The only that wasnt bad was the wait to be seated. To start off the manager/ acting host looked like he was just tired of it all and was just rushing to seat people without even greeting anyone just looked really annoyed. Our waiter named Sergio it start off OK as I was await for my party to arrive, but as soon as she sat down without giving time to look over the menu asked if she was ready to order. We asked for a few more minutes and he looked kinda annoyed. Once we were ready to order we order an app sampler and our entrees. We waited about 30 minutes before we got our app and it had looked as if it was under the warmer for quite some time as our waiter went into the restroom on his phone for several minutes before returning to his post but he would come out of the kitchen look then go back in. When we finally got our entrées they were dry. My sister had ordered and chicken biscuit with gravy and it came without the gravy, dry and the hasbrowns on the sandwich burnt. My entree came out cold, the pancake I got with the order came out warm almost cold but again like it was just sitting under the warmer. I asked the waiter to replace my plate. My sister tried to eat hers but only ate about half. (She didnt want to complain.) I ran out of water and before I could even ask my waiter he just took off again to help another table or to disappear into the kitchen.i asked for the check 3 times. Had to go to the wait station for them to finally charge me so we could just leave. Two tables turned out had walked out because of our waiters poor attentiveness. Staff was arguing amongst themselves so the atmosphere wasnt great. We should have left from the start but I was to hopeful to give them a chance because i havent been to IHop in a while. Lastly was when we got the check I had left no tip and the order came out to 43.59 this was on the 1st of August. On the 3 of August I received notification of the final total and they add to the final total making it come out to 45.10. Needless to say I was livid that the charged me more than my total. I called them I not going to lie very upset and told me everything that happened and asked why the charge me additional which I never got an answer. They did let me know that it will be resolved in 5 to 7 days so there will be an update on that if it happens. It wasnt even worth the money or the time. ( Update: the issue was resolved I waited about 2 weeks after to get the refund but was issued it. The gentlemen that i spoke to at the place work hard to get it taken care of. Im still going to give it some time before i return. Hopefully the next time i could give them a better rating.)

This negative review will echo the negative reviews that came before it. 1 pm on a Sunday. The dining area was absolutely disgusting with the walls, covered in what looks to be layers of coffee syrup and dust. The floor was littered with food and dirty napkins from previous patrons. My utensils were smudged with grease so I used a mildly cleaner fork from my daughter s setting. My omelet had a hair on the plate so I sent it back. The environment was too nasty for us to complete our meal sitting there so we briefly took the food home, before it ended up in the garbage can. I will never visit this IHOP location again, because if the dinning area looked like this, I don t want to know what the kitchen looks like. Unless you can look at filth surrounding you, and still maintain an appetite, I suggest you don t come here either. I m only giving this establishment two stars that entirely belong to our very sweet waitress. She scurried around waiting on table after table with a genuinely pleasant smile, as I watched, what looked to be a very nonchalant shift manager, leaned up against the wall. IHOP Here s a tip for management lead by example. Pick up a broom and sweep up the filth. I understand IHOP is not a Michelin star restaurant, but we at least deserve a clean environment in which to eat. I ve visited this location several times although this visit was quite different. Upon arrival we were seated and I noticed the enormous amount of food and trash debris on the floors and tables. Finally after several minutes we were able to order food. After our order we waited 22 minutes and finally asked the waitress about our order she said that the kitchen was slow. So finally after 15 minutes we received our partially warm food. There were only 11 customers in the store at 2:15 pm and 8-10 wait staff most of them sitting around chatting and playing on their phone so no excuse for poor service. I d suggest firing managers and some wait staff and hiring additional cook.

i dont even know where to start, I wish google had zero stars! - 30 mins waiting on our food , at a non peak hour with a 1/3 of restaurant capacity. - During our wait, I counted , 5 servers just walking around, or in corners chatting, our own server did not come by during the 30 min wait that, so I had to call another one to get more coffee and asked her to find our waitress. Once our waitress came to the table, she said that it was slow because they are short in cooks, then 5 min later, we got our food cold, hashbrowms and bacon burnt. - Place was filthy - table that we sat and floors. The most shocking thing was to see the manager was just there, physically there !! Hanging out with the workers. Maybe they should cut on servers and get more cooks, and manager should be on top of the details. When your 11 year old says this deserves zero stars this has to tell you something.

I very rarely leave bad reviews. Weve come here multiple times, first time was told there was no one to work the kitchen. Second our service was ish but the food was good! This time we had Jennifer as our server & it was honestly some of the worst service Ive had. I am a server at a high paced restaurant & I am VERY understanding. But when theres no one in the restaurant & you are barely paying attention to us, WHILE SITTING RIGHT NEXT TO US IN A BOOTH on your phone...talking away while were trying to get our check, I really cant be sympathetic. I genuinely have no idea how yall have 4.1 stars.

The girl that was working the night shift today (July 2nd, 1:00 am ) was just awful. Made us wait 20 minutes to be seated and took an extra 30 min to finally hand us our drinks . I usually dont leave reviews but I hope corporate sees this. This morning, my grandfather and I went to have breakfast and as soon as we were seated, a verbal fight broke out in the kitchen. After hearing so many obscenities coming from kitchen staff, we both felt super uncomfortable but decided to stay any way. Our server was very polite and attentive. The food? a little undercooked. Not sure if we ll ever dine at this location again after all this was the first time we had a semi bad experience at this location.

