About the Company

rating: 4.0

Most breakfast & brunch restaurants start with the same script: eggs, batter, coffee & a big ol' griddle. We've found scripts are a lot like pancakes, they're best when flipped, so we‚re always looking to turn the best breakfast classics upside-down & on their side. Stop by for delicious pancakes, french toast, benedicts, breakfast burritos, oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches, bacon & more! From paleo to vegetarian & vegan or dairy free & gluten free friendly, we'll happily accommodate food allergies & diets. We want each morning to feel like your weekend & happy hour rolled into one, so our restaurants feature a full bar with alcoholic beverages. From mimosas to bloody marys, margaritas & local craft beers, we've got cocktails & brews covered!

This is a cute brunch place with traditional fare as well as dishes with an interesting twist. I had egg white scramble with chicken sausage. The eggs had a tasty addition of asparagus, mushrooms, spinach and peppers. The whole dish was light at 360 calories and lower fat. But it wasnt skimpy at all. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy parking and entrance.

The bacon was the only thing cooked for breakfast. Eggs, hashbrowns, and toast were all undercooked. Only jam for toast was raspberry (Yuck! ) and the coffee was weak and bitter. I was not impressed and would not return; once was more than enough. Does not cater or accommodate those who have bariatric surgery.

1st time trying here met some friends for breakfast. I had the Homemade Corned Beef Hash and eggs it was fantastic. You can see the large chunks of meat and great flavoring with the potatoes, onions, etc. It is a BIG portion! I should have finished it all, but I did Service was good and attentive. It s not a cheap breakfast place , mine was $22 with tip (had coffee also) but great quality and nice dining environment, spaced out well so you can talk to your table without a ton of background noise.

We moved in near this Snooze location over a year ago and finally made the time to go eat here. Long story short, they gave me burnt toast, didn t bring us any water, messed up my husband s order and now on top of that, my husband has severe food poisoning. Needless to say, we probably won t be returning.

I continue to be impressed with Snooze, and not just because they serve up delicious breakfasts. No, what really makes a mark on me is their expanding menu of vegetarian- and vegan-friendly items. It means that everyone can eat and abide by their dietary wishes, and based on the changes I have seen in the last couple of years, it just keeps getting easier for folks like me to have substantial menu items and sides, instead of just the last-resort dry toast, oats, and breakfast potatoes. On this visit to the Frisco store, I had the Vegan Banana Pancakes, an item I have had at the Addison location before, as well as serving of hash browns, which come molded into the shape of a hockey puck. I was pleased to see tofu appear a couple of times on the menu, but it just did not fit into my dining wishes this time. There s also a section of four entrees appearing under the Plant Power banner. I must point out a precaution for vegans, though, because while these items feature a lot of healthy plant options, they also have dairy and eggs. You could modify three of the four easily to make them vegan, but otherwise it may possibly be just a little misleading to some. As always, read labels and menu descriptions, and you ll be fine! You can t go wrong at Snooze, and the mimosa which has to be served with the food before noon on Sundays was a nice desert if you will. The quirky interior is a nice throwback to the mid-century, although the music over the PA is definitely 21C. I ll definitely be back. Thanks for the great menu options! Vegetarian options: Nice selection of vegetarian items, most of which can be adapted to vegan.

I visited their San Diego location. Absolutely loved it! It was pretty packed but we got seats in minutes. We got the tofu scramble with sourdough & pico and an omelette with wheat bread and avocado. For bevs, we got an iced matcha latte and a orange juice. We also ordered the hashbrowns. Everything tasted so good! The only problem I would say is the service. It was very slow. We got our food literally 30-40 mins after we placed the order. But otherwise, 10/10 must try place!

They have good service and great drinks but the food in my opinion is just okay and mildly overpriced. I went in and started off by ordering drinks only to be told they don t bring drinks out before there s food on the table, so we ordered bacon just to get our mimosas. I ended up ordering two breakfasts because the sides were so expensive. I wanted French toast with bacon and eggs but it was cheaper to just order an additional breakfast to get what I wanted. The French toast also tasted wonderful but was skeptical when they brought it out. The way it was presented looked like a sandwich. It was a decent experience but with everything else in the area I probably won t be back

A friend and I went to snooze today for brunch, it was amazing! It is located right off of the Dallas North tollway and Main Street in Frisco. We went around 11:30 on a Saturday and had a little bit of await. It was definitely worth it! We sat on the patio, our server was very friendly and took great care of us. I ordered the crab and asparagus omelette with salad and a side of bacon. It was served with this delicious sauce and was so light and fluffy. The asparagus was crisp inside, which was perfect. The decor is bright and cheerful with ample booth and table seating. If you are looking for a great place for brunch, this is a fabulous option !

