Went there today while it was supposed to be open. Door was wide open and no one was there including staff. Tons of liquor and a golden tee and computers. Number is disconnected. Called city line security to see if they would lock up building. They were uninterested. Bartender are tricky fish said they closed weeks ago.

Saw this place on google and was curious to try it out. The waitress who took our order appeared to be drunk. Before she approached us she definitely seemed to not work here due to the lack of professionalism. We later on found out that she didn t even put our order despite the wait. We then walked out and took our business elsewhere. The staff here had very inappropriate conversations out loud, they would publicly make out with each other, and would vape inside the restaurant. I don t recommend this place to anyone because clearly they lack respect and professionalism for the business and customers.

I come in a couple times a week for a drink after work and this spot is becoming my cheers bar. Specific shoutouts to Ryan and Lisa for making me feel welcome with the regulars. Mostly a beer drinker so their abundant selection is certainly a selling point for me. Tried the chicken street last night. The seasoning was amazing and the meat was super juicy.

Came in to watch the Cowboys game and was the only guest there so I asked are you all open? The bartender looked at me as if I was stupid and replied yeah? So I take a seat at the bar and the coworker she was chatting with obviously took precedence over the one guest at the bar. When she finally came over she asked what do you want? I gave her my order and that s the last time I spoke to her before closing out and leaving. I had a party of 6 on the way. This is probably why a sports bar is dead on a Sunday.

I ve been to Aces a couple of times and I invited my African friends to come around cos it s a cool place. LISA attends to me and she so awesome. She s the best. Excellent service, super friendly and attentive. The kitchen crew is good. I love eating the wings! Highly recommend!!!

Boneless wings, worst Ive ever had. Theyre all breading in a tasty sauce. There wasnt 1 wings worth of meat in 8 boneless pieces. I showed the server and her ridiculous response was nobody ever told me that before. Ok, invalidate and dismiss a legitimate problem. That helps achieve a solution of which management can be proud. I then went across the street to Brass Tap to have some lunch since I was still hungry, I recommend their tacos and fish-n-chips.

Overall a decent place to catch a football game, although I dont know how theyll do it with Sunday Ticket being on YouTube TV when they have DirecTV, but thats not really important to this review, just a side note. The waitstaff is generally ok - its not fine dining - the food is alright as well - nothing to write home about, the burger is pretty good and they had good garlic parm wings, but they changed the recipe and now theyre not good. Drink specials are decent - it gets loud at night - I try to only go during the day, but they often have DJs or music bingo and it gets really loud.

Decent atmosphere, wings are the worst I ve ever had at any sports bar EVER. Bartender was alright, nothing special. You d think when I ask to throw away all my dinner and not do a to-go back that you d at least be asked how the food is, but noooooooo it s like she knows the wings suck even though she told me they were good after having to call an audible on the daily special because they don t keep their menus up to date. This seems more like a local place for regulars that get all the attention. Read the reviews before going in, and now I can whole heartedly agree that the food (at least the wings are complete garbage). Nice spot if your trying to drink and not be bothered.

When we arrived, there were two tables occupied. The one server was reasonably prompt to get us menus and promised waters but she never returned. (Definitely was far more interested in her video chats than the customers). An alternate employee eventually brought waters but failed to take time for any order taking until we called him back. Drinks arrived and we never had interaction with an employee... Ever. Menus were nasty (sticky, etc) so we changed our minds about ordering food. NHL Stars playoffs on only one screen with others consumed with irrelevant programming even with many tables in green. Customers at the bar were coordinating waters to pacify customers at tables. Ten minutes at the bar attempting to pay our tab so I could move on. Waitress who was there never acknowledged customers in this time, further focused on her phone and leaving to camp in the kitchen. Kitchen staff in view were also on phones and giving no attention to customers. Left $12 cash on the table to cover two beers with no ticket available. Life is short to be spending time/money in this environment.

I found me a hidden GEM. This place is so cool. The staff is amazing too. Berenice and Kendra are really what takes this place over the top. Some nights they have Karaoke and the people that come here can really sing. This is the only place I wont turn around and leave as soon as I see it is Karaoke night. They also have this really cool music bingo that you can play and win gift cards. I think the owners of this bar have a few others and the vibe is pretty similar. If you are looking for a fun night some good drinks, some good food and great customer service This Is The Place. If you see me there say Hi. I dont always go out to a bar but when I do its Aces Sports Bar, Drink responsibly my friends.

This is probably the worse bar you could ever think of. My friend and I waited for almost 2 hours to get our food and the waiter still got the order wrong. She apologized and when our check came , they charged us for the food we didn t eat. Per manager, because it s already in their system we gotta pay for it. This is just based on my experience. My husband and I wanted to try this bar since we live right down the street from city line. Ver nice location and pretty good set up. Waitress was super friendly and had great customer service. However, the food they are putting out is cheap and may not be cooked properly. My husband and I both got sick that night and did not feel good the next morning. For example, I ordered the Mac and cheese and it was literally out of the box Kraft Mac and cheese I make for my toddler. Also nachos were served cold. I was definitely expecting better quality.

My Wife and I walked in around 6:40pm, a small crowd, but enough of a crowed to have to wait a second or two for service. Bar Tender look up at me at least four times, a well tatted waitress rolled pass me and My wife NO ONE Acknowledged us, as if we were Invisible. After several minutes of the Quiet Treatment, we took our money elsewhere, to somewhere my GREEN dollars are welcomed.

