Grumpy Cashier during the hour of 8-9pm. I dont know what the ladies problem was at the cash register . her attitude was very uncalled for and rude( i could definitely post the name but i wont because they know who they are). i understand if a lane is extremely busy it is frustrating but there was only one person waiting behind me ,so what is the big deal and to top it off i only had 7 items . i usually like all the employees at this kroger because i tend to go a lot but this left a bad taste with me . please educate your employee on proper etiquette or do not place them in a situation that involves customer service.

Unchecked the box at checkout to not recieve emails on deals etc. Been two months and get daily spam. When trying to unsibscibe, Kroger forces you to sign up and make an account before being able to unsunmbscribe. Idk if itsbBad website design or intentional, but bad business practice nonetheless.

April 30 - I went to pick up my Perscriptions. I had 4 total and they only gave me 3. Incidents happen - no problem. May 7 - I go back to pick up the additional Prescription. I arrived there at 1:15 and the pharmacy was out to lunch. Understandable, I can wait. They re no chairs to sit but the two chairs available near the pharmacy counter. I sit down and wait until 1:30. Another couple comes up at 1:25 and told them they re closed for lunch until 1:30 . The pharmacist, Mitchell, comes from the back at 1:30 and told me you re not suppose to be back here . I told him I m waiting until 1:30 . He proceeded to re open the pharmacy and then he deliberately waits on the couple that got there at 1:25. They told him that man was here first . He ignored them and continued to wait on them. I said really . He finished with them then waited on me. Disappointed with this interaction but determined to get the prescription, I held my composure. I even told him thank you at the end me of the transaction but did not receive you re welcome in return. 1. The young man s name was Mitchell . The name on the receipt was Floating Pharmacy . 2. Not a good representation of Kroger at all. 3. Not a good representation of Omega Phi Si at all.

This store has gone down . Produce section had rotten fruit and vegetables, flys all around and some sections completely empty. The meat section with the chicken and fish was spoiled and smelt horrible! I dont that happened to this site because I use to shop there a lot and it was never like this. Buyers beware!!!!

My review is based on the bakery and the Star Bucks inside this Kroger. The lady (I can t remember her name) at the bakery was very helpful. She was sweet and easily to talk to. Kayla at the Star Bucks was great. We ordered 4 drinks and had spectacular requests for them and she was awesome at getting them all right. The drinks were delicious.

They have really great employees. Friendly, helpful and they make sure to get you the help you need. I dont know to many of theyre names but I know two young men that are always helpful and just as nice as they can be. Marcus and Darius(Dee) there was a lady that worked there by the name of Travis, she was awesome, havent seen her in a while so she probably moved on to bigger and better things in her life. Yall should visit Kroger and make sure that you acknowledge there helpfulness and great attitude. Thanks guys

I went in at approximately 9pm on November 27th. My wife and I found the chicken on sale because it was dated sell by November 27. It was a good deal so we got about 15 packages. There was NO sign with a limit on them. We get to the front and begin to check out. The manager tells us that we can only have 4. I pointed out that there was nothing posted about a limit. She said it was her discretion. My wife and I go out every weekend and feed the homeless using our own money, not donation, so when we see a deal that would allow us to help more people we get as many as we can. When we tried to explain this to the manager she said she didnt care. Is this Krogers attitude about giving back to the community. If so I pray everyone boycotts them in the future

I have been Kroger shopping for a few decades now. Primarily and as a go to store, I now live in Texas (transplant from up north) , I lived in Ohio. Was happy to see that they provide here also. Showed up to pick up custom cake and cupcakes only to be told they didn t do it. Someone placed my order form under the wrong date even though it shows the right date on the paper. The man behind me s order could not be found at all. Avoid the bakery it s a hot mess disappointment. Manager offered me free cupcakes that I had to wait 45 min for. I do appreciate the lady who made them even though she doesn t work in there she tried her best.

Will NEVER shop here again!!! I would advise no one else to shop here either. Went in last night about 10:30p.m. with my daughter and friend and used self-checkout I put my card in to pay and noticed ROACHES crawling everywhere. They were even coming out of the money dispenser , crawling around the bags, I notified a manager on duty and she just acted as if this has been an ongoing issue and just waved it off. If it had not been something I could wipe off , didn t need a bag for and not so late I would ve asked for a refund. Will be calling the health department Monday morning.

