They are very helpful. I missed the deadline for getting my kids pictures and they were able to send the link to me so I could order them. Don t be scared to ask them for help.

These are really good and the price is a little high but you get more for your money than the other places offer. I had picked a different background but I got a different one but I guess next year I can get the one I want

I did not receive the photos I ordered initially -- Not sure why, but they promptly resolved the issue and got a new set of prints out to me immediately. They looked great and are great quality. I will definitely be ordering with them in the future.

I love that our school has Traditions Portraits take school pictures every year!!! They are always so friendly, and helpful when I have questions. Their picture quality comes out perfect everytime. They truly care about their customers. Definitely recommend!

please do not buy their products online, they sent me the wrong pictures, they dont answer the phone, they keep telling to contact school, but school didnt receive the pictures.
