Went in on Saturday September 14,2024 around 4:30 and walked to the front desk and the smell of marijuana coming from the front desk was so strong. The only place you could smell it at is the front desk. There was kids parties going on and little kids bowling. I saw your response. My apologies for the confusion we didnt see anyone smoking. We said the smell was coming from the front desk. I sent you a PM from my facebook. Thank You

The bowling balls are in terrible shape. The shop store has one employee. May take a while to purchase and size your items. The bathrooms are very dirty. However, the food is delicious and the alcohol service is good. The lanes are pretty decent. Every once in a while, the sweeper malfunctions.

Gets the job done as far as a bowling alley. The lanes, they could really use some updating of the consoles and seating. Some lanes are noticeably out of level and over-worn as well. The food is okay and offers more than just hot dogs and hamburgers. The arcade is decent when all the machines are working (not often, if ever). The prize booth is mostly bare except for some candy and trinkets. The balls are WAY worn out and in DIRE need of replacement. Not a place I would plan to spend an entire evening or take a date to, but for a couple of games of bowling, itll do.

I love going bowling at Crossroads. The only downside is the parking. Our lane and tables were nice and clean. The parking lot is too congested. It s a family friendly organization. Your kids will love it. I will definitely be back my favorite thing besides bowling is the food. The only complaint I have is that everyones pizza looked burnt. The egg rolls and miniature boudin balls were good. I love their cheeseburgers 10/10 you definitely should try!

i would love to give them a more detailed review, if we had been able to actually bowl there . but we werent able to bowl because it was league night and it was closed to the public. they should have had a sign in the door saying that but no sign, i will update this when we try again. and this was around 3-4 in the afternoon and it was my boyfriends birthday and thats what he wanted to do so disappointed

The rates werent too pricey, and the place looked pretty clean. I found the staff to be nice and very helpful. My only real complaint is that their shoes and balls look pretty beat up, but they are rentals. Overall, we had a pretty good time and played two games.

My son and I went for his birthday. It was his first time bowling. He really enjoyed himself. I will be coming back . He is 16 yrs old with autism. I was afraid to bring him because I thought it was going to be noise. Just right for his birthday.

Alley is really old and outdated. Rental shoes feel like you have no shoes on at all. Old and really worn bowling balls that need to be replaced and have more smaller weights with larger finger holes. Place really run down and over priced. Fine another bowling alley in our area.

They have a summer program you sign up for online and kids bowl for free all summer. Great deal all year on Tuesdays as well makes it affordable for a fun family outing. Drinks and food are overpriced of course but we just eat before we go. Pretty clean place to bowl a couple games. There is also a small arcade inside.

It was very fun. Besides when our lane would black out a few times.. but the staff quickly resolved the issue. They changed how the inside looks, compared to how it was when I was younger. I do miss the old look of it, but I guess it appeals to the younger kids now.

Was there this past Saturday for a birthday party. Awful. Party was at 3 and I got there early. Thankfully I did because the tables were disgusting and had pitchers from the previous people still on it. The floor was SOOOO sticky when I walked, it literally pulled my shoe off. I had to ask for someone to mop it. During that time I found a rag and spray bottle and wiped the tables myself. The front desk people were flustered, not their fault, but needed to have an actual manager for assistance. The lanes were booked for two hours. They said our time started when we got the shoe, but it took forever to get the shoes so the time started about 40 minutes later. We barely had an hour and a half. The boy helping us (I didnt get his name) was at least trying to help and accommodate. Thank you sir. And lets not forget how the bartender was smoking a pot pen right behind the bar. Not even one with a hidden smell. It reeked of weed and could be smelled all over the guest area in front and towards the kitchen. This place is awful. $400 for a terrible experience.

Very clean and family friendly. It was pretty busy on Presidents Day at 2pm-4pm. Also I found its cheaper to pay for by the game not the hour, there was only 2 of us and we could only bowl 2 games an hour to have fun. It was kind of hot in there. Got the cheese sticks with mozzarella sauce and the sauce was spaghetti sauce and they were fried to long so the cheese was coming out and the shells were empty 6/$$5.85

We celebrated my nieces birthday at Crossroads over the weekend and had the best time! We reserved (4) lanes for our party (we had lots of kiddos), and the kids all had a blast! The pizza was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was the perfect birthday party!

Would be a 5 but I brought my special needs client on a friday shortly after they opened. They were not busy at all. I asled for bumpers, because that is what he is use to feom going with his school. I was told no.. no reason. I asked again are you sure you cant put them.up on any lane? Again told no. No reason. After paying and trying to teach him to bowl without bumpers I see the same guy helping 3 other lanes put up bumpers. Im livid. I asked why we couldnt get them when we started and I was told they are for little kids. Wth?? This is just wrong. The other families bowling with bumpers also had adults bowling with bumpers. My money is the same as everyone elses. He wasnt bothering anyone and just wanted to bowl. We got the last 10 mins with bumpers up. No apologies or anything. This is flat out wrong. We will not be back. The other bowling places around here will gladly accommodate our needs. If you have special needs loved ones do not come here! Crossroads train your workers better!

Went to a birthday party here and the assistant manager was horrible. Very rude, took forever to fix issues with lanes when they messed up, kept rushing over to correct any little mistake and rushing off, playing vulgar music, made my dad throw his spit bottle away because she thought it was a drink, argumentative when trying to speak with her about the issue stating it s her job even though he was breaking no rules, took forever to get the food for the party, etc. I do not recommend anyone having a party here, EVER!

The staff is very friendly and my kids had a blast!!! Its great to have a place where the adults can drink and the kids can bowl and play at the arcade. The food court had a bunch of options not just like nachos. I would highly recommend taking your family or a date here.

People bragging about not having to wear masks. The staff not professional and overcharged us for a game. Four of the 5 bowled 3 games and the 5th person bowled 2 games. The 5th person was entered to bowl until the second game. We are league bowlers and have been bowling since Crossroads opened years ago.
