Last time we were in the restaurant we asked if they would ever deliver to Dayton off Hatcherville Rd. They told me they could deliver to gate 99 off Hatcherville or at the Cheveron on 146 and 1413. Best thing about the power outage was finding this place. Living on the fringes of humanity (a.k.a. NE Harris Co.), we are still without power (day #6) as I write this. On day #3 we vetured out to do laundry and found this gem of a place. Friendly staff, delicious food, limited menu at the time, understandably. It shows something about a business when, in times of desperation, the people working there show up. Worth the extra drive for me every time. Fresh salad bar! Delicious steak sandwitch!

This is the go to for a construction worker to make a call in order to go. Pepperoni pizzas is always the best. The second is the bacon chicken ranch. The desserts are really for the sugar coma fat boy. All the wings I had was worth it. The parking was never an issue the plaza was never overly packed

I used to go to Bucks Pizza all the time . Thought Id give it a try for something different on the pizza level. I have to say Im not sure if it was the cost to taste ratio, but Id have to say I most likely wont be making that trip back to Bucks. Not that the pizza was bad , but it wasnt OUTSTANDING for the $70 I spent. Thats just me. See for yourself.

We went to Bucks for the first time on 5/6/24 and Im so glad we did. The food was delicious, but the service was top notch. The owner brought out our pizza and seeing we had two small children offered to take a few pieces to the back and cut them smaller for them. Both owners were extremely nice and personable with their customers, which is a great thing to see. The salad bar had fresh ingredients and it was delicious as well as our pizza. We will definitely be back!!

I was greeted upon entering the building by a very kind sweet face. Wish I could remember her name. They gave me the To-Go menu I requested, and it was full of coupons. I was planning to come at a later date but, after checking it out, I ordered to-go for my girls and I to have lunch at the park! We had wings, Margherita pizza and a grilled chicken, spinach salad! Everything was amazing including the ranch! The service was above and beyond! I ll definitely be back soon!

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I will NEVER do business with this place again. Over two hours and never saw my food. I was told on three separate occasions that my food was on the way and it never was. Over two hours later when it showed up I told the driver I did not want it. She had zero issues and no questions about it. Got back in the car and drove off. I m guessing it s pretty common. No one in my neighborhood will be doing business here in the future. And now I have to wait several days to get my money back, but it was taken in an instant. The most unprofessional business I have dealt with in a very long time. I am extremely unhappy and will never be back. Thanks for nothing!

My husband and I love Buck s Pizza. We typically order from them once a week. The ingredients in their salads are always so fresh. If we want a salad, we prefer it from Buck s over anywhere else. The pizza comes with the pepperoni meticulously arranged in perfect circles. It is apparent there is much pride in the preparation before sending food out their door for delivery. The employees are always so kind, every single time we call. Buck s is a top notch local establishment!!

Ordered 30 wings and salad for delivery. About $75 worth with tip. Ordered all drums on website and paid for order as such. Arrived not drums. Called and they said there was nothing they could do and they can t do all drums because it would mess up their count even though their website said they could and would and they charged me as if they could. Said manager said there was nothing they could do. Said they should have called me and told me but they didn t and didn t offer any solution.

I believe this place changed ownership... at least I hope that has been the case. Bucks used to be my favorite in the area, but not anymore. The past three times we have ordered there has been ZERO cheese on the toppings so when you pick up a slice, the majority of the toppings slide off. The crust is inconsistent. One day it will be firmer and the next day limp. Went in there a couple of days ago... no menus in sight... they had a mailer with coupons listed under some plexiglass... the wording was super tiny so you couldnt read the descriptions of the pizza and when I wanted to use one of the coupons displayed I was told that I had to bring it in. Well, that is misleading. The final straw that specials are displayed on a board past the register where you order... not before the register so you can clearly see them BEFORE ordering off the menu. I miss the old Bucks. Go to Pizza Hut or MOD...

Wow, I got on Mont Belvieu s website and ordered a 10 piece bone in wings and a medium 2 topping pizza. The price on the website shows 7.49 for the wings and 6.99 plus 99cents for each topping. I asked for delivery. When the person I ordered from said 23 dollars and some change, I thought it was a little bit more than it should have been but hey why argue. The order was delivered and the price was over 33 dollars. Not to worry the delivery driver i paid and gave a tip. When I called the store and talked with the manager I was told the website prices are wrong and all of their prices have increased along with a new 3 dollar delivery fee. This will be the last time I ever order anything from Bucks!!!!!

