This place was really cool, my husband and I stopped in for a few drinks. The overall theme seems like aviation style war time, so all the drinks were named accordingly. The prices were kind of high, about $60 for 4 shots off the menu, but they were strong and tasted decent. We didnt eat anything, so when we go back Ill update!

Insane. It was my first time going there and I was very excited from what I heard. But we were sat and we were waiting for 40 minutes. And I shouldn t be able to get up and ask for a damn beer. Everyone else around us were getting service expect for us. On top of that it was completely empty, so everyone saw us with nothing on our table just waiting. Horrible experience and horrible service.

We have had a great overall experience with Bombshells and staff. Just like any growing business we had a few hiccups at the beginning of our group watchparties but staff (management) has been very easy to work with and have been able to really help provide an AMAZING experience for our NFL group through making the necessary changes. The girls, hostess; have been great with keeping up with our large group as well. I can say the last few watchparties, our hostess Jay has been phenomenal! She is definitely NOT afraid to take on added work and does so with a smile. Thank you Jay for helping take care of our group and making sure they are always attended. A HUGE THANK YOU to all management, Especially Liz and Irene, for hosting us every season for our STEELERS watchparties and always ensuring our dedicated area has sound and tvs for all. We truly appreciate you all. When I walked into this place for the first time, I was unsure if I had just stepped into a strip club or a restaurant. The lighting was dark and there was a bead curtain affixed to the ceiling in what I believe was intended for a more intimate setting. The bartenders, who were very attentive and quick with getting drinks, had their rear ends hanging while wearing trashy apparel. As I ate, it became certain that waitresses and hostess made their tips by flirting with customers. I observed one waitress deep into a game of UNO while another sat at a table and introduced herself to a couple of guys. I am unsure it exists, but I bet there is a back room for extra circular activities if one wanted. This is definitely not a place to take kids, even though I saw a family with a 7 year old son there. It could be a fun place, just need to clean up the trashiness, add some lighting, and maybe get new uniforms like a flight suit, but with shorts for the waitresses to wear to accommodate the military motive. In response to the reply from the owner: If you pride yourself on being a sexy-military themed bar and restaurant, you should have an age restriction to enter the place. A seven year old should not be succumbed to this type of atmosphere. There is a difference between sexy and trashy. A woman can still be sexy, while covering up her body. When her rear end is completely exposed, that turns the attire into trashy. And you are correct, I will look elsewhere next time I am looking for a meal. Other than the menu having military named food, this place completely misses the mark on a military themed restaurant.

The service here was VERY slow. A specialty drink from the bar took well over 15 minutes. The booth we sat in was dirty on both sides, so we had to brush the gross stuff off before sitting down. LOTS of TVs here to watch sports. Food is very expensive.

Music was great, beautiful restaurant, but the servers are young and didnt know drinks. She kept saying she was only 19 and didnt know names. Manager came to table and she didnt even know what brand of liquor they had. I personally went to the bar to see what they had. Drinks came to us watered down or wrong. Requested Rebeccas Creek whiskey in the Whiskey Sour. All she heard was whiskey and she said ok. We asked for an extra shot of Rebeccas Creek and the waitress said that she didnt know what that was. We told her that is what we requested for the drink and she said she just asked for a whiskey sour. Be ready for audience.

Been going to bombshells for a few months now here and there. I ve always had a great time. Servers are amazing and attentive. My server Karina, is always prompt with food and drink orders. She makes you feel like you re eating dinner at home, but with great service. I ve had a few servers and not a single one has ever disappointed. NEVER AGAIN! I will never have a draft party here! Most unorganized and worst staff. I make the reservation a month in advance! I call 2 weeks later to confirm it s still good. They say yeah you re good . Called a week before and same response just show up we ll have everything ready. Called the day before same response and I asked about the draft board and they said we have it and we ll have someone write the names in for you. Then we get there and they don t have it when down we were going. Then get told they ran out of draft boards 2 WEEKS AGO! One area that could use improvement is security. It s concerning that security staff seem to be present only during the night, and even then, they appear to focus primarily on the entryway. I believe that equipping the security team with radios would help them cover both inside and outside the restaurant more effectively. Additionally, there have been instances of vehicle break-ins, particularly targeting Fords, which I have unfortunately experienced firsthand. As a precaution, I recommend not leaving valuables in your vehicle when visiting. Overall, Bombshells151 is a good spot to dine, with the potential to be excellent. The food is enjoyable, the service is outstanding, and the management team is commendable. Yikes. This is the second time weve been here and the second time Ive been incredibly disappointed with this place. We went right after they opened and there were maybe 3 other tables seated. We told them we needed a table for 6 and we were seated at a TINY 4 top. We asked for a bigger table and the 3 hostesses at the front, all but rolled their eyes and sat us at a table with 5 chairs. Cool. We snagged a chair from another table. Waited about 10 minutes before anyone even took our drink order. I ordered a Bloody Mary that took longer than the apps to get. Waitress said its because it came with a skewer and needed to wait for the back to make it. Which is fine. She eventually brought it out.... Minus the skewer. Then half way through our meal another waitress brings me the stuff on a plate and says this was supposed to go with your drink. Food took forever to come out. 75% of it was cold, to the point it inedible. My pork chop tasted like it was not only old but like it got cold and needed to be reheated. My daughters tacos were dry and bland. Not once did our waitress ask how the food was. Not once did we get asked if we needed refills. Once she dropped our food off- we didnt see her again until I flagged her down and asked for boxes. Funny thing is that the waitresses were flocking to the guys around the bar that came in after and making sure they were more than taken care of. I guess thats on me for bringing my family to a sports bar for lunch. Because they DEFINITELY dont do their jobs being attentive unless they feel they are going to get a bigger tip. First time we went, I chalked the bad food and service to maybe an off day for the establishment. But this second time confirmed its just how it is.

