Zero stars if possible. Came for new born and family portrait and within the first minute of stepping in we felt rushed. We were the last scheduled time slot of the day. Grandparents came along as well. What was supposed to be such a special and precious moment of celebrating my son s birth turned into a McDonald s drive through line. They finished our pictures so fast and only let us do one new born pose. I asked to do a couple more pictures and she said she had to upload the pictures quickly. We re going to book a second photo shoot somewhere else this week. The worst part was the two workers were out the door and in their car before we even got our jackets on and baby in stroller. Do not recommend.

Bad management and customer service. If you have another option for photos, Id go there 1st. I believe the service is bad bc its no competition. However, if another photo place open near by, this place could potentially go out of business.

I brought my daughter to this location, and was treated so great by Kyleigh. She went above and beyond to provide me with exactly what I wanted. She is so professional, and good at what she does. The quality of pictures here are always great, and I will continue to use this studio.

I went to Jcpenny in Beaumont on August 27, 2022 to have my babys 6 months picture taken. The online booking process was fast and easy. The staff called me about a week before to confirm details to make sure everyone was on the same page. When I went in to have the pictures taken, service was prompt and the two ladies that were working on that particular day were friendly. We didnt feel rushed whatsoever. I will definitely go back to Jcpenny to have pictures taken.

My experience with them was very rushed. I couldnt express what i wanted, she just rushed and no one else was even there.They didnt care she just wanted my money, her and her partner. I had a coupon. But she cancelled the coupon off the my total because I wouldnt purchase a bigger package. I wanted to confront them not to get my money back but because Im started a business and it ment a lot to me for these photo but they only cater to certain people I guess. So save your money and please go to a professional and dont let these women waist your time.

If you are on a budget, you most likely do not have $200 to drop on a photoshoot with a local. I have been using JCP Portraits for 4 years now to capture my childrens milestones. The backgrounds are nice and do not look cheesy. They offer special themes from time to time. The price is good - buy their annual membership.

When I first walked in the worker had a bad attitude and I guess she was overwhelmed. She basically argued with me f ok r like 2min till another coworker jumped in and took care if us. The photographer was absolutely amazing!!! She was quick and knows how to get it done. Yes I will return in the future.

The staff was super nice BUT they rush you like crazy!!! Our entire session was MAYBE 8 minutes and that was including 2 background changes!!! We literally didnt even have time to smile it was absolutey ridiculous. Our digital album sent to us was almost missing 6 pics so we had to contact a higher dept to retrieve them! The ONLY reason i purchased the digital album was because of my 11 month old, her pics she took alone were adorable (because she smiles a lot, not anything they did lol) but the family pics of all 3 of us are horrible, we are barely smiling because we literally didnt have time.
