Just had an incredible experience at Paradise Cafe thanks to our amazing server, Jasmine. Seriously, this girl was on fire. From the moment we sat down, she had the friendliest vibe and made us feel right at home. Jasmine wasn t just quick; she was super attentive without being overbearing. Every time we needed something, she was right there with a smile, whether it was refilling our drinks or making sure our orders were perfect. You could tell she really knew the menu too; she helped us pick out some amazing dishes. Honestly, she made our night so much better just by being so awesome at her job. Cheers to Jasmine!

This is my new go to for Chinese! The restaurant was very clean and smelled clean. Walked in and was greeted by a very sweet young lady. We didn t have to wait long for what was the perfect meal. Orange chicken, general chicken and Mongolian beef all were excellent!! If you can definitely give them a try.

Very salty foods . Theres one time i ordered thru ubereats and i wasnt able to eat it cuz its way too salty i can already without eating it yet cuz of the color its super dark brown means way too much soysauce or oystwr sauce . I didn t give them bad reviews but second time we try it again put a note on a uber eats not to make it really salty and still the same . Its just horrible my husband ordered veggies only with shrimps on it like chopsuey and its wayyyyyy too salty i told him not to eat cuz something like he is eating a lot of sodium. I would love to support reataurant esp local and new but i just cant do it its rheir chef like just like salty. All i can say be cautious of rhe food when its super dark brown that super salty . Oh husband is texting me rhe is soooo tough and cant chew it i dont eat mine too cus it tough in my cantones fried .

Went in for my first time yesterday and it was a tasty experience. Neatly cleaned establishment. Our waitress was very attentive and happy to be there. We received 1000% customer service Down to the portions of the food. Not like your ordinary wok d light. This place had the flavor and food worth trying.

We have had a few dishes from here and all have been decent. My only complaint is the sweet and sour sauce is in a squeeze bottle left on the tables. Theres no cap in the bottle and they have a bit of a gnat problem. In my opinion, If I order sweet & sour chicken, it should come from the kitchen with the sauce on it , otherwise its just chicken. If not for the gnats that find their way into the bottles, Id be OK with it. The service has always been great though. I will definitely go back but not for my go to dish.

I recently came and ate at this paradise cafe since I recently tried the location in mint belvieu. Safe to say that paradise cafe is a new favorite of mine. I ordered a shaggy dog and it was delicious. The service from jasmine was great and made the visit even more enjoyable.

Lo mein was of good qualitry and full of flavor. California rolls was very good as well. Went through the drive through during lunch and was suprised how fast the service was. Next time I will have to try eating inside.

Started off bad! First two tables my family attempted to sit in were wet.....with glass rings! Then, we ordered sweet and sour chicken and shrimp. Both arrived on our plates without the sauce. When I asked, the waitress simply said that you have to use the sauce on the table! If I wanted fried shrimp I would have ordered that!! The Orange Chicken definitely was not anything with Orange in it. It tasted exactly the same as the pepper steak! The rice was the worst.....smelt bad and tasted worst. My first and last experience at this place. Would not recommend to anyone.

I finally went to the new Parafise Cafe location in Baytown, or I should say I took my mom out to a mom and daughter lunch date. We had fun and the food was really good. We shared a Chow Fan noodle and the vinegar garlic shrimp. Got them extra spicy, and it was amazing. Definitely going to go back again.

I m super picky with Chinese food and a hard critic when it comes to it, but this place is really really good. I was waiting on my truck to be detailed at Washboys and my daughter talked us into walking over. The egg drop soup was one of the best I had and the orange chicken and beef of broccoli was amazing. Everything they were bringing out of the kitchen looked good! Server was attentive and the restaurant was very clean. Definitely will be back & glad we found this spot.

MOLD. First time trying this location and everything went well until I ate a molded fortune cookie, I went back to show them the black spots and they didnt handle the situation at all. They said they cant offer a refund because they didnt make the cookies and that the box isnt expired. Well, Im pregnant and I got served the cookies from yall!!! Its your problem, not mine. The manager didnt even speak to me, she/he sent 2 workers to talk to me. No accountability. Yea, never again. Disgusting.

Place was dead when I arrived. Was told to sit wherever and someone would take my order shortly. After waiting literally 23 minutes I waved to a lady who had know idea I was there. She took my order. When my order arrived it was totally wrong, then after waiting a bit longer I finally received my drink. Once my correct order had arrived I had kind of lost interest in eating at this restaurant. I ate the food which was very good, so Ill give them that but not good enough to make up for the poor, poor service. But wait it get worse. Upon receiving the bill I noticed it was wrong too... Stuff I didnt order. Another wait to fix the errors. I paid and left. Probably will not come back here until they up there Customer Service and speed of service.

My family and I dined in recently at Paradise, and I wanted to share my wonderful experience! Everything was great, I will be going back again. Our waitress was also very kind and attentative. From eggrolls, fried dumplings, lo mein plates, and sushi, all of the food was fantastic. My dishes were - Fried dumplings, egg rolls, tuna nigiri, and California roll. Super tasty. I also tried some of my daughters Lo Mein and my parents each shared a sample of their General Chicken and Spicy Shrimp and everything tasted super good. The only small complaint I had was they could not provide an Allergy menu but that is not super out of the ordinary for restaurants and Im not going to lower my rating for that. Next time, I will try asking again to see if they can provide that.

Waitress was super sweet, but was not very knowledgeable of menu items. Every question we asked she had to leave to find an answer to. Ordered the sweet and sour shrimp. I was served a plate of fried rice and fried shrimp. When I asked where was the sauce I was told to use the sauce on the table which is unacceptable. I asked the waitress why and was told they leave it to the dine in customer to determine how much or little sauce they want. I got up to ask the manager about the dish. She looked at the menu and was ckueless how sweet and sour shrimp is supposed to be served and told me she was a stand in manager. Everywhere I have ever gone sweet and sour shrimp is served with sauce on top. I witnessed what appeared to be owners walk in from outside go straight to the kitchen touching plates and he never washed his hands. My friends Mongolian beef was too salty and had to send back. I wasnt expecting, but appreciative the management comped our meal when we asked for our checks. - Overall staff was friendly. - Food was disappointing and does not compare to Mount Belvieu location. - Staff needs to learn the menu and how dishes are served. - All staff entering the kitchen need to wash their hands before touching plates. - Growing pains...maybe. - Disappointed....very!
