About a year and a half ago, I was driving my four year old to preschool with my seven month old tagging along. A car in oncoming traffic crossed the center divider and started to turn in front of me. I tried to stop but it was too late, the car continued to turn and hit me on my drivers side. My kids and I proceeded to flip over and over. I still remember the sound of metal slamming into the pavement. The driver was uninsured. My car was totaled and the trajectory of our life changed in that moment. We decided to call Carlson Law Firm. From the beginning to end they have been outstanding in keeping me updated on every little detail. Emails, and phone calls. They are so friendly and welcoming. Very down to earth. They fought hard for my family and didn t take no for an answer. They went above and beyond and I m so grateful. We got what we needed and although the trauma of that moment will never leave my memory, my kids are thriving and healthy. I was lied to. My attorney was given an offer but declined it before talking to me but took a second offer which was alot less. I believe the attorney that I had worked in favor of the other party. The other party had committed two felonies and ended up better off than I was and Im still suffering. The Carlson law firm didnt help me at all. They cant be trusted.

Carlson did right by me. They represented me through my custody case after a rather theatrical stunt by my ex wife. They were honest with me and did not promise things they could not achieve. They only billed for services they provided, and gave us the itemized list of these services regularly. Carlson, in my opinion, has a very good vetting process for which they chose their lawyers, legal assistants and various other employees. Everyone I spoke to was patient with me and I felt like I was heard. Moreover, their work speaks for itself. They get the job done right. Let my case be a testament to that.

Carlson Law Firm is awesome and they worked hard to help my husband Chris get the help he needed. He survived a 3 big rig accident and was the guy in the middle big rig. When I was seriously injured by a truck while walking I chose the Carlson Law Firm to represent me. There was no witnesses, only the driver saying I stepped into traffic and me saying I didnt. In a matter of months the Firm was able to get me a hundred thousand dollar settlement. This was done even though the insurance company denied libility in the beginning. The Carlson Law Firm would not Back down, they demanded the insurance company accept one hundred percent libility. If I could give no stars I would this company did absolutely nothing for me and then after excusing themselves from the case are continuing to take from the money given to them even though they are no longer apart of the case and the case has been over for MONTHS and still taking money before sending back what was owed. Btw the way Savannah the attorney only dropped out me because I was going to report her after I only got bill after bill but NOTHING was being done in the case as well as an extreme lack of communication. Everything I tried to do was met with a reason why she didn t want to do it and not an actually reason why we couldn t even something as simple as a geographic restriction couldn t be done and now instead of my kids being down the road they ll be STATES away so that s awesome. I highly recommend the Carlson Law Firm. My husband called them after my car got hit by someone trying to beat traffic, possibly on their phone, and they really helped us out. They made sure all of the medical bills were taken care of and kept checking on me after the accident. I was pregnant at the time of the accident and they made sure the baby was ok too. My wife was in a major car accident in 2020. The person who hit her was completely at fault. He ran a stop light a while after it had been red. After rushing my wife to the ER, I decided to call Carlson Law Firm because of their fantastic reviews here on Google. One of the wisest decisions I have ever made. From the first phone call, I could tell they were passionate and considerable. They truly empathized with my situation, and were more concerned about the health of my wife than anything. Once I had explained the entire accident to them, they informed me I had a case and they would help my wife and I. I didnt feel like my wife and I were alone in this situation any longer after. From there on it was a completely helpful and professional experience. Fortunately I had taken photos of the scene of the accident. The police wrote person who hit my wife a ticket, and two witnesses were kind enough to stop and wrote down what they saw. The process was long, because these insurance companies dont want to give up anything. State laws also protect them more than us citizens. But because we had such an experienced and capable lawyer(Julie), I knew we were in good hands. She took the time to explain everything to me over the phone. She is truly passionate about protecting victims of accidents from being messed over by the insurance companies. If you were in a accident. I would highly highly suggest to go with Carlson Law Firm. I have nothing negative or critical to say about them. The biggest thing is that my wife is safe, and we werent alone through this whole process. We were backed by the best.

