Southern Chicken sandwich. Subbed O-Rings for fries. The chkn breast was gargantuan. Crispy crust. Moist meat. Savory flavor. Sandwich was built high with a mountain of tasty additions. Rings were sweet and crunchy. Server Dani was mild, mellow and spot on the job. Sports bar Vibe with blinking tvs all showing analyst huffing, puffing and saying all sorts of guff and stuff. Loudly. Earnestly. Authoritatively Neat-o. =Peace=

The style and ambiance are sports bar style, suitable for going to watch baseball, soccer and American football games, boxing and MMA fights and any sporting event on television. On Thursdays they have a promotion on wings, so it gets busier than usual that day. Parking: Part of Parkdale Mall.

Notice beware of gross nasty fungus mold hand washing area and bathrooms!!! This is where the staff washes their hands. I told and showed the manager two weeks ago! He looked at me like Im crazy and said Nothing!??? I suppose the kitchen is cleaner or they fry the skank off the food?!! Ha:) The wings are usually good but overcooked sometimes. The bartenders are always nice! Love all the wing flavors!

Long waits for okay food. The waitress was nice, but to busy to give us timely service. The portion of fried pickles was way less than we have ever received in the past. The burger was good, but the fries where over cooked in old grease, judging by color and lack of flavor. Im not sure why this place has started to go downhill, but I would have given it 4 stars 3 or 4 years ago. Do better.

I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings, and my experience was a mixed bag. The food was pretty much what youd expect from a sports bar standard fare that hits the spot when youre in the mood for wings and snacks. However, the atmosphere left a bit to be desired. The TVs were cranked up so loud that it was difficult to have a conversation with people at the other end of our table. The service, unfortunately, wasnt up to par either. Our server spent a lot of time on her phone, both by the bar and in the restroom, which was a bit unprofessional. This contributed to slow service overall; it took longer than it should have to get our orders, refills, and eventually, the check. We ended up waiting almost ten minutes for the check, and it was only when one of our party members stepped outside to take a call that another server finally brought it to us. Overall, while the food was decent, the loud environment and poor service made the experience less enjoyable than it could have been.

Love going to this place because of the atmosphere, but the wings were overcooked. Need to change fries. This is not the first time either. Ive talked to other people and they have the same complaints. Management needs to improve on their food and service. The waiter was great this tine but earlier in week we went for lunch and our waitress was not good.

Food is always inconsistent. Especially if you want traditional wings. It s either dry or just right. Mostly dry every time I eat at this location. If you want quality wings, eat at Wingstop. I m done eating here unless they fix the main thing that they serve which is wings

My partner and I come here almost every week, we always make the 30 minute drive just to come here because this location has the best service and wait time. Right when you get seated, you are served your food within a span of 10-15 minutes. Every server I have gotten is always so polite, even during their busiest hours we still have the same consistent service. Only flaw I can say is that sometimes the food comes out cold, but it s a very easy fix so it isn t really that big of a deal. Anyways, I highly recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings location!

Visited this location in Beaumont with my family and was seated in Teresa s section, immediately she gravitated towards our children, I loved that. She mentioned she was new but she was so knowledgeable about the menu and showed us how to use our app to redeem points and offers. She was super sweet and patient. We ordered buy one get one and had no clue you can buy one get one free with the app. We thought it was just 50% off. I loved how she explained it to us so for the future we know. We will definitely be back next Tuesday! Teresa made our experience enjoyable from start to finish! Kid-friendliness: The kids have a few arcade game options and the servers really interact with the children!

Honestly its pretty good for a Buffalo wild wings I have only had one experience where the fries were stale and the chicken sandwich wasnt that great the chicken was dry. However, the boneless chicken wings are my favorite they are always good. The bloody mary is alright but not terrible. Vegetarian options: They offer cauliflower wings. Parking: Lots of parking since it is on a mall parking lot. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs.

Before I get to the food let me tell you, the new renovations to this restaurant are impressive. It s absolutely stunning the way they upgraded it! Our waitress Katelyn was super attentive and knowledgeable. She herself was excited by the upgrades. We ordered the Cauliflower bites for an appetizer. They were delicious and plenty of them. I ordered the Bacon hatch smashed chili burger. It s my go to and never disappoints! My wife ordered chicken tenders. Everything hot, fresh and delicious. The food tasted like a half hearted attempt at wings or cheese curds . Service was the worst Ive experienced in quite some time, even for Beaumont. Was asked to show ID for ordering a non alcoholic drink, which was then forgotten about and got watered down. Took ages to place an order and even to get ketchup for my wifes bean . The order was messed up as expected... Got carrots and celery (CC) instead of cheese curds (CC). The ironic thing was at 9 pm on a Sunday evening they were at below 50% capacity and had plenty of servers just hanging out, which was baffling to me. Save yourself the wait and your taste buds grief go to another location or to wings stop instead.

Bartender cant even ring up 4dollars right. Overcharged me 20 dollars didnt say sorry. Complained bfn manager came said it be back on card soon. No apologoies. Next Day went back its not on there may take a week another kinda cute but not too at cute manager no apologies. So screw ocean or aqua or hydro whatever that bartender name is and the management. Went here with my family for dinner and it was horrible. As soon as we got there the hostess acted like we were bothering her and didn t want to seat us. Once we sat down we waited for about 20 minutes and no one even came to ask for our drink order. Two servers came and helped the other tables around us but neither one even acknowledged we were there. We got up and left. I will definitely not be back.

Our food took a VERY long time to arrive. It actually made me late returning my son and his friend to their mom. Vegetarian options: Surprised to see cauliflower wings on the menu.

I had to bring a 10-piece of my because theres no flavor on the lemon pepper wings and before that order I had wings that were as hard as a rock so when making a complaint the manager hung up in my face and told me sir were not giving you any free wings so I brought the wings in and I told the manager that he was rude for hanging up the phone in my face thinking that I needed to scam someone out of the order of wings so when asking the other staff members before the manager came but they want these wings right here and they said no so when the manager came he gave me a credit of 20 bucks which I gave to the first child that I saw and I also left the 10 wings there the manager was rude at first just check your wings before leaving

our last few visits for some reason the wings to go are always overcooked and dry. I ordered salt and vinegar wings. There was hardly any seasoning. Makes me think about switching to a different wing place.
