We stayed here for 2 days and on the last day, we woke up to our vehicle GONE! I know theft can happen anywhere but when I called 911 to report it, I gave the address and the operator said Oh no, that address.. we get a lot of phone calls about stolen vehicles from there ! I couldn t believe she said that! Then the front desk person asked us if we parked in the front and we said yes. Then she said Oh, our cameras don t work . Then why ask us where we parked?! So just be careful if you stay here.

My company booked rooms for us as we are truck drivers on the road so we could relax while not letting our trucks idle for nothing. Obviously, being a truck driver, we brought our trucks along. When we first got there, we asked the lady where we should park not to be in the way. There was 3 other trucks in the parking lot at that moment. I backed up between the line of ones parking spot in the far northwest corner of the property as my buddy back his in the southwest corner!! WE WERE NOT in the way of anybody and our trucks had not moved in 5 days. NO COMPLAINTS, from anyone until this morning. For some reason, now the hotel was fully booked and we were in the way. They called our office to file a complaint and stick some notes onto our driver side window telling us to move or be towed. Our rooms were booked till August 13th, and that from August 7th. The pool was and still is out of order as of this morning!! Great location as theres restaurant and c-store at walking distance but really poor judgment and service when it comes to truck drivers!! By the way, dont try to call them, the front desk doesnt answer the phone!!

Despite me paying bills and doing my best to be respectful to those around me. I am being forced to check out today, Because I use hotel engine app. I extended my stay through the app. And then at the last minute i was told by the front desk that I had to check out no matter what. Because theyve already booked my room to Someone else. I. Will do my best to never stay at another hampton.

When ur neighbors door closes it sounds like it was being slammed Everytime, so much that our door rattled loudly. But the front desk manager, showed extreme compassion when there were some differences between us. Very understanding, to say the least, shes got a good heart! And folks like that arent easy to come by!!!

Rooms: My room was filthy with old torn furniture in it that should have been thrown out for trash. Trash in the hall way due to them not cleaning rooms daily. Dirty towels were piled up in my room because house keeping don t clean the room daily or even every other day. I was here a week for work I will tell mu company to never send anyone to this hotel. Very unhappy and disappointed with the poor up keeps of the hotel.

I am so mad at these people right now. I specifically called.some woman picks up supposedly saying she was at the front desk. She takes my name down with my debit card and reserves a room for me. I get here with my family Ready to check in and the front desk tells me that there was never a reservation, and that my name wasn t even in the system. it makes no sense at all. It was like if I talk to a complete ghost over the phone supposedly the person never even existed. now I am with my family in the middle of the night trying to find a hotel and now I gotta cancel my debit card because I don t even know if it was fraud or not I will never ever give my business to these people ever again.

Old outdated rooms and not cleaned properly, the pool was outside my room window it was dirty and disgusting, definitely not a pretty sight to see! The staff were rude except the house keepers. They over charge my bank by charging me twice $400+ ...The manager and a staff member disturbed me by knocking on my door accusing me of smoking marijuana. I didnt leave the room at all that day so I told them to check the camera and then told them to come in and check my room and tell me where they smell it. So then the manager was embarrassed and turned to the staff saying I thought you smelled it and walked away. Enough to piss me off, disturb me and I dont smoke anything at all, They didnt apologize for the inconvenience or the acquisition.

All I wanted to a nice shower and to relax watching tv. Well, the warm water existed between a 1 inch space on the shower handle. Cold and hot were backwards. It was not a refreshing shower. The remote wouldn t turn the tv on. When you turned the tv on with the button installed on the tv, I soon realized the cable was not working (the tv displayed an error message). The alarm was set for 6 am by whomever previously stayed there which sucks if you re trying to sleep in. The plug next to the bed didn t work. The chair looked like it seen better days. To have these issues, it s an over priced stay. Just an fyi: I didn t see a laundry bag, iron, or ironing board. There was a mini fridge and a hair dryer.

The only bad thing about this particular visit was that there was a water main that broke and caused the water, when turned back on, was brown. It was no fault of the hotels, but I still had to leave without a shower. I was afraid I would be dirtier after a shower than before I went in, lol. I still love Hilton!

Great overall experience, lots of good restaurants close by. Stayed with my wife and granddaughter. The breakfast was good, and the staff was professional and friendly. Ms Ann at the front desk won the day by moving us to the ground floor because my wife knew was hurting. Still waiting on my incidental deposit to be refunded, but other than that I have nothing but good vibes.

For me, a stay like this begs the question why am I loyal to Hilton? The hotel is quite run down, the condition of the rooms is borderline. No useful furniture for storage, no iron (not even on request), no laundry service, laundry dryer in the house defective, lack of cleanliness in the fitness studio and pool. Next time I will go to a hotel on the same street which is half the price and has more to offer.

