The prices were higher than advertised not only online but also what was on the actual menu. The menu was falling apart there is no telling how many germs were on it because it looked 20 yrs old. I ordered the combination lo mein. The menu price said $9.95 & the waitress said that the actual price was $11.95 because the menu was outdated. The lo mein came with steamed white rice on the side. The crispies that usually come with the soup was a very small amount in the basket that was brought immediately as I sat down so I munched on them while I waited. Later when I received my soup I asked for more crispies and was told it would cost an extra $1.25 There was only one other party at the restaurant and it took almost 30 mins to receive my lo mein the rice came 15 minutes later. My waitress was running the cash register, as well as, waiting tables so another waitress had to wait on me for most of my meal.The meat in the lo mein was over cooked and such small pieces they were barely noticeable. The mushrooms were very under cooked and entire dish was almost too salty to eat. I also ordered the wonton soup which was just OK to taste. I ordered tea which was free refills but when I got my left over food and tea I was told it would cost an additional $1.25 if I wanted a size larger than a kiddie size cup. I took the kiddie cup and I did not get the extra crispies for my soup. My bill was $16 & some change closer to $17 and this did not even include the tip. I only left a 20% tip because the service was so bad so my bill was $20 total. I normally go to lotus restaurant if i want chinese food. They have an all day special that comes with everything I got only bigger portions they dont charge for a big basket full of crispies and the meat pieces are way bigger with a much better flavor and cooked just right. The restaraunt interior was very outdated. The 1st waitress I had eventhough she was very busy was not friendly at all. This was my 1st and last time eating at this place. I couldve and shouldve eaten some where else. Next time I will spend my hard earned money where I know the food and service will be better.

Dont eat the duck sauce nor Chile sauce. I saw a waiter gathering all the cups n fill them to one or two cups. So disgusting who know what customer slicked the spoon n double dipped other foods in them. I ordered chicken jalapeño but it was more like mushroom jalapeño. I got kids portion of chicken in this plate super disappointing!!

We just ordered about $40 worth of food 3 different meals and they didnt taste anything like what they should taste the chicken was overcooked in one plate it was an absolute disappointment. Ive eaten here before and it wasnt as bad as it is now definitely wouldnt recommend it based on the food unfortunately. We will definitely not be trying this place again because it seems they reduced the food quality to keep making profits and thats unacceptable .

Came in and felt like eating cashew chicken and to my surprise was pure cashews and not chicken Im like what the heck? The food was horrible it all tasted the same no flavor just the sauce they use it was way to much and salty. Inwas dissapointed Im not sure of coming back. Last experience I figure was just a bad one but this one just proved to me that it was not gonna get better. Just when I had high hopes it didnt happen. Guess I wont be coming back. I will go down to a 2 star from a 4/5 dunno it same owners or they sold it to. Came back to eat the broccoli, and beef was not disappointed. It was delish, very flavorful. And hubby ate a different dish was very good too. I was pretty impressed with their food, which was very tasty, not bland. I would definitely go back and order the same or other dishes Id like to try. Prices are reasonable. Portion servings are outstanding. Customer service was very good and very attentive. I was just very happy with my meal and recommended this place to eat. I hadnt been here in over 7 years to come back, which was very well worth it. Thank you, Chopsticks

We were about to order to go when our waitress received a call from her boss to get rid of all customers in the restaurant. So everyone was escorted out of the restaurant. Very strange. And we have not been able to try their food. This was our first time ever at this restaurant and first impression is everything. Sad.

Horrible food and service! This is not the Chopstix it once was. The Chicken smelled spoiled. Steemed rice was dried, hard and crunchy. The lemon chicken was black / brown. Appears that they use dirty old oil. Noodles were smushy which indicate they were over cooked and used too much oil. I do not recommend. Do yourself and your family a favor and stay away. Dont risk getting food poison.

