Chick-fil-A is always perfect . Never have I ever had a problem. However my only complaint is the fries arent salty enough . Sometimes they seem super bland. The spicy sandwich patty has been huge lately which is excellent. They really need to do spicy nuggets , that is my final complaint.

I ve always loved coming to this Chic-Fil-A location but yesterday really made it worthwhile. An employee randomly chose me to get a free meal as a random act of kindness. I ve been having a rough few weeks and this completely brightened my day. It made me believe there truly still is good in the world.

If you want a dependable, consistent, great fast food option then you know where to go! Chick-fil-A is exemplary in every way, their food is hot, tastes great, and delivered in a timely manner. You dont have to worry about someone making excuses for inconsistencies in the fast food world and lowering the bar to accommodate their homies at other fast food restaurants. Just because its fast food doesnt mean the expectation has to be substandard. Chick-fil-A is my go-to when I dont want to roll the dice on a fast food meal. App is horrible. This is the second time I have ordered through the app and my order disappears and its asks me to pay again, but when I check my account its been charged. Call support and they state there is nothing they can do because its not showing a transaction on their end. The only thing i can do is wait and hope the money is put back in my account. It was raining during our visit through the drive thru. We asked for cheese and no pickles on one of our chicken sandwiches. The sandwich had pickles and no cheese. We were not charged for the cheese. We were given condiments we didnt ask for. The hand held card reader wasnt working. The young lady was very professional and kind. Maybe the rain coming from the drain and hitting the roof of the cars then, bouncing towards the young lady as she took orders caused her to miskey the order. Just something to take into consideration when the employees are standing outside in heavy rain gear. Food was great. Fast service. Convenient location just off the highway. Heavy traffic area.

Will not be back to this location. Lack of management in the drive thru line. I pulled in line at the drive thruband immediately I was motioned to move. I told the young man that I was okay. Within a minute another employee is directing me to move. For some reason they did not like me being in that line. Lol I told them that I would just leave the property and pulled around and there is no exit unless you go thru the drive thru or cross over a curb of the neighboring business. So I jumped the curb and left. I work all over the USA and I will say that the 3 Chick-fil-A that I have been to in this area do not meet expectations. I guess either Chick-fil-A is relaxing their standards or there is regional issue with keeping those standards.

I almost always go through the drive-thru at any fast food restaurant, even though its not always the fastest route. But, I can say this for Chick-fil-A , 9 out of 10 times theyre right on the dot. I usually never have to ask twice for something, return food because they didnt get it right, and they tend to get your food out to you in a timely manner (considering how busy they usually are) and the food is always, mm-mm-mm, delicious and not a bad price either. I would always recommend Chick-fil-A to anyone over almost any other fast food restaurant. Kid-friendliness: They all have the kids play areas where others are slowly getting rid of theirs, plus the menu just shouts we cater to children. Theres not one parent that has brought their child to a fine dining restaurant and not have them order chicken nuggets.
