My 3 siblings and myself used J Nichols Law, PLLC to assist us in obtaining a clear title on our deceased mother s home. She was very thorough and professional allowing us to work miles apart and sign documents online. Not only was she thorough, we were most pleased at the short time it took from start to finish. We have been clients of Jennifer Nichols since 2015. She has successfully handled a contested guardianship for my late mother and, more recently, issues regarding her estate. In the course of our case, she also updated our own wills and estate plan. It has been a joy to work with her. She is intelligent, insightful and always a step ahead of the other side. Her advice is generally simple, logical and practical. Things inherently move a bit slowly in the legal arena but Ms. Nichols keeps things moving forward at a good pace. It s a great comfort to know you are in good, trustworthy hands. We live 300 miles from Beaumont but it s well worth the occasional road trip.

Jennifer Nichols (and her team)has,is and always will be my go to for any attorney work I need. She has helped us in the past setting up series LLC and other entities for our business. She has facilitated and directed me with my mom s estate. We have just finished estate planning with her for wills,POA s, and all the related documents and just received a very organized portfolio binder for us to add extra family info and for the next of kin and/or executer to follow when the time comes! And one extra tidbit she is a CPA along with being an attorney which explains why that sets her apart. If you have any needs that direction please make a consultation appointment with her and you will be thanking me later. PS she does not talk in legalese and you can understand her fully.

I recently used Nichols law firm for help settling my Granmas estate. She did not leave a will, so there were a lot of things we needed help with. Jennifer and her paralegal team were on point. Communication was excellent. Service was very professional. I would definitely use them again if I had to, although I hope I dont!

I highly recommend J Nichols Law for estate planning and probate matters. I am a lawyer and I hired J Nichols Law to do my estate planning documents. She will do most meetings virtually which is helpful as I live about a hour and half from Beaumont.