I see a lot of the wait staff sitting down in uniform and eating, then getting up after 10-15 mins to go check on their tables. Went in for 2 beers and received some of the worst customer service I have ever received. My card wouldnt scan because thier spectrum wifi was down.So they had security surround me while attempting to collect.They treated me like a criminal or a bum when I am a customer. I carry a chl so for them to surround me like that was a really really bad idea because I was in the right and this buisness was Im the wrong for treating me thier customer in this aggressive manner for no good reason. Also the hostess and the front desk told me rudley to step aside instead of having common curtisey and manners. Well, let me paint you a picture of my recent adventure at Bombshells San Antonio. Imagine stepping into a place that looks like it could be straight out of a design magazine trendy decor, Instagram-worthy corners, the works. You think to yourself, This is going to be awesome, especially with all the bombshells :P ! But then reality hits harder than a soggy French fry. First off, the service was like watching a chaotic dance routine where no one knew the steps. I swear, I saw more confusion than at a blindfolded cat convention. And then theres the air conditioning or lack thereof. Apparently, theyre going for that authentic sauna experience, because I was sweating more than a polar bear in the Sahara. They had the nerve to tell me it broke the day before. Only later did I find out its been on the fritz for over two weeks if not longer! I mean, come on, folks, Im all for saving the planet, but this was just plain uncomfortable, not only for the customers but you can tell the staff was not enjoying it either. Now, onto the food. It was okay. Not mind-blowing, not terrible just okay. Like that B-list movie you watch on a rainy Sunday afternoon because theres nothing better on TV. And dont get me started on the poor waitstaff who, despite their skimpy outfits (seriously, who thought that was a good idea in a sweat lodge?), were visibly perspiring like they just ran a marathon. Hey, management, heres a hot tip: quit being cheap and fix the A/C before your staff melt into puddles and your customers start bringing their own fans. The potential is there, but until they sort out their priorities or change the name from Bombshells to Sweltering-Shells, Im taking my appetite elsewhere. Be prepared to sweat.....HA!

BEWARE: Waitress revised my tip amount WITHOUT MY CONSENT!! I dined in on 6/21/2024 around 9:00pm and ordered a meal for myself. I tipped $6 and later discovered it was changed to $10. Luckily, my credit card company informs me anytime I tip higher than average. My credit card company had my back and compensated me as Im not responsible for fraudulent charges. I thought Id reach out to Bombshells and let them know my experience given that if this happened to me, its probably happening to many other customers. I was told they would have the Manager give me a call back. Well, a few days have passed, and I never received a call back . This was my first time at this location, and it was the last time since they dont seem to value their customers. BE CAREFUL IF PAYING BY CARD!!

Went to Bombshells on Sunday. I asked the girl at the waitress station if I could sit outside she said sure she would send somebody out there. 22 minutes later, nothing. As I got up to leave she just gave me a hard Blank Stare as I walked out. I used to go here a lot and spend a lot of money but I wont be doing that anymore and I do not recommend this place to anybody

This was my first time here, I went with 3 other friends. They sat us at a dirty table and no one cleaned it, we had to ask the waitress to clean it. Then she brought our appetizers with no napkins or plates. Then brought our food again no napkins or silverware, we had to ask for it. We sat close by the swimming pool area, she went into the pool after serving our food She was more interested in getting into the pool then giving us good service. The food was not worth the price, my ribs were burnt Then some older man stood by the pool and the girls were squirting him with water and he was squirting them back, the water reached our table into my friends beer and on her legs. They saw and didnt apologize to her. The young girls in the pool just kept staring us down after we complained. Not a good first experience there, I highly doubt we will ever go back.

