Scooters is my favorite coffee shop. The coffee is delicious and sweet while still having a strong coffee flavor. Their caramelicious muffin is amazing and my friends have loved their cake bites. It is even kid/teen approved for their hot chocolate and cake bites and Better than starbucks. Everyone has always been friendly and kind. I always highly recommend Scooters coffee, especially this location.

Asked for a medium hot coffee took five minutes to get a coffee that I never asked for. Then the girl goes to remake it, and the coffee is cold at that point. I just drove off. I wasn t even going to fuss with her trying to make another one of me sitting in the drive-through for 15 minutes.

There was only one person working when I came by earlier, and if that was the case, then the manager of this location should be ashamed of themselves. The poor employee clearly was not experienced enough to handle working alone and it took over ten minutes to get my drink, so I m assuming no one else was there to help her. Regardless of experience, having one person take orders, run the drive thru, make orders, and take care of the cafe is ridiculous. If you re short staffed, hire more people or take responsibility and work the afternoon shift so your employees aren t taking on more than they can handle.

Was trying to have a conversation with someone across from me. The guy sitting on the crate in the back would not turn the music down and also did not seem to be paying attention to customer needs or doing anything for that matter. As someone with and auditory impairment, I felt as though I cannot come back to this location.

Scooters has become my coffee and cafe of choice due to this store. The employees are all very welcoming, kind, and enthusiastic, and all try to remember your order, which they do correctly. The store is also very well-cleaned and taken care of, making it a perfect place to work on a laptop. I honestly appreciate being able to go to Scooters again and enjoy it after the store in The Colony lost its staff in 2021 due to their own volition; it just wasnt the same at that location after they left. Parking: Theres plenty of space to park although theres no covered parking and only a little shade. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible ramp from the parking lot right in front of the store.

Great coffee/smoothie options. White mocha coffee is the best wifey loves decaf latte. Their refresher drinks are as equally as good. Joseph is an amazing drive through guy loved his customer service skills.

I am going to start going inside to order, and when the girl with dsrk hair and glasses is working, Im going to walk out emoty handed. Every time she takes my order, the coffee is terrible. Also, do your iced coffees have whipped cream on them or not? Because when I order with no whip I often times receive a snarky iT dOeSnT cOmE wItH wHiP. Yet everytime this girl hands me my iced coffee, there is whip on it. Im not surprised to see every other coffee shop in the area busy, yet Scooters is a ghost town.

This is the second time I ve ordered a drink half sweet and it was undrinkable because of how sweet it was. I ve ordered the drink before and it s been made correctly so there is a problem with consistency. It s frustrating as that s probably $14 or so on undrinkable coffee when you really need caffeine in the morning! I tried to call the location to let them know and ask for a refund. When you call the number listed on google, it goes directly to a voicemail that is full. I tried going to the Scooter s website to find the phone number but could only find the location, no phone number. A business not being able to be contacted is unacceptable.

My husband and I get coffee from up here frequently and its always quick and yummy. The breakfast bagel Sammie is very reliable as well, coming from someone who loathes fast food breakfast! All of the employees are sweet but Zero is a gem! He is always pleasant and orderly thanks for being you, Scoots!

Drinks are amazing but you never know what it will taste like. I ve had the peanut butter crunch probably 20 times and it s tasted the same maybe 3 or 4 times. It s def a gamble. I ve missed out on so many rewards because you can t scan your receipt after the fact and was told they didn t have one for the longest time.

I ordered my coffee with coconut milk & no whip cream because Im dairy-free. They put whip on by mistake so I politely said I asked for no whip. The girl got a spoon, scooped some of the whip off, mixed the rest in then covered the rest with more coffee.

First time here and I got the signature caramelicious. I really liked the flavor of the drink, and the cups are cute. Probably one of the best caramel coffee drinks I ve tried ever. A bit pricey though, which is why I deducted one star. I tried the cappuccino drink too and wasn t a huge flavor. It was bland.

Can t get enough. The coffee and breakfast is top notch. Staff has very high standards when it comes to customer service. They go beyond friendly and really engage with me when I stop by. Always makes my day. Try an iced scooter shooter and the maple waffle sandwich. Also a cinnamon roll. Then try everything else they serve because it s all delicious. Their pup cups are next level, too!

Coffee is pretty good but what was very awkward was when I was in the drive through and the associate brought the credit card holder out of the window to see if I wanted to leave a tip. Something about this just rubbed me the wrong way. I m all for tipping but if I m just coming through to crab a coffee and a sandwich..I think it s ridiculous for me to pay more for you to do your job. It s a drive through. Breakfast bagel wasn t good either. 3 stars for the coffee

Great customer service, fantastic attitudes from the employees every time I go. Its not the closest coffee place but I do not mind making the drive for their delicious drinks. Their blenders are so good, hot and iced coffees are also amazing. They are happy to give recommendations if you arent sure what to order. Everything bagel sandwich is sooooo tasty, highly recommend. The muffins are also delicious. The prices are slightly higher but worth it!!!!

This was my very first time and when I pulled up I informed the lady on the other end of this and she told me to take my time. This made my heart smile. When I drove to the window I apologized for taking so long and she reassured me that it was fine. I shared with her that I was in the process of weight loss and had just spent an hour and 39 minutes at the gym. She clapped for me. Not only did I appreciate her being patient with me but her encouraging me and cheering me on literally made my whole day. I m so mad at myself for not getting her name but she has a genuine smile and really long and beautiful dreads. Please give her a raise and continue to do right by her. She has the IT factor for customer service. Really great green tea match smoothie as well. I will be back because of her.

Went in around 6pm and asked for a coffee, they only had a dark roast brewed. When I asked for a lighter roast I was told they stop brewing fresh coffee around noon. So yes the coffee tasted cold not just bold. And the high school girls left to mind the store were more interested in a robot doll that kept crying than good customer service.

Came in for soft opening. Staff is super professional and very friendly. Got a large Americano. Espresso not as strong as I like but it WAS VERY tasty. Met the owner and he was gracious to stop his work and answer my questions. Looking forward to going back again soon.
