First an last time I will ever ever do business with this company. They have totally ruined my opinion on any future realtor or title company because how horrible of a way I was treated & talked to. Christy is the lady that was working on my contract to sale my house. Not only was I keept in the dark and lied to multiple multiple times by the realtor herself Samantha weber but they also gas lighted me they pushed the closing date back a whole other week at the last minute disregarded what I had to say or feel about the situation. So again this was my first time so I finally realized I was being scammed an called the title company myself hoping to get some clarity, honest answer but miss Christy came at me from the very beginning HOSTILE, DISRESPECTFUL,RUDE and completely UNPROFESSIONAL. Which is unltimatly what ended up cancelling the contract to sale my house. So I called today a little over a week because I was curious about the escrow since rightfully it should of gone to me again miss Christy was hostile incredibly rude keept talking over me an told me I was not getting the escrow because the contract was cancelled. I understood that part but it was already passed the closing day on the contract so regardless it still should of gone to me. I ended up just hanging up because how horrible she was Makes me wonder if she is in on the little scam that Samantha weber tried pulling on me as well from her behavior. Folks do yalls self a favour find a better title company Thank you Calley hrachovy

Worst place to close a house, with sacrifices we bought ours at the end of 2022 and the agent who sold it to us, Luis Salazar, the same owner of the house, insisted on doing the closings in this place. They presented us with a document that said that this house had no tax debts, it turns out that after 7 months we realized that this house owed taxes since 2021, in the closings comes 1 document that says that if there is any debt, the past owner should be responsible, when we called him he did not want to pay and all this place did was wash its hands. Now we have to pay this enormous amount of taxes. Be careful.