Sat at table smelled like Mildew I asked the server if she can re -wipe the table with a disinfectant. She asked if I liked to move instead of cleaning it , And she stated she will get some one then no one had done it. I order a Dr. Pepper and was awful It was more carbonation than anything. So I waited for like 10 to 15 till I can ask for a tea. It took another 10 to 15 minutes to get it. And Was not sweet tea . After our order my food was cold and when I was fished my meal I had an empty cup of tea and eaten my full meal with out a refill.My friend had to getup go to the bar to refill his drink as I still waited for the server to arrived to get my refill. And when she did get to the table I asked her if she can get me another sweet tea she took another 10 mins before she arrived with my tea. This time it was sweet.

I hate to give bad reviews but this place when it first opened was good now it s a luck of the draw thing. My go to waitresses are Alyssa Gigi Laiza, and Chass. If you re here on a busy day it takes a while for your order sometimes on non busy days I ve waited close to an hour for a meal. Some of the waitresses will disappear for a long time and if you re on instagram you ll see why, a good chunk of them do instagram live and disappear. My buddies and I had to wait an hour just for drinks. Also they got rid of Emerald, which blows because she was always on top of her stuff also. I really liked this place when it opened now I just go to twin peaks.

We didnt know about this chain when we tried it, so we didnt know it would be similar to a Hooters when we took my 87 yr old mother in there. But, we are fun loving people willing to try places out. We arrived at about 6:45...the only people there were at the bar, should have just turned around right then....but, we didnt. Instead, we sat and ordered. Shouldnt have. Looking past all the butt cheeks hanging out, we ordered a top shelf margarita, a signature drink, a club sandwich w fries, salad, and a burger w fries. Initially our drinks showed up quickly...but the margarita had no salt on the glass (waitress didnt even ask if it was wanted or not, so it seems the bartender just didnt do it), it tasted ok. The signature drink was watery. Then the salad came out about 7 minutes later....a few minutes later, the club sandwich is brought out, the kitchen didnt even cut it. When we had been sitting there for 30 minutes the burger and fries STILL hadnt arrived. I finally got our servers attention (who truly was completely emotionless and looked like she could care less about us) to complain. I got excuses. What excuse is suitable for a dead restaurant that cant get three simple items out at the same time? She went and spoke to the Manager, who came over and proceeded to say shes supposed to have previous experience and I dont know whats up with the kitchen (Isnt that your job to know?) While she was standing there the server brought the burger out....just the burger, no fries. And said they had lost that order. Ummm, the kitchen lost just the burger off of the ticket that had the other two items?? Really?? We ended up having our food comped but wow...how is this place in business? So, save yourself some grief...dont go there! Kid-friendliness: Not for kids...its like Hooters only with butts hanging out

First time going to bombshells visiting. Spent 80.00 and spent half the time searching for a waitress to help us. My husband and his brothers met up to watch a game there , if you are not sitting right at the bar expect to wait 35 min to find someone to help you. Sitting right in front of the bar asking for a beer the bartenders rolled their eyes or flat out ignored you. Waving down a waitress they would walk right past you. Finally asking if we even have a waitress about 5 min later the girl showed up. When looking around to find a waitress 6 of them were at the cash register on their phones. We decided to leave at that point and went across the street to bombshells with a much friendlier staff and we didnt have to wait 20 min to find someone who would help. Would not recommend this to anyone. My husband is retired Air Force they did not show any appreciation to military in my opinion.

As a Veteran of the Marine Corps I must say, this was a horrible experience and I wont be coming back. Our party was left unattended the whole time we were there. Had to order drinks at the bar even though were were seated at a booth. There was an Arm Wrestling Event and the Waitresses were overwhelmed. It was very uncomfortable inside because of the temperature(hot ), everyone was fanning themselves with the menus, even the Waitresses. They kept saying they would send us a Waitress which never came to fruition. Never had a chance to order food. This place totally blew their chance to make a good first impression. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, Twin Peaks or Hooters in the same area would be a way better alternative.

