DO NOT GO HERE ! very rude and unprofessional, me and my boo are washing clothes Nd all of a sudden aint shi in da dryer after i knew i put my clothes in there , well we go chill until they dry and they not in the dryer its back in the washer , so we asked the front desk to review the cameras so we can make sure we not tripping they were so damn rude abt it , i asked to speak to hr because no if the shoe was on the other foor they would not like that ! we are all human i aint sleep w you , yall dont even be in the lobby half the time yall sleep , tf yall get paid for ? to nag and complain , wake up happy damn , get yall some jesus and as far as yall managers they should be ashamed of themselves to be having such awful employees ! even one of their housekeepers spoke to me and said they are entirely rude they think they own the place and they get paid juss as much as everyone else . i want a refund for their rude customer service , i will be reporting them to hr . the rudest mf workers ik.

If you like bugs then this is your place. You can complain all you want you will get no refund. This is privately owned and because it says regency don t think it s affiliated with Hyatt because it isn t. check the photos. Also front desk was asleep when checking out. Phones were out. Feel free to stay here if you like though. The 3.5 star rating is manipulated. Don t be fooled !

To be fair I checked in at 3am and out by 11am. Last minute choice after delayed flight accommodations. Staff was not most welcoming, but offered me a deal (wasnt really a deal was actually price of one full night). Walking in rooms smelled fantastic but chips in paint + baseboards, cracks in mirror, and burn wholes in blankets. If you looking for a spot to show off to your IG followers... not this one. But if you need a quick rest or in a tough spot it shall suffice.

Be smart book your room online and can get a major discount and usually can still pay at the motel! I watched my sister in law get this room for $43.00 was such a steal! Rooms: Very clean! Food and drinks: Waffle house,, Taco Bell, Wendys, mc Donalds, pizza hut, dominos, Panda Express, Jack in the box, Walgreens/CVS, shell, 7 eleven, Cheddars, outback, Chinese, close to everything!! If your visiting Baytown renting a room here brings u right in the middle of everything in Baytown its a great location the mall use to be on i10& Garth but it is no longer standing

This place was awful. The front desk woman is so rude and off putting. We showed up at 1, which is the check in time listen on Expedia, she told us the room wouldn t be ready until 2. Okay fine. We came back at 2 and she very rudely asked us if we were ready then checked us in. When we got to the room it was filthy. There was crumbs and wrappers all over all the surfaces. There were cockroaches on the floor, 2 of them. And the toilet was filthy. And okay you still have to clean the room I get it, but don t check is in? Then after requesting a refund she gave it to us then told us to get out of her lobby. It was 98°. Avoid if possible.

Absolutely do not stay here. The owners ripped me off and are thing to charge me double what I agreed to. When I checked in, I signed a document indicating the total for 2 nights would be $190. It clearly said that on the document, and I verbally confirmed that it was the total and not the per night rate, and my friend was with me and also witnessed this occur. I stupidly did not keep a copy of the signed document, and they charged me double what I had agreed to. I called them and asked for a copy of the document with my signature on it and they said they can t do that and then hung up on me. The room was also pretty musty and felt unsanitary. Only stay here if you have no other option and keep good record of what you re agreeing to.

Bed was more on the stiff side but still comfy, room had an odor to it especially after turning on the A/C it smelled moldy/wet. Phone did not work the landline wire was broken. TV, fridge, microwave all in working condition. *Free breakfast* just machine juice, cereal, toast, and some little Debbie looking pastries in individual packages. Not what I was hoping for but for the price i guess makes sense.

Purposely booked this hotel because of the spa tub in the room. Stayed 2 nights. Checked in suuuuper late. Booked room online a week prior. There is no option for late check out. Staff was friendly and accommodating for the most part. When I first walked in, there was an odor of sitting water, almost moldy like. The smell was tolerable. Carpets could have used a little more vacuuming. There was a king bed and a pull out couch. The sheets on the bed looked clean but didnt feel clean. The pullout couch too, the sheets there didnt look like it was changed for a while. My 17yr old son didnt even want to sleep on it, he folded it back up and just slept on it as a couch. Microwave and mini fridge in room worked. Vending machine on property worked. But the ice machine was down during my stay. There were lamps in the room that didnt have bulbs in it. I called the front desk and someone came to the room. I was told that the lamps were for decoration and showed me where there was a switch against a wall to turn a light on to light the room. The spa tub was enjoyable except at the first use, after draining, there what appeared to be dirt at the bottom of the tub. Not sure if it came out from the jets or from the drain. Either way, the spa tub wasnt used to get cleaned, more so to just relax, which it was. Utilized the pool during my stay. With the weather being hot, the water temp in the pool was comfortable. My 3 year old had a blast. There was no issue with parking. Parking was free. Overall, I would say a 3.75...not quite 4.

