Cicis pizza in Baytown must be under new management.. There has been a revitalization of the interior and a reorganization of the seating. The food was good, and the customer service was good. This was the best experience I have had at the Cicis in years. The past management made this place unbearable.

Staff is not friendly. They re pretty rude and I could clearly see them talking abt us and staring. The dude at the front seemed to not want to give us our discount for having the online coupons and since when are the drinks charged separately??? Last time I was only charged $6 for 2 adult buffets with 2 coupons, but when the man was there it ended up being $11 with the coupons and he said drinks were charged separately?? Makes no sense why I got charged differently each time. Staff seems like they don t want to deal with anyone. Definitely won t be coming back.

It s not high end pizza but it doesn t charge high end prices either. Everything just about was hot and fresh. The pasta and sauces are good. I requested a spinach pizza and they never made it. The tea is terrible. A buffet and drink will run you $12 ish. I d rather eat other places but if my son wants this I concede.

I love pizza, eat it all the time but sadly I get sick immediately after eating here specifically. Might be allergic to something here. Other pizza places do not make me sick. Also your soda is expensive and not mixed right at all. It was sour and had no syrup in it. So $6 for 2 sodas that will also make you sick.

We were very disappointed with this Cicis. We got there around 1pm on a Saturday. There was not many people yet the buffet was bare. Not much of a selection at all and half the stuff was old and dried up. We did put in three requests which eventually came out. The store itself felt dirty. The BATHROOM was a nightmare! You couldnt even step into it without gagging! They had three giant urinal cakes on the floor like that was supposed to help! Just made it worse! They need to close this place down and give it a proper cleaning and retrain their staff! We will not be returning.

We came at lunch time when the food was fresh and hot. They were steady pulling food out the oven. We were the only customers here so that was cool because there was no wait. The employees were friendly and nice as well. The restaurant was clean. The games only accept cards, not cash but I prefer that. The only complaint I have is that the bathrooms stink as if its sewage or something. Update since my daughters now playing the arcade... the card machine in which gives put new cards on order to play the games was out and had zero in it....we told the guy at the counter and he searched for us a card and found us one to use so thankful for that. Then the ticket machine in which give you tickets you win for prices, had a coin jammed in it so wouldnt dispense any tickets.... she told the man and hes now over there trying to fix it... so again, great employee! I would complain about something like this but this employee is working hard to fix the issues. Oh and also, the girls bathroom was out of toilet paper... when I was in the middle of using the restroom....buuuuuttt thankfully my daughter was with me so I had her get a woman employee to bring me a roll of toilet paper lol....

We took our family of 5 there on a Saturday night at 7:30 and the place was a wreck... no ice in the soda machine, tables hadnt been bussed. Pizza selections werent anything to desire, and looked like they had been up for awhile. We had already paid so we were committed to staying. Salad bar looked like no one had tended to it in awhile, dressings werent labeled so it was a guess what this is kinda night. Now for the arcade their card machine was out of game cards which they should inform people before they pay to eat their as the arcade was one of the main reasons we went for the kids. A employee was able to find 1 card for my 3 kids to share which wasnt fun at all. Many games were out of order, our not all of our prize tickets were added to the card my daughter was keeping track of the tickets we won. The prize vending machine said a lot of things were unavailable even though there were prizes in that slot. This was our first time at this location and we will not be returning. I really hope the owner and manager of this location up their standards before they loose more business...

Dont answer the phones, too place an order went to the drive thru but nobody ever came to the window, so I got off waited another 5 min. And no one came till finally someone did. Then i told her I was trying to call to place an order she then says yes sorry we been busy. While I was in there waiting for my pizzas, the phone was just ringing and the lady was just standing around talking to other employees. The restroom smelled nasty . Best Cicis near us! The pizza were all fresh, got, and they made sure to have the bar stocked. Easy to get a kind you want made, just walk up and ask! Staff at this location is super friendly and on top of cleaning the inside. Most of their games work, a couple took of credits, the manager looked at them but ultimately said he wasnt in charge of them, so he couldnt credit our kiddos their 10 credits they lost... Only complaint is the Womens rest room smells so bad of sewage that when you walk past the smell is literally oozing out from under the door! If you need to use it, you almost have to hold your breath while in there.

September 17, 2022 We went to eat pizza with my family, everything arrived well, the person who served us was kind to us, her name is Brittany, very friendly, everything is clean, the pizza is hot, me and my family liked it, we are very satisfied with everything. When we were eating, a woman came in. As soon as she entered, she started arguing with the workers saying that she had already been stopped for 30 minutes and that she wanted the number of the corporation. These are people who just like to eat for free, they just bother the people who are working. They no longer want to eat for free. What the woman did made me angry, but it was better for me to sit and see how far it would go.