Crystal went above and beyond to ensure I was cared for when I came for a group birthday party. A lot was going on, so I was running about, and she made sure to find me each time to get my drink to me and ensure I was receiving top-tier quality service despite making it quite difficult on her. The atmosphere was fun and professional. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a drink and good food check out Bombshells. There is an outstanding improvement from before. Oh, and when you go, ask for Crystal; she will take care of you.

horrible management of this location i went to a car meet hangout that they advertise went in parking lot parked my car hung out took pics even had staff come take pics of my car then because of a non employee host wanted me to leave and is up to them who is allowed to park ??!!!!!!!!!! . so they told management and security to have me removed what kind of welcoming event and restaurant is that !horrible. Atmosphere is great, but if u r female and want to sit at bar do not! The three bartenders talk and socialize with all mid age guys but ignore females. Like i had to call them over from the three standing together talking to each other. I had to call them over just to put in a food order. And do not order bombers if you are allergic or do not like sweet bbq. I asked for it on side. taking my order she said she did not know if they could put bbq on side as it is precooked. Precooked! That is scary! I got bombers with grilled onions with a lot of sweet bbq sauce covering it. I think (but can not confirm) that they would be great without the bbq sause. Alianna apologized for not asking them to put bbq sause on side. She said they would reduce price but .. this being my first experience and having to eat shrimp bombers with a sweet bbq sauce that I knew when i ordered, I probably would not like . a reduced price does not cut it. I didnt have the best experience here. Ordered a chicken fried steak and it was extremely greasy and broken apart right when I cut into it. I ended up eating my husbands food. Then I ordered vodka tonics with lime and after about 4 of them I noticed I was still 1000% sober. No buzz, nothing. Went back and forth with the manager and waitress and they took those drinks off my bill and assured me that my drinks would be specifically made by the manager. One of the drinks was, but the others were not. Long story short, my bill had 13 shots on there and I was more sober than the group of guys who had a few buckets of beers. Paid $100 in drinks for myself to be 100% sober. Manager changed her tune and accused me of having a high tolerance and thats why the 13 drinks hadnt effected me (made myself a drink the very next day that was 1.5 oz and was more buzzed in that one drink I made myself than the 13 I was charged). Very disappointed and out $100 of just plain tonic water. What was even worse is when our guests were asking if there could be some sort of investigation regarding the fact I was sober off 13 drinks and maybe something was wrong, manager claimed my guests were being threatening and said she was getting the bouncer.....our guests were both military. Wont be back.They ONLY thing I can say is our waitress was super super sweet.

I love visiting here. There is nothing more I expect of the atmosphere of a sports bar, but the quality of food and customer service has exceeded my expectations. Grey is an amazing server that gives such welcoming energy. Her suggestions from the appetizers to the flavor of wings were very spot on and I honestly couldnt thank her enough for giving the best suggestions I couldve had through out their wide variety. Make sure you ask for Grey to accommodate your visit. Shes such a good vibe. The drinks are very good as well and their daily specuals are hard to beat, $4.for a wide range of shots . Nothing beats a few modelos off the tap though for my preference. Hands down 10/10 will definitely visit again of course.

A group of us arrived at 11:30 not a person in sight, another customer was waiting at the check-in stand. We waited 2 minutes for someone to arrive and assist us. All the waitress were in the back corner talking. They finally sat us and took our drink and food order it took 30mins to bring out our food when there was only 12 customers in the whole entire establishment. Our food was taking so long to come out we requested our checks before our food came out to help us leave the establishment. Our food came out shortly after asking for the checks. We had to ask for our drinks to be refilled and for simple condiments like ketchup for the table. The food was very bland I ordered the green beret burger the only think I could taste of the burger was blue cheese crumbles. We had to ask for a server to take our checks to pay. It took them 10min to bring our cards back. I will not recommend this establishment to anyone. Horrible service and food was not great.

Very disappointed in the service i had today. Service was slow (1+ hour wait for food at 11am with no one else there), drinks never got refilled throughout our time there, after finishing our meal we asked if they had Military discount and the waitress rolled her eyes that we asked (we were there for a Military function). if you are planning on going there, save yourself a trip and some money and go somewhere else. If youre charging $23 a burger you should at least have decent service. Service has to be pretty bad for me to take the time out of my day to negatively review something.

My wife ordered Titos and tonic and was consistently served nothing but tonic water. We repeatedly told our server and the manager that there was no alcohol in the drinks. They told us we wouldnt be charged for the drinks only to actually be charged with 13 shots of vodka ($117) for my wife alone. I even asked the manager to speak to my wife (which according to them had 13 shots of vodka) and the manager even acknowledged that she appeared to be completely sober. After we approached the manager, she offered to take one shot off ($9 off). I dont mind paying for a night out, but this was ridiculous. I essentially paid a $200+ bill for me and my friends to have 7 beers and wings. Absolute worst experience Ive ever had at a bar.