Awesome breakfast today, fast service and delicious food! My husband had chilaquiles, and I had a half order of bravocado toast. Im dairy-free now, so the tomatoes were a substitute for the side salad. Everything was delicious. (Dont mind the pepper, I needed a little boost since it was cold outside!) Everything was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. Were already planning our next visit so my husband can try the bread pudding French toast! Dietary restrictions: They were totally happy to accommodate and ensure my dish was dairy-free!

I saw 4 outside tables get their food before me and I was the only one by myself and I arrived before them. It s almost as if my food had been done but the waiter was trying to get me last as if I wasn t a priority. I m a food reviewer and I will not be back. I had the OMG French Toast it was cold. Shrimp and grits would ve been great if my food wasn t cold. And I also had the corned beef hash that was also cold.

Other than the music being a touch too loud, I really loved my visit to Snooze! Id been wanting to check it out for a very long time- ever since it opened in Frisco, as I had tried the one in Colorado in 2019 and fell in love. The menu truly is unique. Its not the same breakfast food that all other breakfast spots offer. Almost all the options have a unique twist or variation that makes Snooze worth the visit. I tried their seasonal bread pudding French toast, and it was out of this world. Absolutely a rich dessert but worth every calorie and the diabetic coma . I also ordered the honey lavender oat milk latte. Everything was delicious. Im definitely going back! Vegetarian options: Definitely several vegetarian friendly options including everything from the healthy side to the not so healthy side, with sweet and savory. Kid-friendliness: Saw several families dining in.

Our recent visit to Snooze Eatery in Frisco, TX, was nothing short of spectacular. My family, which includes my wife, our one-year-old daughter, and myself, were enveloped in a warm and inviting atmosphere as soon as we entered. It was the perfect backdrop for a memorable dining experience. Tara, our server, was a beacon of hospitality. Her attentiveness and genuine kindness made us feel especially welcomed, and her service was impeccable. She had a knack for anticipating our needs, ensuring that our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable, especially for our daughter. The culinary delights we indulged in were both innovative and delectable. The Blackberry Mint Limeade was an invigorating start, tantalizing our taste buds and setting an exciting tone for the meal. The French Toast, sized just right for our daughter, was a sweet treat that she thoroughly enjoyed. The fresh Orange Juice and Sausage Links were a savory pleasure, with each bite perfectly prepared. The Pancake Flight was a highlight, featuring a delightful array of flavors with the Blueberry Danish pancake, Strawberry Shortcake pancake, and a half order of the OMG French toast, each offering a unique and delicious experience. Snooze Eatery has mastered the art of combining quality cuisine with exceptional service in a family-friendly environment. Our meal was memorable not only for the food but for the welcoming atmosphere and the attentive care we received from Tara and the rest of the staff. We are already looking forward to our next visit. A heartfelt thank you to Snooze Eatery for providing such a wonderful dining experience. We highly recommend this Frisco gem to anyone in search of excellent food and a warm, welcoming place to enjoy it.

Great place to grab breakfast with friends, a loved one or even solo. For savory the the Snooze Burrito is a decent choice. The chorizo actually taste like chorizo so that is a plus! My favorite is the Blueberry Danish pancake, I can eat it without any syrup because its such a sweet treat! Hockey puck hash is the way to go if you like your hashbrowns soft. Abri-calav-ra Mimosa was delicious not really a strong drink but the flavor was good! This is not a place to linger hang out and chat, it is popular and the food comes out quickly. The vibe seems to be eat and move along for the new customers to be seated. Waitstaff is knowledgeable about the menu and can make decent recommendations based on your preferences.

Loved the retro vibe and super friendly staff! Ample menu with lots of healthy options, regional favorites, and classic comfort foods. I ordered the weekday scramble special, which allowed for 2 mix-ins - I chose bacon and cheese. It came with seasoned hashbrowns and sourdough toast. The bacon was smoky and cooked perfectly. The hashbrowns were seasoned beautifully - best Ive ever had. My husband ordered the make your own omelet with sausage, peppers, onions, and cheese. He got the cheesy grits and sourdough toast on the side. The grits were smooth and cheesy perfection! We both got coffee, which was bold and flavorful. The 80s music was appreciated by this Gen Xer, as was the retro decor - reminiscent of my grandmas kitchen in the 70s - formica tabletops in Avocado green, thick mugs in gold, heavy Silverware, and touches of orange and blue in the upholstery and on the walls. So happy we stopped in - it was a great experience!