My friend never has problems at food places but this place has to be one of the worst for her to even complain because she usually will deal with it and make the best of it but not this place!! Today I had one of the worst experiences that you can possibly ever have! Ive been wanting to dine here for months now. Especially, with it being so close to my job. This establishment appears nice/chill and somewhat family oriented. However, the racism was at an all time high. It took forever to place an order. The waitress had an attitude while both taking our orders and as she brought the orders out. Her carelessness acts made her accidentally waste food from our plates and stated she wasnt going to replace anything. After REPEATEDLY asking for the manager (CRAIG) I was threatened for the police to be called, as if though I was too irate. I persistently asked for my tab and once again I went unheard. Ive NEVER had to deal with this type of behavior from staff. My children and myself will NOT EVER step feet in this place EVER again. ACES name should change to RACIST immediately!!! I would give this place -5 if I could

If I could give this place 0 stars I would ! The waitress and the manager Craig was EXTREMELY racist and ignored taking any orders or comments from my friend and I. The manager even snapped on me while trying to get his attention even after calling him over a million times. I WOULD NEVER come back to this place. Cool sports bar in a walkable area. Live all the spots that open for fresh air and to open up the space. Lots of TVs for sports, and a good selection of food. I visited for the Super Bowl and ordered the chicken wrap with Hop & Sting beer. Good time!

Its a clean and open space and the service is decent enough, but one cant help be confused as to what exactly its trying to be. The name implies an airplane theme, and I belive there is a painting of an airplane on one of the walls, but theres also a giant (awesome) robot and other things that seem out of place. There is also a very creepy factor: there is a wall-length mirror that you realize is actually a 2-way mirror once you enter the restrooms. Yes. You too can experience the voyeuristic pleasures of watching other patrons drink and dine whilst you are in the quietly hidden in a private, locked restroom. The bathrooms are single-person only. I shant be returning for this reason alone.

This may be one of the worst bars I ve been to in the DFW. I strongly feel like the people leaving 5 star reviews are friends of the people that work there because this is far from 5 stars. The service was absolutely horrible the waitress we had was insanely rude. We would ask for things and she wouldn t even acknowledge that she heard us or respond when we gave her our orders. I asked for mayonnaise and she just looked and me and kept walking. After 5-10 mins I asked for it again when she walked by our table once more and she rolled her eyes. Lol. Someone mentioned that the burgers tasted like freezer burgers and seems to be the most accurate reviews so far. I don t know how they allowed for such a bar to open in the city line area. We definitely will never be going back. First time in my entire life I left no tip.

The acoustics are HORRIBLE. Listening to a game makes me cringe. Im the wrong demographic for night time there. They have a DJ playing EXCRUCIATINGLY LOUD hip hop or whatever. The loudness and horrible acoustics give me earaches. My eardrums will never be the same. The service is usually pretty good. Drinks are reasonable and quite good. Food is good. You gotta try the trashcan nachos

Service is usually slow (especially on the patio) even though the place is not busy, and specials can be mis-leading ie Crown and Down special on Thursday is really just a special on Crown. If you are fortunate enough to have Craig as your bartender then you should be in good hands.

We ve been three times now since their soft opening a few weeks back. We are glad to have a place like this in CityLine. Service has been great each time we ve visited. We ve enjoyed the drinks as well! All three visits have been later in the evening, and it is pretty loud. It s offering something other places in CityLine aren t, so we don t mind that at all.

Walked into a sub-par atmosphere, (small and bland) wasn t greeted within 5 minutes for a drink, and then when we were greeted, it was to go grab a menu. Drink order taken 7 minutes after sitting down, then drinks weren t being made after the order was taken so decided to cancel order and leave. Could have had a drink in the meantime at most places. Tried to go watch a soccer match today, but it wasnt open. Sign said open at 11am, google reported open at 11am, same with Facebook. Not open. 3 ppl cleaning up inside though, but the doors were locked at 11:45. Stood outside for 5 minutes and they had to have seen us, but they did not come out to say when theyd be open. Oh, and no phone number to call on Google or FB pages. Went someplace else and watched the game. Cant say Ill be back.

Sick bar! Love the airport vibe! Great service. Out waitress Ashley was on top of it a drinks were on point! Loved the DJ and we will be back no doubt!

Seriously probably one of the best places to check out in Richardson. If you haven t met Craig, he s the best bartender around. Makes everyone feel welcome and always provides the best service. If you don t come here for the great food and beer, make sure you go for the best/worst (depending who you are) puns that anyone can dish out from Craig.

This place was a long time coming. 4 years in the making?! We went with high expectations because of this. We live in the area and I work in the area so I m not trying to give it any lower stars than 4 but The space itself is small. I was expecting the interior to be spotless and clean, but it definitely looked worn already. Splatter paint stains on the tables and the A/C was broken and dripping. We were asked to move so the A/C unit wouldn t fall on us ? That was awkward. The waitresses were trying the best they could. And they treated us with utmost kindness!! We were just let down. We were so looking forward to this sports bar. More attention to detail like the menu, and how its printed is needed instead of using Microsoft Word. & More TVs please! No sports memorabilia anywhere. Is this really a sports bar? The interior design didn t make sense. We are eagerly hoping to see improvement in this place so we can come back during football season!
