Ill write the list Pros: cheap, easy location, restaurant next door is good if you like seafood, pretty clean room with working TV (they claim they arent but they were while we stayed), cold AC, loved the small kitchen with full size fridge, they come by and change bedding and provide towels daily, bed was pretty comfortable, cheap to bring your dog ($10 a day) Cons: theyre pretty rude at the desk, make sure you pay attention to sheets they tried to give us clean sheets with orange sides falling apart and cigarette burns, the blanket is more like a scratchy tablecloth so might want to bring your own its uncomfortable AF, did see a few small roaches but honestly Im an apartment person so it happens, Overall Id stay again just bring my own comforter for sure. Definitely nice to have AC after a week without it after the hurricane. Just dont expect much or even a nice attitude from front desk because your definitely not getting either. Its a cheap efficiency motel room with no frills or thrills but not bad for the price. Seemed pretty safe as well.

I stayed the first night and was not happy with where my room was located. So when I went to pay for the second night I explained to the owner/mgr how I felt. He told me, Well dont stay here! That was after he took my money. I very nicely told him that was rude. Everytime u wanted to take a shower u had to tell them so they would turn the heat up on the boiler. I

This was a great choice. Nice dark rooms when you go to sleep. They have a kitchen in the room. So you dont have to eat out if you have cookware. Very nice and inexpensive.

This place was disgusting. There was hair on both rooms we checked out the rooms. we messed up and payed before checking the rooms. For those 15 min they charged us 30 dollars. First rooms we checkout had short thick hairs on the sheets and covers and smelled like a crack room and the 2nd room we checked out had thick long hairs on the sheets and pillows. Disgusting I rather sleep in the car. They still had the audacity to charge $30 for those 15 min of checking out the rooms. Booked a room for 3 nights but only stayed for one. The room was disgusting. There were stains on the sheets on both beds. Stains on the wall, there was some writing on the bathroom wall. Mold in the kitchen above the stove. Cigarette burns on the pillows. The bathroom door was messed up. On top of that there were some sketchy ppl staying there, we heard a woman get slapped pretty hard in the room next to us and heard loud banging on a few doors down. No way we wanted to continue staying there we just took the loss and went to another hotel

I rented a room to go to after my birthday. I had my friends carry up the things we had left over from my birthday. The owner comes out yelling at my guest saying only two people can stay. I let him know they were not staying. He called the room as I walked in the door, and told me he would call the cops if I don t leave. At 3 am in the morning I had to go find another hotel. Skip forward a few months I go to get a room for a friend that needed a place to stay, and was told my ID was flagged to never rent a room to me. I never even got to sit on the bed much less stay the night. This man walks the parking lot all hours apparently and is okay with being rude and will not let you speak to explain anything. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. * Stay Away unless you want a headache *

Room is clean and fair priced new staff was very nice but the manager was very rude and accused me of lying about checking in my dog. I checked my dog in second night because I had no choice I paid my extra fee. My son was walking my dog and the manager spoke in a nasty tone to my 6 year old son. Then spoke again very rudly to me and accused me of lying I am very upset about it.

They took $110 i paid for 6 nights with my dog and they made me check out the 5 day half the lights in the room were out and they also tried to charge us $10 for walking around at night when it was only 8 pm rust all over the ac and The Microwave and they still let kids stay there witch is unsafe and puls the night manger is very rude if i could that place would be shut down

There was a payment problem between EXPEDIA and ME, This person in the front desk wouldnt let me explain what was happening, he would just keep saying, I KNOW, I KNOW, this is the WORST attention that I could ever have had, and it took it all away, sikce I felt like this, I did not want to rate the room, by the way, very uncomftable bed and pillow, towells are too small and thin.

