One of my favorite parks in Beaumont. Great trees and great shade. Even after a good rain, I still enjoy visiting. There are plenty of benches to sit at throughout the. So many of them are painted. I would like to paint one, one day. I will definitely visit again.

Dont walk there if youre the only one in the park. I love this walking park, but last time I went I was the only one and thoughtwow, I have the whole place to myself. In the back of the park a guy came out from behind a tree and motioned me. I was ready to take him on when God was watching and sent another walker to the park and said guy lurked off. Be cautious and only go if others are there. Toilets: No restrooms. Dog-friendliness: Dog friendly and even have poop depository cans.

I love going here. Its 2 blocks from my house and it has a lot of trees and squirrels, and if youre lucky some mushrooms to photograph too. Its pretty year-round.

Love this park when I visit this area. Its shaded, the walking path is not in one straight direction and its always clean. The benches are cute, unique and add a pleasant touch. The only issues I found is that its not well lit at night and the grounds hold water (which holds mosquitoes). But its a park so overall, I give it a thumbs up

Amazing park - full of beautiful pines and many playful squirrels! Great trail around perimeter. Lots of people bring their dogs. Benches along the trail are perfect for taking a breather from walking! Dog-friendliness: Many people will let you pet their dogs!

This is a nice small park with lot of trees, shades and a trail. There are picnic table available and good amount of parking. The only thing missing is a public restroom.

Dog-friendliness: Wastebaskets available throughout the walking paths, bring your dog baggies... Nice slopes and curves for strollers along generous shady tree canopies throughout the walking paths. People should potty before you go strolling, walking or jogging. Map of grounds available plus bench placement for resting or viewing the scenery. Some use them for stretching posts and exercise props for sits ups between alternative workouts...

decided to come here because it s too hot at the folsom trail - beautiful park!!! lots of shade and benches. the trails are perfect for walking, running, and the grass nearby for picnics! there are trash cans everywhere so there s no excuse to litter. will definitely be back!

They have picnic tables were you can sit and enjoy your lunch when you need some fresh air and vitamin tree. There are plenty of squirrels there too, just please dont feed them stuff thats bad for them. I forgot there was an elementary school directly across the street until I saw the kids running out of the building. I dont know if it was because there was a good wind blowing, but thankfully I couldnt hear them very much. It was a pretty peaceful place.

This park is a blissful little place tucked away in the overly cemented and metal-roofed-buildings of Beaumont TX. It is not the sort of park with a playground or anything fun to do, really, but it has walking paths winding through grass and shady trees. Squirrels are common, and there are beautiful birds around if you look hard enough. Even the noises of the nearby street do not take away from the pleasant green of grass, clovers and a variety of trees. I recommend this place if you need some fresh air and a little walk under some sun-blocking leaves. There are a few benches here and there and a couple picnic tables, but no vacilities. There is lots of open grass so I assume it would be perfect for a picnic, blanket style.

Great park for walking and getting out for fresh air. Park once had a terrible stigma for shady acts going on there. Havent noticed any such things there in recent years. Mostly families or walkers getting cardio. Seems to be a safe place for women to get out and exercise.

Park itself is AMAZING, but Ive gone multiple times and it looked like people were hanging around and not conducting park business which is a shame because the schools playground across the street looks directly at the parking lot of the park. Children notice people not doing the right thing and cars coming in and out really quickly, just saying if anyone is listening
