She charged me for double steak and it wasn t double. I asked for crabmeat she put it on the wrong one of my salads. I said I do no meat on that one, so she took it out and place it on the other one with her hands. I ve never been so mad! If I didn t think I d get in trouble for not paying for it after they fixed it I would ve left it. They need new staff because she always has a nasty attitude every time we go in and she s there. Not to mention all the piercing on her face looks very unprofessional.

Francis and Mary are so rude? Francis had an attitude the whole time because she kept putting the wrong things in my salad and then the older white lady was taking a little bit longer on my salads, and Francis kept rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing, reaching across her to make the persons salad that was behind me. Francis, if it s so hard for you to just take your time and slow down, how about just go around? Rude attitude, horrible customer service. Like it s salad how are you that rude

I always love coming here, the food is amazing. Its like building a sub at subway, you get to pick and choose all the ingredients you want on your wrap or bowl. Whichever you prefer. It has a calm vibe, its not slam packed, and the employees are very nice and patient. However, it does cost about $15-$20 a wrap, depending on what you get, so just be ready to spend some money.

Staff is disgusting. Watch their employee prepare my order and waste portions of it on the counter. Instead of her discarding it into the trash, she picks it up with hand and puts it into my bowl. Strongly advise not to eat at this location. You would do your stomach and pocket justice by going across the street to HEB and getting their salads.

Food is good... But the pricing is getting out of control. My wife and daughter went for lunch and each chose a small salad with chicken, a drink and a $1.25 cookie. The total with tax was $53!!! For salad!!!! Take away the $3.75 for the cookies and you are still at almost $50! This is getting ridiculous.... They are just begging you to go to HEB and build the salad yourself.

Ive been to this place many times. The food is great, and the customer service is excellent. One day, there was a misunderstanding for ingredients included in my wife and I salads. The staff members allowed us to keep our originals and fixed two new ones for both of us without any hesitation. They were super polite and apologetic. I am a regular customer now. the customer service is awful with maria she had such an attitude and was very passive aggressive they charged me a $1 extra box because i asked for a bigger size. i ordered a small salad but wanted the larger box to be able to mix the salad more thoroughly so i asked her can i get a the bigger box instead . shes visually annoyed and says no it goes in this box. i say i know i just wanted the bigger size . i say can i just get it on the side since she already put in the box and thats when she says its a $1 charge for a second togo box. when she rang up the charge on the receipt it was for bread... so she was lying when i said why does it come up as bread . she said thats what they charge for extra togo boxes.. whatever its $1 but where is the honesty and respect so i paid but will be speaking to the manager !i came on a wednesday around 6:25pm

Typical big city style made to order salads. You can choose wraps, small or larger bowls. You ll pay the basic amount for the greens and veggies. You pay extra $3-5 for your choice of protein. There is soup you can add and then you have your choice of croutons, baked pita chips, croissants, etc. There are free refills of juices/teas/carbonated drinks on the wall. It s all meant to be aesthetically pleasing, but there is something a bit off the employees don t seem to know the world of Salad - the correct proportion of salad dressing to salad greens, and typical pairings. I ve been here 3 times now, and I m met by confusion or blank stares when I order and then I just end of pointing and there is always too much dressing and I have to watch vigilantly and say stop. Even my native Texan co-worker who loves smothered everything said, yup, they don t eat salad themselves and there s way too much dressing. And yes, it s a bit pricey. $13-15 for salad. I ve lived in SF, Chicago, Philly, NYC, Seoul, and this is nothing special, but for Baytown on Garth, a salad place like this is a hidden gem. There are about 5-6 booths, and about 10 tables and outdoor seating. It s nice. And there is plenty of parking.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I purchased a salmon salad tottally $16.50 and unfortunately I didnt ask for enough salad dressing. After I left and returned to work I noticed my salad was extremely dry. I ran back across the street and asked for a cup of salad dressing and JUAN stated it would be $1 because I didnt ask for it while I was in there. I literally had left for less than 5 minutes and returned. I told him I needed to talk to a manager about the matter and he said there was nobody to talk to. He walked away to help another customer and came back stating how can he help me? I inform him it was ridiculous to charge $1 after stepping out and coming back. He said rudely I will give it to you this time but you have to pay next time. I informed him he had an option to refund me my $16.50 and take the salad back or give me the dressing. He put the dressing in the cup and tossed it on the counter and it spilled. He didnt seal the lid because he was so busy being disrespectful and rude. You never have to worry about me going back to this location. They need to train Juan on customer service and replace him. Very disrespectful!!!!

This is the best salad bar I have ever been to. The options are limitless and everything is fresh. I love the fresh jalapeños, multigrain croissant that comes with the salad and my favorite meat/protein is the seafood melody which is a combination of lobster, shrimp and salmon. This place is great for a healthy option of a salad buffet style restaurant. They put all the fixings in and mix it up. They have about everything possible to put in a salad, proteins, and lots of dressings to choose from. You can get a roll or pita chips. Their teas and lemonades are good too. Ive been here a few times now and I truly enjoy the salads. Theres really no other way to say it, but this place is like Subway, for salads with 4x the ingredients. Thus far everything has been fresh, and the staff is nice. You can make anything from a plain Caesar salad, to a House style salad, or something more Caribbean. Or, you can do what I do and go crazy making a complete custom salad. The ingredients are cold, and the fact that they toss the salads is quite neat. Definitely worth you trying at the least. But, I think youll go back again and again.

Staff not friendly, when dealing with the general public you have to have a service first attitude, especially when people are spending money on pricey fresh salads. Also, I have stop patronizing this business so much because they charge for every little thing. They give a bunch of lettuce/spinach and then a little bit of cheese, meat, dressing etc., if you ask for extra it s always we are gong to have to charge you extra. At the end of the day the price ain t matching the portion, I rather keep my $16 bucks and make my own salad at home. Below is a picture of a spinach base salad with carrots, broccoli, eggs, cheese, croutons, and spicy chicken, however you can t see any of that because it s smothered under the spinach

A group of retired teachers met to celebrate NOT going Back to School at this location. Our salads were made with care, politeness and speed! We were able to visit and enjoy a lunch while not feeling rushed or crowded. Without request, the manager brought out a tray of just baked cookies for us and took our picture! I have been eating here since it opened but went ahead and rated this 4 stars because typically there is great service! However, lately there have been issues every time we have gone for lunch! My friend asked for them to rip her spinach in half and they said the could not although the Salata by her house does. Also, even though I get a small salad I can not eat very much and always ask for the green to go box. Yesterday the person working through a fit and said that they could not give me one of those and that I needed to take the clear ones which are smaller. I dont want multiple containers! Disappointing that the service has declined!

The falafel was hard enough to knock out anyone if it traveled at 55 mph. For $15 a salad, not impressed. The staff is friendly, however. I give this place 2 stars since anyone can go to the grocery store, buy salad stuff for $15 or less, amd make several salads that are the same or even better.