Worst hotel experience I can remember. We arrived to find the room very dark, with 2 light bulbs not working. We got those replaced. How I wish that were the last of the problems. Next, part of the showerhead fell on my daughter as she tried to shower. Luckily, she was not seriously hurt. We managed to re-attach it, but after this, my other daughter was now afraid to shower here. Finally, we discovered a pile of used drug wrappers and a dirty, red-stained rag in the corner of our room. At this point we started re-packing our bags, and left immediately. This is the first time we have ever left a hotel room the same night, but we did not feel this was a safe place to stay with a family. Upon our departure, the desk clerk informed me that she could do nothing to refund our charges; I would have to talk to the manager the next day. Despite leaving several messages asking for a call back, this manager refused to call and talk to me about the charges on my card. Hilton should be embarrassed to have their name associated with this dive, and they should put responsible management in place ASAP.

Hotel is kind of dated for the price you pay. Our room had major water damage on an exterior wall that was noticed immediately. It was old. Room had fridge but no microwave. Juice machine didn t work properly for breakfast. Ann on the 3-11 shift was great. When asked to clean our room when we left at 10:30-11am, we were told it would not be done because we had the do not disturb sign on the door and the lady left that was cleaning that floor. I probably would stay there again if we had to, but, would look for another Hilton in the area if there is one available.

There was no hot water. We only stayed one night and didnt interact with the staff, but Im assuming theyre nice. I just dont understand how there was nothing available out the tap but cold water and slightly less cold water. The lobby, bed and shower were clean, but the carpet looked worn and dirty and the parking lot was completely littered with trash and debris. Im still adding a star because I understand it was a windy night and the area is full of fast food restaurants. The tough part is there are two other great Hilton properties that are newer and cleaner almost in the same parking lot.

Made great accommodation to correct a central Hilton reservation incorrectness by switching rooms around to accommodate a family of 5 requiring a roll in shower. The staff could not have been nicer and calming over the problem. Stated there was no problem in fixing , switching rooms and bringing a roll in bed. The hot breakfast was great and Ms Fallen, of the hotel staff was great in making all of us feel welcome and resolving the issues!

Beware. I had my catalytic converters stolen off my vehicle at this hotel. Baytown is ghetto. Keep on driving somewhere else. I was parked near the front right next to the spot reserved for Diamond Elite. No security at all. Of course the hotels say they aren t responsible for vehicles blah, blah, blah. Don t stay at this Hampton Inn.

Stayed for a couple of nights a month ago, rooms are clean, breakfast selection has everything you could need. You can tell this hotel has a bit of age to it, but they maintain it pretty well. Staff is very accommodating. Anybody can get into the pool area outside without having a key which isnt the best scenario. I think the best feature is they allow free use of washer and dryer so long you provide your own detergent or purchase some at the office.

We stopped for the night on our way to our destination. Hotel is located by MANY restaurants and shopping center is less than a mile down the road. Even though hotel is located next to highway and a busy street, very quiet atmosphere. Staff were friendly and breakfast was great: Eggs with cheese, biscuits, sausage, french toast sticks, juice, coffee, cereal, waffles, toast, muffins, and more. Room was clean and cold (just the way we like it), bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

I had a great time at this hotel. Not only everyone is incredible professional and kind, but they all go above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly. I had a situation where I forgot a couple of important items in my room after checking out and Fallon and Lisa went above and beyond to make sure I had the items back safely and with no scratches. They are truly amazing and I really appreciate their help and professionalism.

I am at 91 stays with Hilton this year due to work. Checkout time in the room states noon. I was looking for a slightly later stay in my checkout so im not fiddling around in an airport (requested 1 hour past posted time in room). I was denied and told check out was an hour earlier than posted. Dont stay at this trash. Shouldve stayed at a hilton garden inn. Im switching to marriot next year.

Room was nice but internet was very slow, they want you tp pay $4.95 a night extra for faster WiFi. Had to make 3 trips to my car when leaving because the Hampton Inn was using all the luggage carts for there own things. Breakfast was a box meal, quit nice with more than enough to fill you up.

The location was great right off I-10 which made it easy to access and easy to get back to the highway. The hotel was surrounding back restaurants so getting some to eat was not a problem. The hotel was clean and check-in was no-problem with the use of Hiltons Digital Key, in face I did not need to visit the front desk at all. My only concern was that my request for a late checkout did not make it to the morning personnel and I was rudely awaken by a yell male hotel staff member in my room telling me check out was at 11:00 am, instead of calling the room and ask what was happening. I did speak to the front desk who seemed to not to care. The hotel property was what you would expect for a Hampton Inn, however the service left a bitter taste and therefore should be avoided.

This hotel does everything they can to cheap out. They dont have microwaves for each room and they have very few spares that you can borrow. That is such a low cost item to put in each room. Their breakfast currently is a box with two frozen hard boiled eggs that are never completely thawed out and a stale Bagel that I have honestly seen have mold on it. Theres absolutely no reason for this hotel to be this cheap to its customers other than the fact that they do not appreciate their customers. I have been a Hilton Diamond member for years, but I will not stay at this hotel ever again as I feel Im just being ripped off.

Bedbugs My boyfriend and I stayed there a couple nights ago. Yesterday, I noticed bites all down my stomach and elbow. I tried reaching out to them to let them know. They said they would get back with me, but never did.

Found a roach in the sheets and the remote to the TV did not work. They offered free soap and mouth wash though. Update: they switched the room to the one across the hall.