Mandy/Amanda in Pharmacy was short and curt with me on the phone today 5-8-22 at 1:45 pm. I have 5 scrips and simply want them all filled when I get there. Mandy must have disdain for elderly customers. I speak best I can. Her rude attitude is not necessary. Somethings wrong with the pumps here at the location of fuel Kroger store number 325 in Beaumont because I got 11.432 gallons and it did not register in my vehicle I spoke with the clerk and this is not the correct amount of gas that is supposed to be in my vehicle and nothing was done about it to check the pump I will not advise anyone to get gas at this store I used my Kroger points which gave me 20 cents off so I paid three dollars and 49 cents for gas and the regular price is $369 however I did not get the correct amount of gas at the pump into my vehicle I would like something done about this because I use Kroger gas and my rewards points all the time if someone can contact me to rectify the situation because I did not get my correct amount of gas from the pump thank you

I have been using this pharmacy for years but I believe it is time. To change. Called in my prescriptions thee days ago and when I go to pick them up they havent even started to fill them. When I questioned them about why they are not ready after three days the pharmacy tech gets an attitude. Hit or miss with the service for grocery pick up. Most of the time , the time you reserve us not the time you ll pick up your items . They ll usually call you about an hour before to tell you the need another hour or 2. Also, they don t really tell you what items you re missing. Just hand you the paper and you have to figure it out. There s room for improvement for sure.

I have been doing grocery pick up orders from this Kroger for a while now to avoid social interactions due to the pandemic. Usually when I do my pickups, the Kroger employee will stand ~ 6 ft away from my car, tell me what items werent in stock or substituted, then proceed to load the groceries in my trunk. However, today the worker leaned against my window while talking to me and didnt observe CDC distancing protocols at all; he was literally 1 foot away from me. I was shocked and taken aback by this because I didnt expect to come into close contact with anyone while doing my grocery pickup. I work a professional job from home and only leave out to do grocery pickups and on rare occasions physically pick up stuff from my job. Today was the closest Ive physically been next to someone who wasnt my family since this pandemic started and it made me really nervous.

I will never spend another penny at Dowlen Rd.,Kroger in Beaumont, Texas. I tried for 1 and 1/2 weeks to transfer my prescriptions to this store. The pharmacist and pharmacy techs were as rude as Ive ever been treated. I reported their unprofessionalism to the store manager. Been shopping at this Kroger for about 15 years. I really like the savings when you use your savings card in addition to paper and digital coupons. Really helps me stretch my dollar. I always do the self checkout and the staff that works that area is really helpful when you need it. The one negative about this store is the deli, just in the last 3 weeks I tried to buy deli meats/cheeses and stood there for a good 5 mins or more with no other customers waiting and no one ever came over to help, gave up and left both times. Shop here for sales but go to HEB for the deli.

Since about the time of Hurricane Harvey in late 2017, there seems to have been a little less attention given to both of the Beaumont Kroger locations, resulting in more frustration that something may not be in stock when trying to get the weeks shopping done. I only deduct one star since Ive noticed this to a lesser degree at a few other local places. I hope that it wont be too long before I can upgrade my evaluation again.

This Kroger location has got to do something about the cart situation. It does not matter when you go there, carts are everywhere in the parking lot. There is no good place to put them up and they stick out way in the parking lot. They need to either install cart returns or have someone go out there and get the carts more frequently. Because there is no good place to put them, people leave them everywhere. Also there is not place to return carts near the handicap parking. I do not park there but I often think how awful it would be for someone with limited mobility to put their cart up. The setup leaves no option but for those individuals to leave it in the middle of a parking spot or walk all the way back to the building. This cart situation should be an easy fix but it s always a disaster. It s getting to the point where I may just go to another grocery store even though I prefer Kroger.

Most of the time I can find everything I want. The only times I have problems is that sometimes the cashier and person bagging the groceries either dont talk or dont provide service. Today was one of those days. I had a basket full of groceries and 3 small children. The person bagging walked off and called for someone else to help. The person thst showed up went to the next register. I finished bagging my own groceries which ended up in 2 baskets. One of the,children had to push the second basket out. So be careful.

I have always loved this store. Not only is the produce fresh and well kept but the deals on practically most things in the store are amazing if you get a free Kroger card. Also the Kroger brand is actually really good! After I shop once a week then I get gas and save on that as well by earning grocery points. Theres really no better place to shop in Beaumont.