Mr Patel is a wonderful person...after the winter storm power outage I left the hotel and went home, I returned 2 days later due to no water (broken lines) Mr Patel (hotel manager) allowed me to get cleaned up, take a shower and relax for 2 hours before heading back to my house in Baytown. Thank you sir and every night I have spent in your motel over the past 3 years has been a pleasure.. thanks again

Wonderful service to me and my personal service dogs.. They also help accommodate a couple dog walkers on our crew while I was away. Room nice and clean. Absolutely no bugs. Full size refrigerators . Ac blows you out the room. Much love Deluxe Inn. We been treated horrible at extended stay American. Hearts2Love services will definitely be back.

I would give this roach motel a Zero star but thats not an option. First off there is NO metion of a pet fee on their website or the site I used to book the room. I dont mind paying a pet fee but I would have liked to know about it before hand. Second, we get to our room expecting it to be clean and Roach free. Unfortunately when I went to use the microwave I was greeted by a ROACH. I complained to the manager Mr. Patel. He did offer to change our room. I am disabled and have a hard time walking. He didnt seem to be to concerned about it. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this hotel. I will not be back to this hotel.

The owners are so nice. I had to stay here because 2 studs broke off a tire and they let us fix it in parking lot. Super clean with only $10 a day pet fee and some rooms are smoking rooms. Highly recommended and great price as well.

Theyre lucky I gave them 1 star. The color inside the rooms are dark colors, olive green and some other dark color which makes you feel trapped. There is NO closet period or even a dresser to put your clothes in. No coffee maker, and No breakfast, but they will give you juice...really? Plus the room stunk from a lot of floor cleaner. I packed all my belonging and signed back out as fast as I could and departed. I did tell them why but that didnt matter to them.

My room was NOT thoroughly cleaned. It had no remote control, n then I had to walk all the way back to the office to get one, n It was all taped up. The owners had their dogs in the room nxt to mine. The room did not smell clean. The ONLY good thing about Deluxe Inn n Suites, was that I could afford it, n the location was easy to find.

Personally, I love the Deluxe Inn. Staff is good and very courteous, very helpful. Prices are great. Rooms are good. Clean every other day to every other other day. Location is just where I need it. TV is large and high quality. Been there since Mid january and I am happy about it.

Do not stay here! This hotel has bed bugs. I started itching on night two and by day three had a rash all over. After searching the room on night three I found the bed bugs! I went to the hotel staff and told them and they did not care. I got a refund and went to another hotel. This is a nasty hotel and the staff does not care about the cleanliness of the rooms.

Bigger guy of the two that work there is very unpleasant and UNPROFESSIONAL. Ive stayed here a couple times before and never had a issue. This past stay will definitely be my last. Room was dirty. Toilet had poop stains. Tub had dirt and hair from poor draining & clearly the walls in the shower werent cleaned. The walls were disgusting in the room. So were the floors. It appeared as if the room wasnt cleaned, just the sheets were changed. I have never stayed at a establishment where the problem was them and instead of resolving the issue, you get yelled at and told to check out if it was a problem. Very bad business . Sticking to the holiday inn from now on. The motel 6 was cheaper and cleaner with friendlier staff.

Very clean, roomy beds , a full kitchen with microwave , sink, trash disposal, stove top , cabinets , and fridge. The bathroom was also pretty big. They even leave a couple of pre-toothpasted toothbrushes just in case you forget to pack your own. The room I had was 2 beds which was comfortable. A flat screen tv (40in) . There was a table to set personal items on along with a dresser . then a small kitchen table with 2 chairs . a nightstand was in between the 2 beds.They had smoking or no smoking rooms available , WiFi , free breakfast items , ice machine and washer and dryer available down stairs.This awesome hotel room cost me 1/4th the price of the one I had the day before and was 80% better! Highly recommend this place.

Nice, super clean rooms for very great rates. The best aspect was the staff. The guys here are super friendly and helpful, somthing that is not always the case at places with lower rates. I drove here from Houston after speaking with a really rude attendant at another motel. I would definately recommend this place to others. I very rarely give a 5 star review if that says anything..
