These servers don t know how to do a job, I forgot her name but they really charged a family of 5 gratuity even though gratuity is for 6+ parties. Also tried to lie and say we can t sit 6 people in a booth when obviously there was only 5 not 6 like their staff needs to learn how to count??? Not only did they charge gratuity which was wrong but really didn t let them sit for 5 people in a booth like??

This place is a family favorite! I can t say that I ve tried everything on the menu but just about and it is so delicious everything the service is usually top-notch and they have tons of things to watch and good music always playing. And there s never too long of a wait time because it is very spacious. Parking: I ve never had a problem parking here.

Update* Ive been ordering takeout from BreWingZ for a while now, and I must say, the experience has significantly improved since my first few orders. Initially, I encountered a couple of disappointing plates, but the quality has gotten much better since then. I usually stick to ordering the Chicken Fries, which come in over 20 different flavors. My personal favorite is the creamy garlic Parmesan and Mango Habanero, served half and half on one plate. The flavors are fantastic, with the creamy garlic Parmesan offering a rich, savory taste and the Mango Habanero adding a perfect balance of sweetness and heat. I havent had the chance to dine in yet, but I hope to make time for that soon. Based on the improvement in their takeout quality, I m looking forward to experiencing the full restaurant atmosphere. Overall, BreWingZ has proven to be a reliable spot for delicious takeout, and I m excited to try more from their menu in the future. Idk what happened on this day but whenever my coworkers order they always have plenty sauce. When I order thats what I get sauce on only one side (no the plate was never tilted.) The fries on the right was to dry to finish Vegetarian options: Not sure Parking: Its in a shopping center, can be difficult at times to find good parking

These wings were the best wings I had in a long time!!! I got the half & half hot garlic & (my favorite) creamy garlic parmesan [battered wings] with all mixed fries definitely worth it!!! The place seems cool (definitely good places for food and drinks) The service was nice also fast. The food was fresh like I like it!!! I m not from here but I ll be back!!! I m visiting from out of town and found BCW to be my preferred location for dinner. As a solo diner, I usually sit alone at the bar and judge based on my experience. I found everyone here to be attentive and friendly. They all help each other out - one may take your order and another person serve it but they re all in sync. Compared to other places close by this is my favorite spot because the service is next level. Food is good. Flatbread pizza and nachos are my favorite. You can t go wrong here

Waited a long time to be greeted, someone that wasn t our server took our drink and food order since no one else had come. Were told our ticket was messed up and they were making our food now after waiting 30 minutes already. then it comes out wrong, and hadn t received appetizer, she leaves the fries and says she s going to have them fix it. Fries were soggy and DRIPPING with grease, had to put paper towels down and pat them to dry them off to be able to eat them. We finally got our food after being there over an hour. Everyone around us was getting there after us, getting their food, and leaving before us.. this was a TERRIBLE experience!

Got to the bar area before it got busy. Had a couple then the it started picking up. Pretty soon the bartenders just couldn t keep up. I get it, happens all the time, but after a very long wait finally got one of the bartenders attention, her response was, can t you see we re busy . I used to go frequently and usually get treated fairly but the last time I seen my food in the wait window for over 10 minutes while the bartender walked passed it 3-4 times with empty glasses. I finally get it. It was incorrectly made. Then i touched my cold food and asked for a refund. If dirty glasses are more important than food poisoning, youre doing it wrong. I will not give a dollar to service like that.

My husband placed a to-go order at the restaurant. For 20 traditional wings with sweet chili sauce extra crispy, not only were the wings not crispy the wing were left in a container of sauce which then made the skin super soggy. We have been enjoying wings at out favorite spot for years, since 2008.However, we noticed a few months ago the ranch dip changed, very liquided. Like water! And tonight my favorite blue cheese was the same with smaller and very little blue cheese in it at all. We spoke with management and they said they could not do any change it is made in batches. Please improve, I so enjoy the wings! The dripping the sauce is so needed. No dressing for salad or wing, plus the appetizers really makes a bad experience for us. The service was and atmosphere was at an okay range. The price has gone up like everything else in our area. Plus, the menu changed....of course it did!

This is a great spot and one of our favorites in Baytown. The atmosphere here is wonderful, lots of great artwork, plenty of screens to watch the current games, and great music. There s a bar area and a dining area. The service has always been great and the food is excellent. There s lots of options to choose from and the pricing is very fair and reasonable. I went to visit today, 08/10/23, and my friends and I decided to sit at the bar section. There was hardly anyone over there. Well, the waitress was not very interactive and took forever to get our drinks. I ordered the boneless wings, and some of them were not fully cooked, and some of them were dry. I also ordered an order of curly fries, and she never brought them to us. I brought it to her attention, and she didnt do anything to help me. So I left it alone. I almost walked and didnt pay. Was there today after work and they hired a new lady bartender named blanco Fatima she was horrible poring drinks I didn t order never got my food people that came after me ate I was still waiting I had to keep asking other people that worked there to send her over she need to be fired asap I come every day and now I have to find a new place to go after work

Our family comes here almost every Thursday for buy wings get double night. We have enough for next day to enjoy for work/home! Most of waiters do a great job and food is always amazing. We get the triple play apps ( 1 pickle chips and 2 Mac and cheese bites) and boneless wings. The boneless wings are huge and always cook just right. We enjoy the atmosphere and being able to watch games and have family time. Food comes out pretty quickly. Only 2 things I will say is when its busy u may have to wait a few for ur drink but it is on a busy night.. and the parking lot sucksI recommend this place to everyone. The best wing place in town. Even the hamburgers are delicious...

My second time and my wings ended up with feathers. Unsanitary I would say, I would assume if they cleaned their wings they would see it. But I guess they dont. It was on the bottom of my basket and I was almost done with it when I saw this guy.

Service is absolutely horrible. It took us 25 minutes to get our drinks, and after we ordered , an hour and a half to get our food. We didn t receive any silverware, we had to personally get up and ask someone else at the hostess booth. We didn t get checked on not once at all! Our drinks sat empty the entire dinner. My husband went in and asked if we could get some refills , and we still didn t get any refills. I will not be coming here again. Our waiters name was Uzziel.

Typically a good visit here but this one was not it. Our waitress barely acknowledged us and had our food and drinks just waiting whilst she sat and talked with another worker. She was rude and got most of our order messed up. We were a party of 6 or more so, there is a 18% tip added automatically here and maybe that s all she was looking for and didn t care.

Best sports atmosphere around, good food and service. Fun casual place. Parking: Popular place in popular strip so can occasionally be difficult at peak times. Kid-friendliness: Great for kids unless sensitive to some noise. Prob not for infants.
