Great for contractors that work night shift. Management will work with you on checking in after a night shift and check out before you go into work. The rooms are neat and clean. The price is very reasonable as well. Only about 20-30 minutes from most refineries in pasadena, deer park or clear lake. Highly recommend for anyone just needing some comfortable, clean and convenient.

I do not recommend it at all, we did a check-in the day before the next day, we arrived at 4:30 and the system did not close. Then we arrived at 9pm and since we were not registered, they did not let us enter. We checked at the bank and if they charged more than 80 dollars, they robbed us.

This hotel is a fat 0. I placed a reservation online and when I arrived they didn t have a room available that wasn t non smoke free. They didn t give me a refund at all either. So frustrating and will not be here again!

Rooms are immaculate, friendly/personable staff, rooms are very nice, clean and spacious. I work on the road and this is the hotel you want to land. Called once for the WiFi password and they were nice enough to tape the password up on a sticky note in more room.

Needed a place for one night. Price was ok, desk clerk was ok, room was clean enough, decor was outdated, nothing to write home about. Room was small, no elevators and nothing at all for breakfast. I think they could have tried to do something for breakfast in spite of the pandemic since the price normally includes breakfast items. Location was industrial/commercial.

Do not stay here! The Clerk at the front desk was extremely rude. The outside looks gross and their computers were down ALL morning so he couldnt help us with anything. Very disappointing. My family never stayed in the room and ended up staying some where else. I did NOT like his attitude the second we walked in the door. Oh, and the reason why I chose this Days Inn first was because of the check in time. Online said 1:30, we get there and there was a sign stating check in was at 3:00... Very disappointing. Please stay elsewhere!! Rude front desk clerk and disgusting outside

Photos looked promising until you get here and its old. Non smoking room has burn marks in blankets. No blankets for pull out bed. When asked, they refused to accommodate the pull out bed, stating we have to pay extra for blankets. Limited parking, have to park in back of building opposite of our room. Curtains and lamps shades are stained and gross looking. Dont be fooled. Super 8 looks more promising than this motel days inn Overall, GARBAGE.

If I could give this place 1 star I would!!! I made a reservation MONTHS ago. Got a confirmation number and then this morning at 5:28am I was sent an email that my room had been cancelled! The email clearly states that I can call within 48 hours and reactivate my room, the so called manager informed me that someone was already in my room and there was nothing I can do about it!!!! In 3 hours someone else checked into my room??? From 5:28am to 8:45am someone checked in? Check in time is 2pm. And then when I mentioned that and if he was not going to honor what he sent me in the email that he is lying to me and he told me I lied because my credit card was declined. This is highly unprofessional and has now left me and my friends stranded. DO NOT STAY HERE AND NOT HAVE A BACK UP PLAN OR YOU WILL BE STRANDED LIKE US ON THE DAY OF!!!! I have attached photos of my conformation email and my cancelation policy.

This is cleanest, new furniture, newer upgraded carpet, comfort bed, beautiful high end soft cotton comforters for bed, floral curtains, small refrig, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, bigger TV, microwave, desk, couple chairs, sweetest women at front desk and sweetest housekeeping, sparkling clean and free breakfast. Now breakfast people complain but come on if you want bacon eggs etc go to Hilton and spend over 100 night that s wat it works !! For money this is best of best. Same price as Motel 6 but room comparable to Hampton. You will not find another hotel this nice for this low price ! These people who leave poor reviews want a Marriott for nothing. This room is as clean and new looking as a Marriot.

If your staying at the days inn working nights way down here in Baytown. Dont plan on getting any sleep. The owners are the maids and grounds keepers. We have clean towels but some sleep would be better. We got a weekly price on the phone before we came down and ended up paying 10$ more a night when we arrived. The place is cute and clean. It could really use some new owners

The people that run this hotel only care about one thing, the almighty dollar. The couple who own this hotel have no idea what customer service is. They do not like when you redeem your rewards points. One thing to note, this hotel has been here less than 10 years and they are already on their 3rd company, first it was Rodeway, then Magnuson and now they are Days Inn. Their description is very misleading. They have no sense of distance. My advice would be to move on down the road and find somewhere else to stay.

Front dest was very RUDE, ask later that day if we could stay another night in the same room and it pretty much was a big deal, because the room may be booked obviously didnt want to make any money by letting us stay another night there in same room. Front desk is very rude and make you feel like your stealing when going for coffee. My little girl had eye surgery and they absolutely wouldnt let us in our booked room not even five minutes early. Breakfast bar is small and they watch your every move and tell you not to make a mess. No hospitality here. The other days inn on Garth rd offers more amenities with a friendly Texas smile.