Room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke, cigarette burns in all the blankets and furniture. They gave 3 pillows for 2 adults and 2 kids and refused to give more. Refused to give more towels, was very rude. Said we couldn t have any guests at all. Very rude staff, pull out couch still had dirty sheet from the last person who stayed and who knows how long it was on there it reeked of urine. Don t reccomend staying here avoid at all costs.

The rooms were not up to code, wires were hanging out where smoke detector was suppose to be light fixtures was hanging down in the bathroom, door wouldnt close in the bathroom, roaches in the bathroom that our daughter had. My sons room there were no keys on the phone to call...so they had to use the one next door..The Lil sofa were dirty and the seat that were at the table. We ask for different rooms got the same thing...the kids couldnt swim when it was suppose to be open at 8 a.m. the pool guy need to clean it and it was already 10. His staff asked my daughter in law did they sleep on top of the sheets or in them....so you know what that meant....never clean my daughter room...food was left in the refrigerator when we got there.. Owner and staff were rude.. City inspector needs to visit this place....and yhe breakfast were Lil Debbie snacks The owner ask not to give them a bad rating thats why they git one star...p.s CHECK THE MATTRESS nasty have pictures but couldnt upload them

The Grand Double room is perfect for families! It has a spacious room with two queens and a fold-out couch. It also has a small kitchen with medium sized fridge and two hot plates to cook meals so you dont have to go out for every meal. There is a desk as well as a table and chairs so my husband was able to work while my kids could use the table for school work. The couple that run the hotel are both very nice and accommodating. Overall we had a great stay!. .

Paid $86.00 for a room that had substance of who knows on the wall. The sheet, covers and towels felt wet, humid, walls and door were all messed up with paint peeling off and the door looked busted up, felt un safe sleeping there, water pressure is very low. Took forever to take shower. For a new place its dirty and not worth $75.00 + tax we pass. Thanks so much.

Drove 6 hours to get here to finally check in with my infant and to find the room didnt have the kitchenette I asked for manager came from a back room yelling for me to leave and if I wanted a kitchenette to book it through hotels.com since thats where I booked originally he then refused to give me a refund for me to go else where. They took my room keys and said if I didnt leave they would call cops. I ended up leaving and traveling another 3 hours to find a hotel with vacancy for the weekend. Mind you I got the room on a tuesday to arrive on friday I called them to verify my room had kitchenette and they said yes it had one.. these rooms really were even that clean and the service obviously was horrible..

Suite is a SINGLE small room with pullout couch. Saw big roaches in the room!!! Horrible. Called front desk several times for a blanket for the pullout couch, but they never answered the phone! The cleanliness of the room was slightly fair. There was a hole in the covers, stains on the couch and bathroom could use painting! Just a very basic motel. No frills here.

We stopped because the rating was 3.8; ouch!! I do not know who gave this place this rating, however I DO NOT THINK THIS RATER, has been in the rooms. I will say the room was somewhat tastefully decorated, but that feature was overwhelmed with the carpet looked as thought the oil fields , and dirt came there every night. I know those whom work in those trades work HARD for their money, so this is not on the workers. I am pointing this out because the room we had was in poor repair, and appliances, need to be replaced, including the sinks and toilet in its entirety, nothing matches; the lid, the ring, the tank, and the bowel. Parking is difficult, as are the turns, and not very convenient parking. The place just needs work, and remodeling soon!

When I got there they had booked my room to someone else. we were suppose to get a non smoking room, this one smelled really bad. We booked for two days due to the hurricane. The next morning all was clear because the hurricane had turned, so we checked out one day early. The receptionist took my key and said thanks. then I got a credit card statement charging for 2 nights. I called them, they said to call Booking.com, so I did. Booking.com called them, they refused to refund my room. Terrible employees. Never stay there again.

