A few months ago we ordered a pizza from Brooklyn and it arrived cold. I provided some feedback and a few minutes later the owner of the store actually called me himself and we spoke on the phone for many minutes. Hes a very nice man and we both found that we had a lot in common. He offered me a free pie on my next order and we ordered last night but I did not take advantage of his offer because I didnt really think it was necessary. Im here to tell you that Customer service and excellent food are alive and well at Brooklyn Pizzeria in Pearland. I do want to mention something else. The pizza itself is wonderful. I highly recommend this place. You cant get a better pizza anywhere in my opinion. Dietary restrictions: None

This is my favorite pizza place because of the food alone. The service is below par, every time I ve been here the cashier has had an AirPod in. The pizza is a bit pricey, but great. The garlic knots were not very garlicky. The atmosphere is cool, with a New York style interior. Overall would recommend the place. Vegetarian options: Salads and cheese pizza.

I was in Pearland and had to give this spot a try. Im really glad I did. Great NY style pizza! I had their special, some wings, and a small cheese pizza as well. I liked it all. The staff were friendly and the service was great. If you have tried the pizza and wings here, you should. Its for sure the NY vibe in the food. I ordered for delivery a large half brookly special and the meat lovers on the other half. It was delivered barely warm and had hardly any toppings. It was like a frozen pizza. The only good thing was the delivery driver. Dominos has way more toppings. We wont order again.

Beware of the pizza boy in the red V6 challenger. He almost t-boned my truck in the parking and proceeded to take a picture of my license plate. I saw him in the store and he told me it was my fault and should learn how to drive. If you have little children please hold their hands while walking through the lot because he does about 30 through it. Pizza is great! Alfredo has great flavor. Prices are more than fair. Just moved to the area and this is definitely our Italian spot.

I got manicotti and it was not cooked all the way, the sauce tasted and smelled like it was sitting in the can open for days. It was awful!! Cheese sticks were under cooked and again sauce was like tasting a tin can. Garlic bread was soggy and tasted old. This was the WORST so called Italian IV ever had. Total waste food was trashed..Avoid this place is serving old food and cant cook to save their life.

I called in my order at the Pearland Tx location. The food was ready when I arrived 15 minutes later. My order was perfect. Everything I ordered was correct. They also provided plastic forks and a plastic knife. Also, plenty of napkins. My favorite part about this place, is that you can order pizza by the slice. I love this about Brooklyn Pizzeria. The slice of meat lovers pizza I ordered was large, full of meat, had nice cheese coverage and had great tasting sauce. The fettuccine Alfredo I ordered was creamy and tasted great. I have eaten there twice now and will definitely return. There is a good ratio of portion size and price here. A lot of value for your money.

I ve been to this place a few times. It s never crowded so there isn t a long wait. The pizza is just ok in my opinion but my family loves it so that s why I gave it 4 stars. It s a bit oily for me and the sauce isn t flavorful. However, the crust is perfect. You have to ask for crushed pepper flakes and parmesan cheese. And when you dine in they provide paper plates.

Really love the pizza here. Its not quite as perfect as New York (native New Yorker here) but its very darn close, especially if its hot! However, I wasnt a big fan of the wings. The flavor was decent but they were really dry and overcooked. Just get the pizza! You wont be disappointed. Tip: The slices are pretty big so you might want to get it cut twice if you have kids or people who want smaller portions.

When we visit family in Pearland, Brooklyn Pizzeria is our go to for great pizza. The 18 pizza (double cut) and two orders of garlic mozzarella bread fed three adults and 4 kids. I love that the websit has the flexibility to let you order a specially pizza and then adjust on side to be an different specialty pizza. There was no extra charge to add toppings to the left side of our pizza. We had a meat lovers on the right side and a personalized super supreme on the left side (we added lots of veggies). Only thing that could have been better would have been if the garlic mozzarella bread had not been closed when they packaged it for pickup. When we opened the bread loaf the cheese stuck to one side of the loaf. It was still tasty and not enough of an issue to cost a star.

We stopped here on the way back from a softball tournament and we were not disappointed! We made our own custom spinach and alfredo pizza and it was amazing! Not a happy impressed customer for the first time! Went in an ordered a small and medium pizza plus garlic knots. Tasteless! Garlic knots were tough and no flavor. Our pepperoni pizza and my Italian sausage with mushrooms and red onion were dripping with so much grease. My Italian sausage on my pizza tasted old and not fresh ingredients. I asked the Indian girl for boxes and it was like I was asking for too much. She wanted to give attitude about me needing three boxes. The boxes she gave me weren t big enough for one whole pizza at all.. The other Hispanic girl kept touching her nose and never washed her hands. They don t ask if you need anything while you are there and just sit with their faces to their phones. Also, I don t like that you get charged for the first three toppings then the rest for free when most places give you the first three free and charge after. They don t tell you that until you see your bill and they can t explain it through. Never coming back!!

This place has the Best Pizza I have ever had. Saying that here is the part that really need some attention. The staff is not always professional. This is a business. Hanging out front and running to register after a customer has walked in from the front door. That is pretty long walk from the door for you not to be waiting to help them. Only move after you finish talking with drivers is not the way to handle shop. Not having a mask fully covering your face. Which your nose is included in that. Called in my order to be delivered. Only to see and hear two drivers say they were not going out again. It was about one hour until the website said no delivery. I hope this helps to improve your business. I heard another customer say the same thing. He could not order because of the website not taking his delivery order. Again Great Food!!!

First of all, this pizza is not good . Second , I got an email at 807 stating my order was on its way. It did not get here until 9PM. Obviously it was cold and soggy. Ravioli was also cold and soggy. Come to find out the driver got off at 9 so he took several orders at one time.

Great pizza and salads. Weren t to crazy about the wings. The day after the freeze this was one of the few places open. Line was out the door. I thought they did a great job of getting through the demand.
