K2 Cafe & Carry Out was opened in 2015 and specializes in ready to heat and serve gourmet take-out meals. K2 is the companion to Katharine & Company, which is located at 1495 Calder @ MLK in the historic Mildred Building. In the summer of 2018, K2 was relocated to 4150 Calder. K2 Cafe & Carry-Out is for those who love good food but may not have the time or energy to prepare a full meal. K2 Cafe & Carry-out is also perfect for those who enjoy entertaining but don't have the resources or time to plan and execute an event. We offer salads, soups, entrees, vegetables and desserts, all available for dining in and take-out. Our choices are a healthy alternative to "fast food" using the freshest, seasonal ingredients.

My go to spot for lunch and take home dinner when Im in Beaumont. I love the turkey melt on croissant and the chicken pot pie. The spicy chai is delicious, too.

I googled cold brew near me and this placed showed up on the search, did not have cold brew, but they had the sign that said they sold it there still, made me drive 10 minutes off of the road for no reason.

LOVE Katharine & Co and K2! So easy to grab a nice healthy meal on the way home for dinner. Salmon is always perfect and I get two meals out of it. Can t resist the baked goods! I thought I hated scones til I tried Katherine s! The peanut butter cookies are out of this world!

The cafe is super beautiful and cozy, the hibiscus tea was so delicious. The workers were very nice too! The only thing I wouldnt get is the Mac n cheese, the texture is sorta plsstic-y. Will definitely come back to try the rest of the menu!

I ve always enjoyed pretty much everything of Katharine s that I ve had in the past few years. This is both at the restaurant, Katharine & Company, as well as here at K2. I can grab tasty stuff almost anytime and take it home to enjoy. The quinoa is my absolute fave!! I love this stuff! I like to grab a quart and munch on it over several days. It is the absolute best! The staff is always friendly and helpful, too. :)

Cappuccino + peanut butter cookie + chipotle chicken sandwich and the quinoa as a side. Delicious. Thankyou for the options you have available for those of us trying to eat healthier on a daily basis. I dont know when exactly Ill be back, but whenever Im in for work Ill definitely be stopping by again.