This hotel advertises free breakfast but has stopped it due to covid. They could at least add that to the notifications somewhere so people dont plan on having breakfast there. My elderly parents stayed there due to being evacuated because of a hurricane and did not bring breakfast foods. They dont tell you there is no buffet until you call and ask. Secondly, they have a kitchen with a stove top. They have no dishes. When I say no dishes, not a glass, not a plate, no pots/pans. The front desk informed me that you have to bring your own. Are you kidding me? Who does that? So my folks had to evacuate because of a hurricane and they brought food not knowing whether restaurants would be open for them to find food to eat. Then there are no ways to cook and serve the food. They have no way to prepare food. What are they supposed to do to eat? Very unacceptable. I have never stayed at a hotel with a kitchenette that didnt provide dishes, glasses, cooking pots/pans etc. The pictures on the site are very misleading based on what my parents described to me. I feel so bad that I sent my parents to a hotel during a hurricane with no way to prepare meals. You need to look at your description of your property because I think you are guilty of false advertising. I will post pictures that are false advertising on yelp or wherever I have to. Taking advantage of elderly people in an emergency is despicable.

Regrettably booked a room here new years eve. Front desk staff has nasty attitude, rude, and unprofessional. Also would not provide extra towels, stated one set per occupant. Room had numerous issues: horribly stained sofa, mildew in refrigerator, dirty inside the microwave, carpet needs shampooing badly, and toilet keep running because its malfunctioned. Coffee maker very dusty. First and last time here. Also front desk clerk stated, no late check out. I definitely would not recommend staying here.

Do not believe the positive reviews. Theyre lying!! This hotel is exactly what you pay for. Cheap, dirty, dingy, and poorly maintained. Come on owners! Just get the new stuff your property desperately needs. For example, the sheets had cigarette holes and stains. You can tell the sheets are dark to TRY and mask the stains but you cant. Also, the appliances and paint on the inside/outside are eye sores. They were so old and outdated. The customer service is absolutely piss poor. All in all there was only one positive thing. This place is cheap and that is exactly what you will be provided. Youre better off at Holiday Inn people. My stay at Holiday Inn was night and day to this one. Its $40 more but I had such a pleasant time at Holiday Inn.

Although this hotel was more expensive than some of its competitors, it didnt live up to my expectations. The desk chair was moldy, visibly. The room smelled a bit because of that. The room was spacious and had a nice kitchenette and bathroom, but because of the smell and mold I felt uncomfortable to use it. The breakfast was okay, but I wish it included some fresh fruit as other hotels in this budget do.

We stayed for one night, our stay was short due to finishing up a job site in Baytown. We live in Alvin, it was very late so we decided to book something cheap. Coming from a background of hospitality, relatable customer service jobs... I give this hotel a 1 star because I expected more from a (hotel). If it was some 29.95 a night motel, okay but it wasn t. Upon arrival, my entire check in process took 15-20 minutes and I was the ONLY person in the lobby with no card issues. Holding a 11 month old mind you . My bank shoots the charge to my card as soon as it s swiped or entered. There was no reason for it to take that long. I spoke with the desk clerk Nick . To sum up my opinion of his guest service skills, I feel I could have had a better interaction with a robot. I think I would ve preferred that. The room was fair for the price, stains on the bed and carpet though. I ve added photos. If your looking for something quick and cheap, goto Motel 6 they ve been around for years and I heard they actually updated their motels. None of the appliances were plugged in with the exception of the refrigerator and tv, the remote was very difficult to use. House keeping staff where very polite! Breakfast selection was not for your fit and healthy group, nor your early rising comfort foods. There was cereal, some English muffins and terrible coffee.

Worst hotel ever! Do not come here! They could honestly care less about your stay. Rooms smell like smoke, bed is hard as a rock, air conditioning doesn t work, employees are rude, and bathroom had mold on the ceiling! I let the office know and they didn t refund my money. All they did was look at me with a blank face. Take my advise and don t come to this hotel!

It was just an overnight stay but when i entered room 116 a suite.. there was a horrible smell coming out of the bathroom that made the whole room smell like raw sewage! It was coming from the drain pipe in the middle of the bathroom floor. I saw the night clerk and he switched our room. Much better....except the bed sheet with what looked like a big yellow stain. So pretty much slept in our clothes on top of everything.

The room had that weird smell that comes with motels that dont seem to get enough fresh air circulating. It was very clean and well designed. The parking lot is a bit tighter than I expected and almost had a cramped feeling but its free and on the property so you cant complain much. Circle K is across the street and the area has tons of food options

First of all. Smelled like smoke right when you walked into the room. There was blood on the sheets (which I took off and put in the tub). There was a bag over the smoke alarm, the TV was all fuzzy so I thought I could fix it and turns out the cable was broken and just jammed in there. The AC made a wet spot on the carpet if you turned it below 75. Shower water was cold and the blinds didnt work at all.. Wont be staying here again.
