I had an extremely high conflict ex, my first attorney put me in a position that made that situation worse. I see you ve responded I m not a client, I find it quite comical you don t even know your client listing ad u only use this email address to correspond with your paralegals Maria and Mirjiam. The worst communication I ve ever dealt with. Weeks (up to 6 weeks) without any responses even with calling the office and asking for an email or call back, not communicating about steps of the process, not being educated on the correct forms that need to be filled out, overall just not impressed especially for the price point. The paralegal who we worked with really needs to work on keeping her clients apprised of the ongoing of their cases.

Mr. Fiegel was recently my lawyer for a family matter that included complex situations (50/50 custody, combative coparent). He stuck with me, for 10 months while a whirlwind of situations/petitions occurred. He never made me feel like I was asking too many questions, always made me feel like I my case was the only case, had great HONEST advice that allowed me to see situations in the context of family law AND we won absolutely everything I wanted and more (at a great price). Orlando is experienced, sharp and moves quick My ex-wife gave me an extremely contentious divorce through constant harassment, stalking, false allegations, false police reports and defamation. Orlando and his experienced team were able to quickly stop her harassment and also get my divorced filed and finalized in less than 120 days. Their client care and response time to calls/emails is excellent. If you have a contested divorce with assets Orlando is your best advocate in family court.

I really hope this is a single occurrence. I spent thousands and have absolutely nothing to show for it. Had exactly 1 conversation with my lawyer, ONE. Currently going back and forth with them on producing some kind of itemized bill to close my account and it s been a month already with nothing to show me what I ve been charged and what I may salvage to have to start over with some other company. The receptionist have been completely unhelpful and continue to give me the run around, even when I call daily for my account to be closed and bill. It seems very strange they need a specific person to calculate all my charges and taking so long to show me anything. My initial reason for seeking out a lawyer seemed extremely insignificant to this company, hence why i received no results but was surely billed for something. This company just seems very unorganized and unprofessional. I had high hopes dues to the ratings but was disappointed once I was having to follow up so much just to keep my request moving. I finally decided to just cut my losses but now in a back and forth just to close it.

Worked with Mr. Beauregard on a custody case against my ex husband. My ex pulled out all the shots in hopes of dragging it all out. Since he made more money than me he hoped to financially drain me. Made false accusations and claims for unnecessary and extra court hearings. Mr. Beauregard handled the case amazingly. He is brilliant and very professional. He took care of every false accusation and won each and every hearing. Then an ambucs got involved. A Mr. Hector Garaza and even when his unprofessionalism, machismo and pettiness lead to my lawyer being out numbered, Mr Beauregard still won. Its difficult to go through a custody hearing. Especially with pettiness and anger being involved and shot at you. But Mr. Beauregard had my back the whole way. Reasonable prices and a genuine heart. A crazy deadly lawyer style that left them all in the dust. So glad I had him on my side. He worked miracles for me and for that I will be forever grateful! !

Beau Fiegel has done it again! Beau represented myself in a court case a year ago and literally got me everything I was fighting for. I referred a friend that was not satisfied with her current lawyer and Beau went in and got everything finalized for her in a timely manner with ease! She got more than she thought she would and couldn t be happier! Today we ended a 10 month ordeal and we came out on top thanks to Beau Fiegel. When I first called him, he was very upfront and said he didnt think we had much of a chance because my divorce was less than a year ago. Three months later we hired him to mediate with us and he realized what I was up against and held a place for us for when it had been a year. We went through so much trauma in our child custody battle, and Beau fought for us every time. He answered our calls and texts almost every time and called back promptly, bless his wifes heart- she is a Saint. We trusted him completely and he trusted our take on things too, he respected our decisions along the way. There were no billing charges that were unreasonable or inflated. I hired Beau to takeover my case for child support modification. I appreciated the time he took in familiarizing himself with my existing case and hearing out my thoughts and concerns from the beginning. Happy I hired Kell & Fiegel! I had the pleasure of working with both on my custody case over a 3 year period. They both handled my case exceptionally well considering they had to transfer my case from Alabama to Texas. Hes so thorough,and on the ball, detail in everything he does, notes constantly, remembers all the opposing says on stand, and will question them on each thing. Writes a lot of questions for them to answer. We are impressed, we have another day of our custody case, and he has worked really hard. He has those he questions in cross examining, very flustered and they have a hard time answering. He has the opinion attorney flustered as well. Lol He is very friendly, and will explain all you ask. He will suggest things for you to do and not do. He speaks to the opposing attorneys and such as if theyre good friends, dont let that fool you, he is a fierce fighter in the courtroom. VERY smart, worth every dime you spend. Hes in it to wonder for YOU!!! He is a Christian family man, loves kids and animals. We really like Orlando Kell. His assistant/legal secretary Maria, is very sweet as well, and very helpful, she will help guide you through what you are needing to do, and will help get your stuff done with you. Orlando did an outstanding job getting my son custody of his child. He is quiet and gentle, yet aggressive and zealous when necessary.
