. Never again. I been to a lot of state, ate pizza in each one of them since I m a pizza fan and 1 to 10 this pizza was negative -5

I enjoyed the atmosphere and the service at the restaurant. By being from NY, a lot of places used the moniker of NY style when referring to the pizza. Its not! I had what I thought would be a traditional chicken parmesan sandwich. It wasnt! I was not impressed with the sandwich. We ate at New York Pizza & Pasta on Neches Street Saturday. The food was delicious. I had Cannelloni and wife has Chicken Parmigina. Farah was our waitress. She was excellent. Never had to ask for anything. If you have never been there, we recommend you try them.

To me the pizza was average, certainly nothing to rave about. Not bad just not great. Maybe it s that I have had NY pizza. Our first time going because its all the way across town and they close early on week days. The bread and olive oil spiced dip was excellent, fresh and hot. Our server, Denise was excellent she was friendly, help, and fast. Our food was fast, fresh and hot. We got the double decker ny pizza and it was outstanding. I could only eat one slice it was so much food. The sauce was so delicious, my daughter ate it plain because she liked it so much. The restaurant was very clean and inviting to hang out. We will definitely be back. We were told by many locals to try that location and said to avoid the other location so that is what took us so long to visit. Definitely a return to spot.

My wife and I came here for the everyday Lunch specials, but were shocked to find out it had been removed, menu revamped, and prices increased. $$$ wasnt an issue. We ordered the usual and everything just tasted different. The dining experience wasnt the same either, I realized it was dead even during lunch time. I hope this new Chef realizes that having the lunch special section for lunch is what people loved about this place even with the price hike thats business, we get it, but dont change something food wise that worked. Charge a few more $$$ fine, but realize youre hurting the variety that used to be there. Used to be my favorite joint in town it will be my last.

Ate here twice with a group while we were in Beaumont for our jobs. Really enjoyed the food, I got gorgonzola pasta with chicken in it. Both times we had Farrah as our server and she was great! She was really knowledgeable about everything on the menu and gave us some great recommendations. She was personable, quick and efficient and a really excellent server! The pasta was great, so much so I got the same dish both times. The thick onion bread was to die for, and it is served with real butter as it should be instead of margarine! The sweet tea was some of the best in Texas, dont change your recipe! Overall, I really enjoyed my visit here and if I am back in Beaumont, will definitely make sure and stop back by.

We regularly order take out for the spaghetti works, garlic bread, and chicken parmesan sandwich from new York pizza and pasta. The sausages in the spaghetti have changed from zummos to an Italian coin sliced since we last visited. Theres normally more meat portions as well, but either we were served less this time with carry out or perhaps its a reduction in general with new ownership. The meal and flavor was still delicious, but the changes was surprising. Paying $28 for garlic bread and a single portion of spaghetti is no longer worth it as a regular lunch spot with these changes.

I ve been a huge fan of New York Pizza and Pasta for as long as I can remember but after visiting today (44/17/203) this was an entirely new level. The atmosphere was amazing, the food was phenomenal!!!! It s obvious the new ownership is making some positive changes. I honestly cannot stop thinking about how fresh my food was; from the fried calamari to the dinner rolls to the shrimp scampi. NYPP was already an automatic go to for me ABC my husband, but now it s a MUST go to. Thank you NYPP staff. Hands down best meal I ve had in a while.

The garlic bread with cheese was very delicious. The slice of pizza was ginormous. I enjoyed the fact that they served their cheese slices with a generous amount of cheese. Most places have you searching for the cheese even after ordering extra cheese....no worries of that here. Also had pink lemonade which was also delicious. The only negative I have is regarding our table, it leaned to one side significantly. The booth seat was also a little broken and the cushion was ripped. The atmosphere is very cozy so if you prefer more space between tables, this may not work for you. Bad furniture aside, I truly enjoyed the food. As a pescatarian its difficult to find places to eat where the food doesnt have cross contamination let alone be delicious. Parking is on the front street on a strip with other establishments to patronize. Didnt see wheelchair accessible ramp, but that doesnt mean there wasnt one.

We really love this restaurant. We visited July 5th 7 p.m. not busy and yet the food was amazing. As good as its ever been or maybe even a little better. Farrah our waitresses is awesome. I was sure to ask her, please tell the chef five stars. This particular restaurant is downtown and maybe a little off the beaten path but well worth going to because the food and service is always great. The space is small but part of its charm. The quality and consistency of my favorite dish is always amazing to me how they can do it year after year . My son found the wine list all that he wanted after a few samples and recommendations from Farrah. To give five stars is a rare thing for me. During the week this place is packed with the downtown work crowd. If youre in the area its worth the wait. At night not packed at all ,very cozy.

The night I came to dinner with my family Farrah was the only waiter working and she was host and bartender that night as well. She was incredibly friendly the entire time. Despite waiting on the whole restaurant, she was never rude or short with anyone despite how overwhelmed she was. All four of us enjoyed the complementary bread and each of our delicious pasta dishes. We would absolutely come back thanks to the excellent service of Farrah.

The service was very good. But the pizza is not NY pizza. I grew up in Northern NJ and ate alot of NY pizza. For us not good at all. No sauce, ALL CHEESE. NY pizza is sauce and cheese. Tastes good. Dont know about their other food. Only had the pizza.

I stop through here on drives specifically for the quattro formaggi pizza. Its got the perfect cheesy flavor and the crust is soft but firm too. Paired with a side of a la carte meatballs, this makes for the best meal after a long drive. Service is always quick and staff is great as well

Best Italian food in the Golden Triangle. Delicious flavorful generous servings. Server Farrah is amazing...She makes you feel welcome like you are dining in the home of a friend. She takes menu orders from an entire table of guests without writing anything down and each guest receives exactly what they ordered. That is amazing! No rush to leave after meal is finished either.

I had the linguine pescatore and my wife had eggplant primervera. Both were excellent. The scallops and shrimp were cooked perfectly- a rare event in my (extensive) dining out experience. Food was clearly really fresh. They were friendly and accommodating. High quality overall and if I lived here it would be one of my go-to restaurants.

Very pricey. Ordered the NY staffed crust meat lover pizza. Looked like 2 pizzas face to face. (Crust on both sides). A small side of marinara that was way too small for the pizza. Daughter ordered a seafood pasta dish which comes with a salad or the other pizza/pasta in town. At this restaurant we were told we had to pay for is separately. I wont go here again.
