I had a great experience at lone star in Pflugerville I had the most sweetest medical assistant ever brittany it s always so hard to find my vein but she took her time to locate it and didn t hurt me in the process

We arrived early and were seen promptly. Very friendly staff, and the PA, Hector Perez, was wonderful! So funny and personable, instantly putting my son at ease. We came here from Bastrop because they had openings way sooner than Bastrop did and honestly considering switching to this office permanently just because of how great he was!

I have very small veins. It takes people a long time to take my blood, Jessica took her time and found my vein the first time!! She is excellent at her job!! She deserves a raise!!

First time coming here. Everybody was great. Receptionists were really helpful. Looking forward to our upcoming sessions. Everybody here did a great job. My child have a dental appointment there. She feels relaxed and happy being there.

Despite the ignorance of one visitor in the lobby upsetting me with a comment they made about others attending this facility, the women here more than made up for it. Miss Kahlyne was very thorough and helpful. Geneva at the front desk was super helpful in getting in with other appointments and referrals. Her and her front desk counterpart, Janet, do a great job in assisting folks in both English and Spanish. Awesome staff!

Edit* I m updating my review from 2 stars, to 4 stars, because today I came to this location and the women in the front were definitely more friendly and welcoming. Dr. Armando was super friendly and kind with my son. I feel better about coming to this location now. I like how close this location is to my house, but I agree with the people complaining about the front desk women. They never seem to be in a good mood. They have absolutely no customer service etiquette. Management needs to get some friendlier receptionist.

The staff at the Pflugerville office are very friendly and helpful. We were having issues because my son had just turned 13. (Unfortunately, LSCC does not notify you that they will remove your child from the patient portal account when they turn 13.) This is a corporate issue that needs to be resolved. Even though the staff wasnt aware of this LSCC policy, they asked questions and sought help and were able to get another patient portal account set up for my son. They were GREAT!! They were all interested in making sure they learned more about this so they could help others in the future.

I wasn t sure about this office because of the reviews but it s close to home so we tried it. I had a very good experience there with my oldest daughter so I brought my other 2 in as well. All the staff were friendly especially Geneva and Janeth. The doctors listened to our concerns and my girls really like them. We will be staying at this location.

The attention of Dr. Tobat is excellent, always attentive and willing to offer the best service, but the attention of the assistant Valeria Solís is very careless on several occasions. I have been attended by her and it has not been a good experience, especially when it comes to taking samples for the lab from the discovery of forgetting the glass tubes and leaving the needle in my arm, forgetting his tourniquet on my clothes to making me return another day to the clinic because he says he doesnt have needles to do his job I think it should be more careful attention to the patient.

I will say very poor staff behavior. Am just 10 minutes late .they did not take me they should have 15 minutes late policy.even I ask them I did uber they did not take me am so upset I do uber I lost money and the doctor did not check me.even the front desk lady is not nice and supportive will never go again not nice people.

The front desk lady is always very nice every time I go in for myself or my children! I had a great interaction with Valerie, she was so friendly and she was amazing doing my blood draw (I always have issues with everyone else being able to draw) she got it first try. All the staff is so kind and professional and Dr Tobat, Dr Ohiomoba & Dr Kalmbach the 3 doctors we ve had the pleasure of seeing have all been great!

I wouldn t even rate this place a one star, I set my daughter appointment back in January because the office called and told me my daughter needed a wellness check because she ll be 30 months. Because I was unable to bring her myself I called this morning and asked them in addition too my daughters appointment could they also write a note stating my daughter is healthy enough to be in daycare the lady on the phone(call center) said that would be fine and she ll also ask for the patients plan. My child s father calls when up while at the appointment saying he needs a form they wouldn t write a letter I asked him if I could speak to the receptionist myself and she was absolutely rude she wouldn t let me get a word out!! She kept saying the letter and plan wouldn t be enough( it was the daycare said they have everything they need) but she also insisted my daughter didn t need her appointment. I told her YALL CALLED ME and said she needed this appointment, she says it wasn t her who called and canceled my daughter appointment for today. So I called the call center and asked why they had me scheduled an appointment my daughter didn t need only to find out the front desk receptionist was in the wrong they transferred me back to her who tried to over talk me once again and blame everything on the call center. I told her if you would ve not only listen because I did tell her this was my daughters 30 month check up I wouldn t have to waist ANOTHER DAY to come in from an appointment ( it was rescheduled to tomorrow) I do the exact same thing she does at Capital Surgeon group and all my patients love me!! She s the absolute worse!! And the fact she still has a job there after all these reviews says everything about the company.

I had to take a couple of days to gather my thoughts before leaving a review, but hopefully it helps someone. So, initially, 2 of my daughters were scheduled for the same day with the same therapist. Somewhere along the way, they canceled one of the appointments and never informed me. I called the day of to make sure both appointments were still happening and thats when I was informed about the cancelation so that was pretty upsetting seeing how long the wait is and no one even bothered to inform me about the cancelation. Anyway, I showed up and signed in with a lady at the front desk, she was pretty rude, but the guy behind her was even more rude. He interrupted me to tell me about their mask mandate, so I acknowledged him but continued to speak to the lady. All I wanted to do was a quick sign in then get the mask, but he kept pointing to the masks as if I were incompetent, he had a lot of attitude. I signed in, grabbed a handful of masks to insure we (my family and I) complied with the mandate. We waited a bit (the staff had no trouble loudly gossiping), the therapist came out to greet us and seemed upset that I took my other children and spouse. She said we could all go back so when we did she asked Id they could wait outside which was confusing but everyone ended up waiting in the car to avoid any further inconveniences. Then the therapist spoke to me as if I were incompetent. I wasnt sure why this entire staff treated me the way they did but it was ridiculous. Im not even going to get into the rest of the experience because its still upsetting. To shorten it, DO NOT come to this location. No one knows what theyre doing, very rude unprofessional staff. Complete waste of time. The location may be convenient, but save yourself the trouble. As it is, were dealing with difficult issues if we have to see a therapist, we dont need people making the journey more difficult.

The worst customer service. Today my 3-year-old son had an appointment with his pediatrician and the receptionist JANNET was very rude from the moment we arrived, my scale had expired on November 29 and today is December 6 but they denied me the appointment with his doctor. I speak Spanish, I am Hispanic and I couldnt explain it well to the manager in charge but clearly she was on the side of the receptionists, they told me that I could be seen by the pediatrician but I had to pay $150 since I didnt have a scale, I told her I was fine, but they sent the receipt to my address and I then solved it since I have been with lone star for 3 years and they had never asked me to pay before being seen by a doctor. Even so, they denied me that option.

What a world of difference between the Mays Street and Pflugerville locations. The Pflugerville location is super organized, very efficient and competent. The nurses can improve their bedside manner. But who cares. They still did a great job administering the vaccines. The doctor Karina was very friendly. The documentation and cards that were given at the end of visit couldnt have been more perfect. Highly recommend.Geneva the older receptionist with the beautiful long hair made this whole appointment possible. Special thanks.

I dont ever leave a review but in this case, the older receptionist with long hair made me feel super uncomfortable and she was very unapproachable. Her facial expressions and the way she answers questions is very rude. Seems like she does not like her position. On the other hand, the young one with short hair and glasses was very nice and approachable.
