We had an amazing summer at the Chuck E. Cheese in Beaumont! The silver play pass was a great deal! The food was always delicious and the staff was welcoming and friendly! Always felt nice and clean. Arianna made us feel like family when we were there!!!

The manager that worked tonight Monday July 15, 2024, was the most respectful, very friendly, and outgoing. We stopped by to get out of the car for a little bit driving through back home to Georgia. He even came out as we were leaving to wish us safe travels. What an amazing manager he was. Thank you sir!! If we ever come back through beaumont Tx again we will be stopping at this location again!! The other staff was very nice and helpful!! What an amazing place and time we had!!

Went to a birthday party last weekend Ridiculous prices 18 dollars for 6 to 8 wings then they rush you out of the party for the price you pay for the party I didnt see anything they did that was so spectacular for the price you pay dont see this place being around to much longer thats why they not as busy as they use to be I was going to give my grandbaby a party here but now I have changed my mind not for them prices wing stop prices isnt as high as chuck cheese

It has been some years since I came to this location and I must say, it didn t disappoint. From the moment we walked in the Manager Richard was VERY helpful. We celebrated my son 2nd birthday and he made the experience peaceful and affordable. Richard informed us about the Summer passes that my others kids will enjoy this yr without breaking our pockets. The cashier Shania (I believe) was so professional and helpful. This location is starting to change things around for better experience so if you want your kids to enjoy ask for Richard.

We had a great time and food was great but no one was there to stamp our family when we arrived and no one was there when we walked out to check us when we were leaving. We were asked by 2 homeless men for money outside in the parking lot. On top of that, this man in the picture, was outside when we walked in the door. He was in and out of Chuck E Cheese while we were there (over 2 hours). He would stare awkwardly and even went in to use the restrooms. WATCH YOUR KIDS!!! And ladies be careful, don t go in the restroom alone. When he saw that we were leaving he went outside and was right outside the door begging for money. It didn t feel safe while we were there.

I have enjoyed this place since the first time, in Houston, probably three decades ago. Of course, it has changed over the years, but its still a fun place to go with good memories, and for the making of new ones. I did miss the old mechanical band that was on the stage, but things change.

Everything was great. My autistic nephew turned 12 and Dad and I threw him a birthday party there. There was lots to do and fun to be had. Even there was something for the grown ups to do. I highly recommend this place . Kid-friendliness: Theres plenty of games and fun for kids to engage in safely.

My family had a blast! I cant believe how cheap they are compared to Main Event in Beaumont but of course one is more geared towards kids than the other but still, I probably wouldnt take my kids to Main Event unless I wanted to spend a fortune. I only spent $48 for a family of 5 and played games for 2 whole hours. The staff really seemed unenthused to be there, and the person dressed up as Chucky just really couldnt get into it. I think others would be better suited for the role. The specials at Chucky Cheeses are also good, inquire about them when you go or use their app! Kid-friendliness: Super cool for the kids, they had a blast even though the staff really seemed unenthused to be there, and the person dressed up as Chucky just really couldnt get into it.

Every employee was in there playing a game and not doing anything. Several games were missing balls/disks. Then the mouse came out and ignored my 4yr old and pushed him out of the way to go talk to it s friends. Talked to the manager and nothing was done. We won t be back.

I recently took my two kids for my daughters birthday to this establishment in Beaumont Texas. We had a bad experience, the service and food experience was very disappointing. Not to mention more than a few games were out of order. My daughter looked forward to seeing Chuck e but he never came out. Even after the video saying he will come out. I spent almost $100 and literally the worst experience for a kids birthday we could have had. There was no one at the establishment, I mean there was us, one other family and the employees which seemed busy doing god knows what. We waited over 40 minutes to get a pizza, no one checked on us. I would like someone at your establishment to make this right. Kid-friendliness: Yes, but a lot of games are out of order.

Do NOT GIVE A PARTY AT CHUCK E SHE IN BEAUMONT TEXAS. Its a waste of time and money. I saw the party host twice the entire time we were there.IT TOOK A HOUR AND A HALF OF A 2 HOUR PARTY TO GET THE PIZZA I ORDERED UPON BOOKING THE PARTY! I was charged 2.99 a piece for 8 cups because the adults werent given any cups! Even though I clearly stated that their would be 8 KIDS and 8 ADULTS AT THE PARTY UPON BOOKING! They failed to inform we wouldnt have anything to drink from! THEY DID NOT DO THE TICKET BLASTER! WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO BE APART OF THE EXPERIENCE! 0 STARS AND WE WILL NEVER RETURN!!!
