ordered from here several times and never had this type of experience before. i ordered online and went to pick it up. ordered two 6 and one looked like a 3 . it was burnt, hard and missing toppings. my mom went inside to take it back and they said they would remake it. the second time they forgot items once again on the pizza so we got it remade again. this time they had an attitude and gave me a totally different pizza than what i ordered even after i asked them if they had the right ticket and the guys response was yup . it was sloppy, still missing items and they were unapologetic. we were there for 40 minutes, they trashed all the previous pizzas, offered no apology, no refund no water cup, nothing! won t be ordering from this location again.

While appearances are deceiving, MOD Pizza is great source of foods and drinks and it is an amazing place to host and event. If someone told me a pizza could be both so healthy and delicious, Id tell them they must be Italy. Customize the pizza how you want, fixed price. Better than Five Guys. Vegetarian options: Vegan and vegetarian options exist here, you can make the request to change gloves and use a different slicer. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and meet free options are available.

The pizza is delicious, I liked that you can create your own pizza and add everything that is available! I did not like the fact that there is only one line, both for those who came and for online orders. We waited in line for 15 minutes, although there were two people in front of us (of course, the waiting time when the pizza is being prepared is not included)

Its not the best pizza, but it is good pizza. It is also fun pizza being able to select your ingredients. Most importantly, if someone in your party has both gluten and dairy issues, they are able to accommodate. The only thing I wish that had is sun dried tomatoes. They do a good job at keeping the tables clean and a good out door area (when the weather has an agreeable temperature). Go with the kids (or just you and your sweetie) and enjoy your individual pizzas.

Went here on Wednesday night and there was a long wait to make my order. The girl behind the glass was nice and greeted us while we waited. BUT the girl who boxed my pizza almost got cursed out. She had black hair and a lot of makeup. I asked if they may have called our order since we sat near the back and music was loud. She responded very rudely with a long stare and attitude No and I didn t appreciate it. Change it quick, because it was uncalled for. The pizza was fine, but my experience was ruined because of that interaction.

I just came here with my mom because I remember you can get a decent pizza that is sort of healthy. This location surpassed my expectations. The customer service was fast snd on point. I have fallen in love with Mod Pizza. The concept of build your own pizza but for a single flat rate regardless of toppings is just a pizza lovers dream. They have lots of all the classic options, but a few obscure ones too. They have crust flavorings, different sauce bases, multiple cheeses, etc. Add to that its cooked in a legit pizza furnace and its just some of the best pizza in town. Even their side offerings are great like their in-house version of a little Debbie Ding Dong which is perfectly rich and balanced. Also, their sweet tea is good with a tasteful amount of sugar thats not overpowering (caveat, I grew up in GA, so my sugar-to-tea ratio tolerance is higher than most, but I still think just about anyone would enjoy it). My favorite is a half Mad Dog / half ham and pineapple as seen in the pics. Kid-friendliness: Customizable pizzas fit each kids individual tastes.

My girlfriend loves it here and I used to like here as well but the last 3 times Ive gone here my pizza has been completely wrong I dont understand how I see them put it together and then when I get out order my girlfriends pizza will be perfectly fine but then mine will be something completely different from what I ordered (mod pizza with the basic stuff sause, cheese, pepperoni and bacon). I order it well done so extra crispy but I end up getting something different itll have all the veggies on it and the dough will be white and soggy. Its really been letting me down the last three times and if I do order anything for myself there again I will definitely have to check before I leave, I should have done that in the first place I just didnt understand how my pizza can be switched with someone elses so easily when they write my name on it and have the number with it. Just very disappointing

First of all, prepare for a pizza ordering experience like no other... in an awesome way. Pizzas come in 1 size only (11 personal) but with two different crust type options. Next comes the amazing part: you can put any base, any toppings, and any sauces they have on it and no matter what you put on it, its going to cost the same. No more deciding which amazing toppings you want to go without because you dont want a $30 pizza. You make it your way for roughly $10 (FINALLY, pizza gods who understand what we need!). They go through it with you the whole way just like at subway... but obviously with pizza. The food is great, but the workers are exceptional. Very friendly, accommodating, and helpful regardless of the fact that they had a line out the door.. Our cheesy bread was forgotten (not a big deal. Especially considering the commotion). And all I was gonna do was ask for it to be refunded only after checking to make sure it wasnt still on its way. The crew went above and beyon to make it right. I didnt even have to wait for someone to pay attention to me, I was attended to the moment I walked up, even with the crowds of people. They offered to make it right then, or refund me, or give me credit for next time. After seeing the line, I didnt want to trouble them for a remake and just asked for credit. Instead, the guy I talked to gave me a coupon for a free pizza (higher value than cheese bread.) I was happy and went to sit down and eat. The next thing I know, a different staff member showed up at my table with a stack of free dessert cakes repeatedly apologizing for forgetting our cheese bread and wanting to make sure we were satisfied. How can you not be impressed with that kind of customer care in todays world? We will definitely be back and highly recommend.
