Beware of their Take-Out service. Ordered 2 dinners to go after a long day. Neither was correct. A simple Old Timer w/cheese order ended up a 2 burned patties on a bun - no cheese, lettuce, tomatoes or condiments. Really? The other meal, chicken strips missing the mashed potatoes. And we paid a tip with the online order. Another local business failing to live up to standards.

Chilis, you never fail to impress! The steak, fajitas, and those HC chicken crispers are pure magic. I always make sure to grab a drink and a meal here it s like a ritual now. They treat me like family, serving up delicious food without breaking the bank. Plus, I used to work at Chilis, so it s like a tasty trip down memory lane every time I visit. This location is top-tier. I m basically on a first-name basis with the fries they re always perfectly soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, just how I like it. I come here so often I should probably start paying rent. Big thanks to Chilis for keeping the good vibes and great food coming. Cheers to many more good times and good meals

There is no salt on the table because corporate told them that it isnt classy to have salt or pepper out. I dont think of classy when I think of chilis haha Especially when the tables are all sticky... It took forever for us to pay because the had our waitress all over the restaurant and the machine was broken. We ended up paying more because our bill was wrong and she never came back. She told us she was closing. I guess the cut other servers too soon to make her work both halves of the restaurant.

Updated June 2024: This place used to be a regular for me when I would eat out. That being said, it no longer is. Corporate greed has taken food prices up faster than inflation, service is down, food quantity is down, and they no longer even provide salt & pepper on the table. I ll wait a year or two before going back to see if they have improved. Original: Its your typical Chilis restaurant.

Shrinkflation... no thanks! I thought I would give Chillis another try after some time. I walked in to this location w no salt or pepper shakers on the tables and was told they were removed per corporate. I also ordered a Bacon Rancher for $18.49 (menu pic). This is a 17% increase in 2yrs when it was $15.79 in June 2022 (receipt pic). However, inflation has only gone up about 7% since then (Statista and InflationCalculator). We also ordered the triple dipper which now only comes with two sliders instead of three. We are willing to pay more nowadays but not for less or worse. This is shrinkflation and corporate greed at best... no thanks I wont be back.

Manager Nikki didnt have a care in the world that my order was never wrang in. She also didnt care that people were calling and standing in line asking for help and she said well be with you whenever we get with you. She stated when you order through the app it doesnt mean that necessarily we will get your order or not. That has nothing to do with us you need to contact DoorDash. The worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my entire life. I also was supposed to receive multiple coupons for my next visit because my order was extremely wrong the last two times even going in the store and she refused to even acknowledge any of it.

Horrible service by waitress . The rest of the staff were fine but my wife and I s waitress was horrible. She never told us her name. Didn t get my wife the drink she asked for . Never brought us our food or drinks . The rest of the staff did . Didn t even tell us goodbye . Nothing . Food was great but overshadowed by the bad service from our waitress . It wasn t even busy . I ve worked practically my whole life in the service industry and I know people get busy but she was non existent through our whole meal. As far as Chilis go, this location is slightly above average. The menu has definitely gone downhill. So many of the better options have been taken off the menu like the original chicken crispers, turkey sandwich or any grilled chicken sandwich options. We only come here because our kids like it but this visit will probably be our last. The restroom smelled like sewage and I left my Ray Ban sunglasses at the table but the manager has been completely unhelpful in trying to locate them. They said they dont have them but I asked if they could check with the actual staff working and she didnt gather any info to try to determine who that could have been and when I tried to give her my information so she could contact me, she hung up. Obviously its my fault for leaving the sunglasses there but I would hope the employees had some integrity, especially considering we left a $20 tip on a $50 bill.

Things were kind of quiet when I walked in. The to go guy helped me check my STARFISH Chilis gift card balance. He was a great help. I went in to sit and dine. Ordered the 4 piece tender with fries and side of Broccoli . It came out in about 5;min. Nice and hot. The presentation was so nice. Two thumbs up. Tested great with Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. Fries were crispy and fresh. Two . Great first done in experience. My waitress was helpful, but suggest that she smile more. All Chili s are about the same, I mean that in a good way. Good is always dependable in terms of quality. I have also found that service is usually pretty marginal. This Chili s fits both of those molds, but perhaps a bit better service. The last couple of times all the food that we received was very good and hot at pick-up, ready exactly when they said it would be and brought out to the car. I said all the food we got because there always seems to be one item wrong. Last time it was fries instead of black beans, even though the receipt and lable on the food slearly said black beans. But not so when we opened the food. So, good Chili s food but inconsistent with accuracy.

I didnt dine here, however my husband and I did stop by to eat at this Chilis on April 1st around 9:30 pm, the restaurant was filthy trash all over the floor, the hostess a tall African American male, seemed clueless. There is no way we would spend our money at a restaurant when all you see is trash and food all over the floor as soon as you enter a place. If this is how its upkept, you know the kitchen is probably worse. Thats why so many people get sick. They dont demand these places to clean up. I havent been to Chilis in YEARS guys... this was never my favorite restaurant. I felt like they were just missing... something. But, they have grown. They are definitely better. They atmosphere was good, the service was good. The booths were dirty, though. Luckily, we travel with Clorox wipes wherever we go. Other than the waitress thinking we were trying to get over, everything was fine. When we didnt like the food, she responded with Well, Ill have to take it off the table.