Make another choice for a divorce attorney. Unless you want pointless communication to you (at a price), non responsive when needed or I ll contact them for you crickets for days until your next 50 dollar reply. They are very prompt at sending you a bill though. Timeline forever!!! Divorce lasted over a year. If you want a settlement taxed and or penalized prior to you getting a dime and it s less than agreed this is your law firm for sure.

I recently retained Savannah Stroud to help me with a post-divorce modification case in which we challenged continuing jurisdiction since I/my-Ex no longer live in TX. Savannah worked with my attorney in the state of residence as well as with opposing counsel in TX and we resolved this case in about 30 days. The price was extremely fair and since we didnt go to court, Im getting about 33% of my retainer refunded to me. Additionally, her paralegal Ashley Hall is extremely professional and personable. Im sure she did much of the heavy lifting and deserves a great deal of credit for her contributions! Great experience for me, no complaints whatsoever.

So, I wanted a non-disclosure on my two cases I had, and I was quoted $1500, to start plus filing fees. I was told this process would approximately take two weeks and as soon as it was accepted it would go into effect within 24 hours. So, here we are about 2.5 months later, I have spent $2100. Just to be told that the prosecutor wouldn t sign off on the paperwork. Also, I was the only getting my own updates.. calling! Now, I m getting a partial refund, but not all. Disappointed with this company and won t send any business their way.

Car accident in 2019. I was scared, alone, confused and in pain. I had my free consultation with Ms. Amy and we were smitten. After COVID I will say that my case switched hands a bit which was extremely frustrating for me initially. I am so disappointed in this Law Firm, they have held my case for over 1yr and did nothing to fight for me. I was rear ended and had over 8 thousand dollars worth of damages, my neck and shoulders were injured and they rolled over to Allstate and let them scare them off of my case. took this to a new Attorney they took my case right off and said several clients have left Carlson law firm and come to him. People Please beware of this Law Firm.

I was injured through the fault of a hotel. These folks were extremely professional, kind and responsive to my needs. Even though my case was passed to a couple of different people, the transition was outstanding. Savannah Stroud and Marissa Reyes were Extremely Knowledgeable and Professional!!! They answered ALL of my questions in a timely manner and I could not have asked for better representation. The billing service for the Law Firm leaves a little to be desired though. A weekly update of payments and charges would go a long way in assisting clients to know where they stand and what they need to do and or save for payment wise. Overall I recommend this Law Firm, Especially Savannah and Marissa!!!!!

Im sure they will pay to have this review removed but I hope it helps someone else. I was very nicely made an appt that whomever I was supposed to be meeting didnt even show up. Then I was seated in a room by myself to speak over the phone with a woman in another city who told me that after 13 years, a man that has never seen not spoken to my child by choice has more rights than my husband who has raised her since she was 16 most old and that they could not even begin to help me with this problem until I paid them $2000 which to be certain I understand that it is by no means a flat rate fee. But the that $2000 would begin to pay someone else to find a man that my daughter doesnt want found. They didnt even have he courtesy to have someone say that to my face. But they have he audacity to ask me for $2000???????? Get a heart Carlson Im sure your bills folds are running over...but how is it you sleep at night???? Disgusting!!!!! I understand that this process costs money, but dont tell me youre in it for the sake of the children and the family because that is a BOLD FACED LIE!!!! One that I will not be fed!! You should be ashamed of yourselves. God help you!!!

I first went to Pearl in the middle of October 2015 begging her for a divorce that I have long been waiting for... (almost 6 years) From the day that I met her she has been extremely kind and understanding and informative about the things to come next. She has been very diligent with everything that she has done for me and has gone out of her way to make sure that I know what is to come next. I met Renee the day of my divorce(which I can proudly say has been completed since 03/02!!!!) and she greeted me as if we have spoken multiple times. She walked me through everything that was going to happen in court. She could tell that I was extremely nervous so she reassured me that it was all going to be ok and gave me words of encouragement so that I didnt break down in front of the judge. These two amazing women helped me in the hardest part of my life and made sure that my daughter and I got everything that we needed taken care of. After my free consultation, my choice for representation was a no-brainer. Candace and Mr. Graves were awesome! I had a simple divorce that turned ugly in the process.