It s very upsetting when you ask about the prices on the wings and they tell you they only do the highest count now. Only to up sale , and when you get in the restaurant .. you see they do in fact have a lower count of wings but on the phone they tell you other wise. Whoever is the owner , if this is your way of getting sales in let me tell you if my kids weren t looking forward to the pizza I would have cancelled my whole order. The good - there was Kitchen Nightmares playing on the tv when we got there. The rest - no manager on duty, staff gave my pizza to someone else without asking who it went too (replacement was undercooked and nasty), delayed cooking our 18 month old daughters food to cook other orders food first, made part of our order wrong, lied to our faces about the reason for all of it, delivery driver sped into the parking lot almost hitting our car and then illegaly parked in the handicap spot... Not TL;DR: we just moved here from Corpus Christi and wanted to try a local pizza place as Corpus has an amazing local brewery and pizza restaurant (we will always miss you B&Js). Bucks was recommended to us by a good friend of ours, and they appeared to have good food + a lot of positive reviews, yay! We head into the store in 2 cars, as we have a friend staying with us, and proceeded to park in the handicap spot (for my wife) and the spot next to it (this is important for later). Once I have my daughter out of the car and we are inside, we go to the counter and order 2 dine-in specials, a 12 pepperoni, a 14 cheeseburger stromboli, desert, and 5 wings for my 18 month old daughter, as it was the only food that she wasnt allergic too (no big deal as she loves chicken). My wife and mother-in-law make their salads for the dine-in special and then get their pizzas after about 8 minutes, along with our friends pepperoni pizza. After a couple of minutes go by, a large looking stromboli comes out, being carried by a different member of staff, and it immediately goes to the table of a large family that had ordered 3rd of 4th behind us. I continue to wait for my stromboli hoping that it might not have been done yet, so no big deal. Our dessert pizza makes it to the table at some point around here (missing the drizzle that is pictured on their menu AND on the pictures from others in the review), but we didnt notice it at that time... just pointing it out now as it is one of many cumulative issues with this place. The stromboli that the other family had ordered made it out to them... and they say that they already got their stromboli. The shoe that was obvious to me now drops... they did, indeed, give my food to that other family. We ask them about it and they apologize and say, Oops, we made it wrong... no... you gave my food to someone else, please dont lie to my face. They nod and agree and say, Well, we can give you some extra sauces for free if youd like. We decline this gracious offer and ask about my daughters wings, We only have one fryer, but we are working on them. Ok, cool. After 5 to 10 minutes go by, it is hard to tell, but we were about a third to halfway through the episode of Kitchen Nightmares that started about 15 minutes after we got there, there is no stromboli and no wings, but the family that got my stromboli now has their wings and all their pizza, and the family that ordered behind us has their wings and their pizza. I ask again, as calmly as possible, and they give us the excuse about one fryer, again... ok, great, but why would you prioritize food from other guests who came in after someone else? Internet / phone orders were getting their wings, but my 18 month old daughter is not good enough to get hers? At this point, I am fed up. I ask them to make my stromboli to go and I leave in the car that was parked in the handicap spot without my food. I didnt really want pizza for dinner, but had gone along with it, so this is what I get. After I left and our food was done, they all loaded up in the car next to the handicap spot and were preparing to leave when a car came blazing into the parking lot and parked in the handicap spot, barely missing the car they were in. My wife noticed that this was one of their delivery drivers (as they had gotten out carrying a delivery bag) and, unlike my wife, their employee isnt handicapped. No manager on duty, either... but they did offer us free dipping sauce twice. My stromboli was also undercooked, crust was doughie, and beef / bacon barely done... might be sick later.

You cant go wrong with Bucks. Pizza Butt cant compete with the fresher ingredients. The staff is always very courteous and helpful. The new ownership is doing a great job of upholding the reputation of a longtime staple of the town. I do wish they would offer the occasional coupons and display specials on Facebook, I will say it seems like old ownership was more family oriented than new ownership.

Was looking for a great joint to eat in the area, and someone mentioned this location. When I first visited, the A/C was down, and I was looking to dine in, so I have been waiting for them to fix it. Im so glad I was finally able to stop by. The front staff was awesome and mentioned I should do the lunch special with small pizza, salad bar, and drink, and it was perfect. The salad bar was so good! Everything tasted fresh, and the ranch was on point! I got the 5 meat small, and it was overflowing with meats. They sure dont skimp here. Dr. Pepper was perfect, ice was plenty, and the place was clean. Im so glad I stopped by, and I highly recommend it if youre in the area!

We flew in from San Francisco to visit the new childrens museum on eagle drive. Our group stopped at bucks and it was amazing. Im not one to leave reviews but I really need to praise Bucks pizza in Mt. Belvieu. I ordered the Italian hoagie and teriyaki chicken wings, I have to say the food was delicious and the wings had flavor with every bite. One thing that really stuck out to me (besides the food) was the staff. Staff were mainly young adults and were very respectful with yes sir, no sirs and made you feel welcomed. As I waited for my order I sat back and watched the interaction between the staff and one of the owners. You can tell there is a real respect and bond between her and the staff you dont see at other corporate ran businesses. Bucks pizza in my opinion is an A+++++ business. Amazing food, great atmosphere and AWESOME staff!!! I will definitely recommend Bucks pizza to all my friends and family. I planned to post pictures of the delicious food but I had nothing but crumbs leftover.