I was talking to my friend and this Blueberry Danish pancake stopped me in mid sentence as the moistness and taste of blueberry, lemon, hint of sweet cream and almond awakened my taste buds. The Sweet Potato pancake was moist and the sweet potatoes and cinnamon with pecans was delicious. The chicken apple sausage was not seasoned today. The eggs were cold and I prefer hash browns scattered with onions. Maria the waitress was attentive. I ordered the bacon and it was tasty. I appreciate not being charged for the items I did not enjoy. Beautiful inside. If have a large group seating may not accommodate. Patio seating is available as well.

Even got worse. Tastes like they just watered down my drink to make it look like there was more. I ordered three over easy eggs, there were only two. This sucks. Worse than I thought. The foods freaking cold. They just had it sitting in the back while I stood there waiting for it. Poor service. Be aware, their juice is expensive for less than 8oz that you get. I complained and they gave me 10oz. Food was also 23min late to the time they said it would be ready.

Snooze Corporate chose a location too small for the cult following they have. Wait times are outrageous (I waited two hours for a table). We had a mob of people by the entrance, intently looking at us, hoping we would hurry up and finish. No brunch offering is worth this pain. Not a pleasant brunch experience. Its not worth the money or the wait. There are many other great brunch options (Moxies, Lazy Dog). These guys needed to be set up for success! Oh, there are only two individual bathroom stalls for an entire restaurant! (5 minute wait) Abysmal planning from corporate on this! Shame on them! Employees looked tired of this unreasonable workload. If you want a chill, laid-back brunch, THIS is NOT the place! Avoid at all costs!

One of our best brunch experiences in a while! The atmosphere and service was fantastic. Tara was our server, and absolutely went above and beyond with recommendations, assistance, and hospitality. She had an incredible understanding of the menu and provided alternatives for food allergies. All the while having an awesome attitude. The food was delicious and unique for a brunch house! It was great to see such a different spin on your favorite breakfast food.

Came on a Saturday morning around 9am and there wasn t a wait. I do recommend if coming later in the morning to add yourself to the waitlist via Yelp or their app! The Fall menu is starting so I decided to try the breakfast carbonara- it is fantastic! Just a right amount of heat from the habanero-spiced pork in the dish. This is not like traditional carbonara with minimal ingredients; this version is made with a good balance of flavors and textures. I will definitely get this as long as it stays on the menu! Some people may say that it is expensive to eat here, but I find that I am paying for much higher quality food at Snooze so I don t mind the higher price point. The manager took time to answer our questions and you can tell he is passionate about food and providing high quality service. Highly recommend a trip to this location!

We normally eat at the Addison, TX location but since our hotel was closer to the Frisco location, we decided to give this one a try. We should have stuck with the Addison location!! We were sat at our table and then we waited about 10-15 minutes before a server came to our table. The music was so loud and that caused all the patrons to talk loudly so loud that our server had to keep asking us to repeat ourselves when we were trying to place our order.. We waited another close to 10 minutes to get our coffee. I would not have been so upset if our waiter was not where we could see him just standing around talking to other wait staff in the bar area. It took another 10 minutes before my grandson s hot chocolate was served. I had to get up and go to the bar area to get our own silverware. The waiter never came to our table. After about 40 minutes we finally were served our breakfast. I asked for coffee refills and never got them. It took asking three times before we finally got our coffee refilled. The food itself once we finally received it was good, but just took entirely too long!! I will not be back to this location

We had a reservation for 4, with an expected seat time of 11:09 to 11:23. At 11:20 they removed our reservation, so we had to talk to the hostess who was pretty dismissive and rude. While she said she would add our name back to the list, I tried to ask her a question, but she dialed a phone, put it to her ear and turned her head away from me. Back to waiting. At 12:20 we were finally given a seat after we walked back in to see what was going on. Finally seated, the waitress was polite and friendly. We were able to give our orders 10 minutes later. While we sat and waited for our food, we noticed that about 2/3 of the customers seated had yet to receive their food. We also observed that to go orders flowed at a steady stream out of the kitchen. After waiting for an hour, our food finally came. It was OK. I ordered the Shrimp and Grits, which came with olives in it and was quite spicy. Neither of these were mentioned on the menu. There was also a pool of grease around the bottom of the bowl. It was also fairly salty. I ended up eating the entire thing, because by this time we had waited over 2 hours to get our food. When paying the check, the waitress disappeared for over 10 minutes before coming back for us to sign the receipt. I dont want an apology from management on Google, nor will I even read their response, as we will definitely NOT be coming back again. This should not have been a 3 hour extravaganza just to get breakfast.

