My puppers are always anxious when is comes to getting thier nails trimmed. Imediately I could tell my dogs started to calm down. By the time they finished with my dogs I realized that both Deveran and Cheri were awesome pet people. I can not recommend them enough. My puppers WILL only go there to get groomed, bathed and have the nails done.

I Shih-Tzu Knot is hands down the best. I brought my great dane to them, and my girl is difficult to handle in new places with new people. Cheri was so patient helping get her through the door. When I picked her up she was a completely different dog way more comfortable and relaxed and enjoyed getting to be with all the other dogs. Then I bring my Shihtzu to them pretty regularly now and they turned him from mop when i got him to handsome. He loves going to see Cheri and Devran. They are fair priced and the only ones I trust with my animals.

The only Groomer I trust with my dogs. My small dogs have been traumatized by other groomers in Temple but Cheri and Devran are AMAZING. When I pick up my dogs they look beautiful are smiling and having a good time with the other dogs and are happy. Its amazing the difference. I will only use them and no other groomer. They are kind, calm, and really care about the animals in their care.

I moved to Tx in 2020 and struggled to find a groomer for my pup, Aubrey. The owners did such an amazing job with her and took great care with her. Wonderful communication and overall a great experience! We will be back and continue service for the forseeble future Edit 5/15/24: Still love these groomers and the care they give my baby. Here is what I know you can t be everyone s cup of tea. Not everyone is going to like the service provided. BUT I have been seeing Cheri since before she opened her own business and I don t trust anyone else with the care or grooming of my dog. My fur baby is always happy when we show up to see Cheri. Whether you agree with how they run their business or not is your own opinion (We all know there has to be an angry Karen) and that s fine but they work hard, and I have never been treated with anything but kindness by them. When we get to FACTS, this is a great Grooming salon and they do an amazing job!! Just stating the FACTS!!

Always have a fantastic experience with my dogs here. My lab and pug were shedding their winter coats like crazy. We booked them an appointment and now they are so soft and no shedding! Also, their nails are perfect. My pug has curled nails and they were able to trim them down. Will be back again and again! My dogs are always happy when we come to pick them up.

Cheri and Devran are always so happy to see Mateo walk through the doors. I am so thankful I found them a year ago and have been able to take both of my puppies to them. They are truly so loving with any puppy they get. I couldn t imagine a better place to take my loved one. Mateo is always so happy and eager to go see them. I take him weekly to get bathed or groomed and he has a blast with them. They are like family to us and definitely recommend their place to everyone! You will definitely see the love and care they have for animals!

I Called to get my pup a price and appointment for grooming , my maltipoo so he tells me 55$. I get a phone call price went up to 92$. Because they felt like charging me extra!!!!! I should have gotten a phone call first before you charge me extra for this is insane. You lost a costumer and no empathy . just wanting to add to the amount and the grooming cost. And he still has the audacity to say I don t know why I said it be 55$. Are you kidding me!! I guess it s all about the money never again. Never!!!

We love I Shih-Tzu Knot! We take our three dogs in once a month for a spa day, and they come out looking and smelling fabulous! We have a Boston Terrier/Frenchie mix, a pit bull, and a Great Dane/ Cane Corso mix. Sheri and the rest of the ISTK crew are extremely friendly and have a true passion and love for all animals. We will continue to take our fur babies to ISTK, and we would highly recommend this groomer to others

I have been taking my poodles to Cheri for a couple years now and she has always done above and beyond for them. She makes them feel so comfortable and happy and is always very patient with one of my poodles who pees and poops when she s nervous. I highly recommend her or Lyn as well, they are both just top notch! They also run a nonprofit rescue, so be sure to check that out as well! They are amazing animal lovers and I trust them wholeheartedly.

I have a Shih Tzu that was traumatized by a previous groomer. Every 3 months, she goes to I Shih Tzu Knot to get a spa bath and haircut. She is always in the best mood going to her spa day and getting to play with all the other pups there and I know she is in the care of people that truly care about her well-being. I love that they take the time and effort to calm my other 3 anxious dogs when getting their nails done. They are the only groomer with whom I have had only positive experiences. On a personal note, Gina Merolillo left a false review as I was standing in the shop when she called stating her dog is bleeding from her foot. She was unable to give detail from where the blood was coming. Cheri handed the situation very professionally. The review is flat out lying about the entire phone conversation. Not cool!

Not only did my dog come back clean and cute from her visit with an adorable new bandana, but she had spent the day playing with other dogs and came home happy. My dog generally has horrible anxiety and these groomers made it a very low stress experience for her. My schedule is also really hard to accommodate and they made it so easy for me to pick up and drop off. This groomer is very affordable and they do a great job. I will be back.