Check your charges this place double charges and tries to say they don t!!! I d give this place NO STARS IF I COULD! Had been a loyal customer for a while, even after them getting my orders wrong a few times but I still remained a customer. I ordered from them recently and noticed I was double charged so I called and after trying to explain and getting nowhere I asked to speak to the manager, the guy had an attitude and said he was the owner. I was super frustrated at that point. I went around and around with him and he still insisted I was not charged twice. The actual Owner cussed me out and was mad at me, said ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO CHARGE YOU TWICE! When I asked so I m calling because you CHARGED my card twice I m frustrated and this is how you treat your customers? We went around and around a few more minutes and then he said he d have to look and call back. Ultimately the owner did in fact confirm that I had been charged twice and he said he would refund me back. Keep an eye on your charges folks. And know the owner will treat his customers with rudeness and disrespect if you call with a complaint!

I just had to leave a comment. Usually Bucks is great. Usually! But today when we had a delivery we were told that we HAD to give a $20 tip in order to still receive deliveries after today. OMG! If you havent been to this spot, you are doing yourself a disservice. The pizza is great, tender but crispy. The wings are excellent, flavorful and succulent. The salad bar was so fresh and delicious. Can we say homemade buttermilk ranch? The dessert pizzas....I have no words except sheer perfection. And the best part....the customer service! That will make it or break it for me, and we had a fabulous experience. Get on down and check it out.

Sad to say this Pizza has really gone downhill :( it used to be the best in town. Hardly any cheese is used so it s DRY & all you see is bread with toppings. It arrives cold, dry, so stale and tough to chew but my husband loves their wings, so we decided to order pizza from here yet again and to our surprise the wings were not fresh, they were also dry, hard and tasted stale for the first time ever too very disappointing. We knew it was bad when our kids didn t even finish one slice. We tossed the rest as there s no way it ll reheat well when it already tasted like it was made this morning. Hope they can try to compete with the others and the quality can be what it used to. With so many other pizza options in town now, this location is definitely at the bottom of our list now.

Fresh salad bar and Amazing pizza! Very consistent. The staff was very friendly and inviting. I took my 4 kids during lunch rush and the guys that brought out our food were nice and didn t have a problem with us moving to a bigger table. I ordered 3 salads, 2 smalls, 2 mediums and 1 large and it was so delicious. My kids said it was the best pizza they have ever had.

I just want to say how consistently awesome this location is. The food is always amazing even if I mess up and pick it up late. The staff is phenomenal. They are always so polite. I typically have my infant daughter in her car seat with me and they never fail to ask if I need help getting to my car or opening the door. I recommend this place to everyone.

Awesome! Always fresh and friendly staff. Even though Mont Belvieu is growing Bucks still holds that small town feel when you walk in! I love that they still have the salad bar, which is always fresh and delicious! Give them a try and youll never get pizza from anywhere else.

I have to leave at least one star to post! I ordered two pizzas and what they call their cheese stix. My food was delivered 1-1/2 later, cold, burnt on bottom, and cheese stix were not cooked all the way through. The first bite I took was what I thought to be cheese but in reality it was uncooked dough. I called and spoke to a supervisor who stated she was very sorry and would enter notes for me to have my order redone next time I called. Well, I called today and a lady told me to hold on, when asking for a supervisor, they yelled at each other what . A lady then got back on the phone and she told me nothing was in the system so they would not honor. I then asked if they could just ask the supervisor who was working that day and they said no because they do not keep up with past schedules and who was working. Very unprofessional, lazy, sorry work ethic, and poor customer service.

I am very disappointed in my recent order. I placed it atleast 2 hours in advance to make sure it would be delivered by a certain time. It was not. I had to wait almost 45 min after the scheduled time and 2 phone calls. A courtesy call to let me know it was going to be late would have been nice.

Love BUCKS PIZZA,we usually order a pizza and wings once a week.i crave the meat lovers and the wings are the wife favorite. Yesterday could not get ahold of my local BUCKS,they had a plumbing issue, understandable .SO ..I get on the phone to a big franchise pizza hut place .not saying no names ...lol.Order a stuff crust pizza and wings wich I may add..it cost $40.89.we get it , the pizza, was worth about 5.00 in taste ,6 out of he 12 wings were meadyocher..the other 6 were fried till the meat was so hard you couldnt eat them ...IM SORRY BUCKS..I will never venture out to get PIZZA and WINGS ever again no matter what ..yall the best around my parts ...oh ..I did call the big pizza, place and tell them they didnt hold a candle to my BUCKS PIZZA ...LOL
