Beautiful space. Rented for a baby shower. Would Never rent again. It is $100 per hr. But, have to pay $100 for set up and $100 for clean up. Had to pay $150 to bring food I. I Had to get a million dollar general insurance policy. Had to find my own company which was an additional $100 (cheapest quote). The person that opened the building started removing pillows from the patio by 3:30 pm, harassed my guest by telling them I needed to be leaving at 4pm when I paid to clean and be gone by 5pm. And after telling several of my guest, he approached me and told me the same.We were out by 5pm. I told him see sir were done by 5 He told me he just needed to be somewhere by 6pm.

Its nice place to exercise. Monday thru Friday I love this place .They have Cardio, Yoga, Martial Arts Come and enjoy yourself. You can also workout on your own pace. Its free just come and sign up.

Awesome space for small gatherings (30 - 40 people) The room has a small sound system and the decorations are a nice touch to feel a bit more upscale.

Nice place. Needs more chairs for venue. Open seating is not great to manage a plate of food. Would have been nice if Outdoor cushions were set up. Nice set up

Had an excellent time got the venue for husband Birthday/Anniversary party we had a ball. Loved it and will get the venue again beautiful and elegant place to have host a event.