Visiting family I looked up this place and thought I would get a good place to go to because the reviews were good. The people had to be blind. I thought the place was very dirty - I would not leave my dog at a place that they can not even sweep right away, hows hard is that. And apparently they have all the customers they need because no one greets you, no hello- how are you- wow what a beautiful animal....I mean anything would do. You want people to know what they are doing and to be knowledgeable ...especially when you drop your baby off. I believe when you call someone a liar you do not look like the best of people. I live in SA and do many reviews. Not all are 5 stars so if you can not learn by your reviews and try and make it out like this is fake you do what you need to. I have no friends that own a business in your city so if you do not want to improve or want my business more power to you. People can change by listening. I have a restaurant here that I gave a one star but instead of pretending it was not them because they are the best and do not make mistakes they posted that I give them another try. It took a couple weeks but guess what they did not know who I was but I changed my review, if I could have given them seven stars I would and I go at least twice a month. But you seem to think you are perfect and oh know she must know someone here so you do not have to worry about me stepping into your store again, but if you look I do a lot of reviews. Everyone please look. So please dont lie and make it out like I know you or anyone else there in that city. I have one family member there and he is too old to work and does not own a shop of any sort

So to start Im not the type that likes to write reviews cause I feel like we should be understanding that workers are people too. $103 for one dog to be groomed!!! THIS IS LONG BUT WORTH THE READ. This was the absolute WORST experience I have ever had with bringing my dog to the groomer. I have been to quite a few in the Temple Texas area and never had an experience like this. To start my dog is a maltipoo and he usually has longer fur, they shaved him down to almost skin and charged 2 matting fees which made my total $103.00!! You would think they would call if there are additional fees before proceeding but they didnt. They didnt even put work into it they just shaved him. Even then I wasnt going to say anything but then I got home and his paw was bleeding where his nail is. At this point I called to let them know how dissatisfied I was with the whole experience and they dont say anything except sorry thats the fee and asked the girl who groomed him why he was bleeding she said she accidentally cut him when clipping his nails. They just said they could give us more stuff to stop the bleeding. I just told them no I just want to let them know this was the worst customer service. They didnt seem to care about our pet. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. PETSMART IS THE BEST IVE BEEN TO and half the price.

Just moved to area and was looking for a groomer for my 2 small dogs. Owners are VERY sweet and friendly! I love that they are a kennel free groomer as my oldest shih tzu has severe anxiety with cages. My only complaint with our first visit was how they cut one of my dogs faces, but I hope next time is better :)

Our dog was a rescue and is skittish when it comes to grooming and nail clipping from past trauma but he always loves coming here and feels comfortable getting the works, playing with other dogs and letting them take care of him. Came in here thinking the reviews looked great and was recommended through a family friend. I was told that the price of the haircut was going to be $55, but when I picked him up they said the total was $73. I was very shocked to find that the price was not what I had originally thought. Come to find out, they charged an additional $15 for special care handling. I was not told that this was an additional fee. When I asked them to trim more of his leg hair, they said that because he was an older, small 8 pound Yorkie, and did try to bite (which I dont understand why they didnt use a muzzle), that if he did it again he would not be welcome back. The whole time the owner was speaking to me, she didnt even give me the time of day to look at me. I found that to be very disrespectful and poor treatment to customers. Well safe to say I wont be coming back because having to spend $70 on a dog groom and not even have it completely finished is pretty ridiculous to me.

Absolutely amazing! The owners are so friendly. I have a mastiff that growls at new people. They were not intimidated at all and actually gave us tips to help with the growling. I have a 6 month old goldendoodle Im training to be my new service dog. Unfortunately he has some fear with strangers. He doesnt like a lot of people invading his space so finding a groomer was hard. If he didnt like them he would bark or hide away. These people are AMAZING !! They took the time to get on his level, gave him treats, introduced themselves slowly while we chatted. By the time I left and they started he was wagging his tail and happy. When I picked him up he was comfortable, laying in the room watching her groom another dog. He was so relaxed. I think my dog is a good judge of character and he did really well for them. Ill definitely be bringing him back!! They were so sweet with him and he looked amazing after his groom. Thank you !!

We have been going to Cheri for 4 years now! When i found out she opened her own place I could not have been more excited! My dog used to get very upset after grooming appointments that she would pout around the house for the rest of the day. With Cheri she gets excited to be dropped off and is a happy girl when i pick her up! On top of that Cheri is just so caring towards my girl & all animals! You can tell she loves what she does. My family is new to the area and do not have a groomer yet. I needed last-minute baths for my pups. After calling two other groomers, we got all three of my dogs in here.