Tammy, our server, was in a very cheerful mood and was very pleasant, giving us excellent service, and our food was very fresh and delicious! You know, Im quite tired of not getting what is advertised and paid for. Especially from *this* exact restaurant. Double Blueberry pancakes, really? Wheres the blueberry compote, or whipped cream, or blueberry sauce that are advertised? All I got were some mediocre pancakes that I couldve made at home, and a small container of regular, unflavored syrup that had a mild plasticy, stale flavor. I cant even recommend going in person, because this is the exact same location that kept my family waiting for so long we actually left. The only thing I can recommend are their chicken omelets... unfortunate for a place that brands itself as the international house of pancakes. But really, if you want good pancakes go elsewhere... or if you like actually getting what you pay for.

Good morning pantunflitas Today it was IHOP again. Its close to me so they worked it out The chefs are really on the . Today I tried the veggie egg white omelette they have and it didnt stain. I liked the touch of the pesto and the sun dried tomatoes with the mushrooms, everything, absolutely everything today. I will definitely come back for this dish. The coffee as always - fresh. Me and my boyfriend come to this location all the time, for the most part the food is always really good and comes out fairly fast, however, whenever we do come, one of the waitresses does not greet us (or anyone) when waiting in the lobby. The server/host took long to sit us down. There was no one waiting and it was late. The food tasted like the griddle needed cleaning and the burner was high. The pancakes tasted like if the griddle was high, hard shell outside and inside was needing a little more cooking. Bacon burned. The eggs were well cooked when asked for over easy. The chicken was cooked doubled and very crunchy it made my gums hurt. Just wowed on the food. It was 1240am or so and for what we got it was ehhh ehhh.. should have been better.

The food was not that good. The plates were really hot but not the food. The coffee carafe was dirty (it had some kind red sirup all over it), the waffle sirup container was disgusting. Waited 50 minutes to get our food from the time of ordering.

It is 3pm, almost entirely empty inside, plenty of servers and no host, sat in the waiting area for 15 minutes straight with no one offering more than a dirty look in our direction. Was never seated or told we would be attended soon. Treated as if we were trying to be served after closing. Extremely disappointing. All these servers need to be fired.

I just have to brag about Destany who went above and beyond for me. Having super strange pregnancy cravings, she made sure I got exactly what I wanted! Jumped through hoops to make sure every weird thing I wanted was on my plate. To say I was appreciative is a complete understatement. She was a beautiful human and I m so glad we had her to care for us! Thank you!

Go in to place an order, have to wait for someone to acknowledge me, place my order after being told I they couldn t remove onion because it was too small,they didn t have cream cheese, I had to get a combo meal steak tips. I was fine with the onion being that I was told it was small and sautéed, also fine with no cream cheese even tho they have provided before. When I told her steak tips came alone online she let me place it. It shows it comes with mushrooms and onion but i said no onion. I come home to this for 10+tax nothing else with it and the burger with whole onion! Disappointing when you go for the quality of food to get poor quality and poor customer service! I keep giving this iHop chance after chance and this is the last time I order from here. They only have one server working and what seems like 1 cook because the food takes FOREVER to come out. There is no one in the front helping to go orders so the one server who is working is literally doing everything by themselves. A to go order that was supposed to be ready at 10:35 is still still not ready after sitting here for 20 minutes. This is uncalled for and management needs to be fired for running such a poor establishment. I will be contacting hire up management as this is the 4th time I encounter this issue at this restaurant. Don t waste your time or your money here, make the extra drive to the ihop by the outlets.

The seasonal pumpkin pancakes were outstanding! I recommend trying them with the butter pecan syrup. That made for a great combo. It was pretty busy when I came in, so there was a bit of a wait, but service was friendly and food came out quickly once I ordered. Tara was very kind, and although juggling several tables, she was always making the rounds making sure all was good. Thank you!

This IHOP location was the only option left after a night out and was an alright environment. The food was great, however it felt like we were being rushed out of the restaurant. I understand that it was late night when we arrived, but for a place that is open 24 hours, it felt like we didnt have to be rushed. I just order a side of pancakes and it came out pretty quick. Overall, it was an average IHOP experience. The restaurant is typically good for those late night cravings. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is very wheelchair Accessible with big spaces all throughout the location.

I came here for breakfast. I was seated quickly, and the server came and took my drink order as well as my food order. Food came out very quick and was delicious. I ordered the all Meats omelet. My server came back after a few bites to see how everything tasted, and then that was the last time I saw her for the rest of my meal. When she did come back to my table, she came from the back kitchen and literally had a whole mouth of food. She had to literally cover her mouth with both hands to prevent any food from getting spit out and was mumbling because of how full her mouth was. It was very nasty and very unprofessional! If you arent going to come around for 20 minutes of my meal, dont come back with a mouthful of food. Take 30 more seconds, and swallow the food. Unbelievable.