Its hard to leave a review that is less than stellar. In all of my reviews, I try to remain detached from personal expectations, desires, or preferences. However, there are certain basics that if not called out, only perpetuate ongoing bad food or bad chief skills. This is unfortunately one such experience that I must identify. I wanted to like the food. I really tried to like the food, but couldnt even eat much past a few bites. Dinner had to have been yesterdays lunch served today for dinner. The dumpling soup was freezer burnt....badly. One bite and I had to spit the food out. The chicken teriyaki was too hard to cut...over cooked or reheated too many times. The lo mein noodles were very over cooked to the point where they were mush, with only a soy sauce flavor. Broccoli was not steamed, but seemed barely thawed and thrown in as a garnish. Carrots....over cooked, hence why this had to be yesterdays food. Fried rice, not so much. Over cooked and too soft, without much flavor other than just soy. I had to walk away and didnt even wish to take anything as a leftover. I could not imagine reheating this food again. On the positive side, the atmosphere was ok, clean, and service was very good, and friendly. The Mongolian beef and scallions were not bad. The flavor was ok and the scallions were cooked to the right texture. Beef tender but still not worth eating. I will not eat here again.

Great tasting food! I love the lunch egg rolls! Parking: Big parking lot with lots of space and very clean outside. Kid-friendliness: Great high chairs, and space in case kids walk around. Its also very clean and safe for children. Wheelchair accessibility: They have two doors in case wheel chairs are too wide,and lots of space for chairs inside.

Sadly to say we had high hopes for our anniversary dinner at chopstix ..food bland we had to send the tempura shrimp back because it was burnt, second time around still burnt and the egg rolls fried in the same oil they fried the shrimp. The noodles had no flavor . The best part of the experience was the water safe to say we will not be returning nor recommend this place to our family and friends . They may have the food for thought sticker but I think they need to come back over all I rate this 1 star because I couldn t give a 0 stars

Portion size was very generous for noodles. But overall quality was below average. Mixed veggies with tofu seemed only to be seasoned with soy sauce, and some veggies tasted canned. Lo mein noodles were noodles with nothing but soy sauce, which is a first for me. Had to add seasoning at home. Have had the crispy tofu in the past which was also subpar (tiny fried cubes, little substance). Perhaps meat dishes are better but if youre a vegetarian would not recommend.

Went here last night, third time. Dont think well be returning though. I wont include service because thats sketchy almost everywhere. I tried to order some lightly fried tofu with vegetables. My husband ordered Kung Pao chicken. His peppers were burnt and shot out all over the table when cut into. The chicken was well, different. Usually the chicken is cooked with the rest of the ingredients. His was more like barbacoa, crispy and crunchy, and almost diced in size. My dish was SMOTHERED in brown sauce. Pieces of tofu were unevenly sized, hard to get to under all the sauce. I couldnt eat it all, too greasy. My husband said his was oily too. The cook came out and brought our veggie spring rolls. After he returned to the kitchen, I could observe his franticness. Seemed new to Chinese methods. Only two servers, and it wasnt crowded but it was busy. Theyre hiring.

If you are looking for fresh food this isn t the place to go. Let s start with the egg rolls, I tried not to over react (by the way we were sitting next to the kitchen which we could hear everything I mean everything) so we asked our waiter if they could do some fresh ones which she said, they were made this morning . I had to clarified what I meant by fresh and she said, I need to ask ( red flag ) she came back and said yes we can make them fresh, which me and my partner felt relieve but when she went to the kitchen to let the staff know she said they said they wanted fresh so just put them back in the fryer .. I promise everyone I am not over reacting so when we heard that we got up and we were like oh no I m not going to get sick just because we are hungry.. as we walked out they stopped us and told us we have to pay for the drinks which was ice tea and a water and the egg roll we didn t eat so we asked to speak to the manager and she saw us by the way and she just wave to the waitress and told her to just charge him for the drinks I truly hope they change management here because that was a horrible i have ever had in a restaurant.

I have tried to give this place about 3 chances thinking that it might be better as its the only Chinese restaurant on this end of town. It is still awful all 3 times. The food is awful. The pork lomein is mostly low quality noodles, and the pork is so dry it probably would make a material for an army tent. There are no veggies. there are a few small water chestnuts and then a couple of the ends of the tops of green onions. that was it. and the fried rice was all rice with about 5 disgusting peas thrown in there. I Have had general tsaos chicken, its mostly breading and just not very flavorful. I guess the only way that you will get any vegetables in any of the dinner entrees is to order them on the side as they are very stingy with them.