Snooze is very good. I ve eaten here twice and enjoyed both my meals and drinks! I took 1 star off for service. My first time there our service was wonderful but the most recent trip was not as great. I think it was just so busy with the brunch rush. As a result our server was not very attentive and somewhat short when my friend asked a (reasonable) question about the menu. Overall, it was a positive experience and will definitely be back.

Visited Snooze on an early Saturday morning and was promptly greeted by the manager. Given the arrival time, we were allowed to sit where we wished. Picked a larger round table and had a great chat with the manager. Ordered lattes; one regular and one with vanilla. Wife then selected strawberry pancakes and a poached egg. I went with the breakfast burrito that included bacon. Food was hot and so good. We both agreed we d ordered the right dishes for breakfast. Service was outstanding throughout the meal. Truly had a great experience with food that carried us well into the day. Without question we will return to Snooze (longtime followers of the restaurant chain) and are very pleased to see one in Frisco. Thank You Snooze Vegetarian options: Numerous meal choices. Menu can be viewed online on their website. Parking: Parking in front of and along side the restaurant Kid-friendliness: We had a very small child at a nearby table. They accommodate children.

We ordered breakfast to go with estimated time to be ready in 30 mins, that took about 60 mins waiting inside packed lounge. Its Saturday morning and we didnt mind the wait time. We drove back home and one persons meal (Tacos) were not packed and that was the frustrating point. Our plan of having a good family breakfast was ruined, instead offering to deliver or trying to provide quality service, we were told to come and puck it by ourself. I drove back and a young attendent told me to go to bar are and my order should be there. And it wasnt there, the same young attendent told me to wait and my food will be here when ready. That was not what I expected to hear honestly. Later talking to Manager, I received my missing order which was cold when I opened the box at home. I gave my honest review to the Manager that my first time experience was awful, thought we heard lot if good things about Snooze. Id do my best to make things right when things go wrong not just asking customers to suffer because of my mistakes.

They improved over time it is a lot better than it was. The food is great. / -/ It took them 1 hour and 46 minutes to seat us I inadvertently caused another 5 minutes so a total of 1 hour and 51 minutes we waited to be seated. I ve been here several times and have eaten at the Austin locations and on a regular basis is good. Today was the exception and I think it was based on the passive aggressive behavior of the waitress. The waitress debated over what toast was instead of just brining me toast. She brought me room temp sliced bread and acted like it was toast. I asked for toast she never returned with actual toast. She was passive aggressive for no reason and one of the worst waitresses I ve ever had. I normally tip very well, but today my tip was mediocre at best like the service I received. 01/16/2023 13:05.

*Update a week later... Thanks to the owner for the reply about the online waiting list. I used it, and it told me there was no wait at 9am on a Saturday, so we came by and were seated immediately. Ask for Terra, she is passionate about the restaurant and making sure you get a meal you enjoy. She served us a breakfast burrito for my husband and it was the best he has tried. I had the Bella Benedict, fantastic! This is our new favorite brunch spot in Frisco!! I had the crab cake benedict with a strawberry lavender lemonade. The crab cake was full on crab with no filler and was paired perfectly with a plated sauce, tomato slice, avocado, and hollandaise. The lemonade was made with a sparkling spritzer and was light, refreshing, and not overly sweet. Its not a huge dining area but about right for a breakfast place. Service was spot on (thanks Kia!). Food served in a timely manner. Some of the best restaurant coffee we have experienced as well. You will probably have to wait 15-20 minutes for a table on the weekend. I saw two families in the outdoor seating with their dogs, a bonus if this is your first stop on a busy day of activities or visiting parks and other great things to do in Frisco. Frisco has a ton of breakfast restaurants to try. Even though this is a chain establishment, its worth a visit.
