Propane - needed to fill my C class camper. Saw the previous reviews here so I called ahead. Just need to make sure the propane trained people will be there and let them know you are coming. Managers were great, got me taken care of quickly and the parking lot was pretty easy to get in and out of.

I delivered here. If youre coming in off I-10, dont take the Garth road exit. Take the nexg exit which is the Main Street exit. Drive down to the cedar Lynchburg road take a right. Then drive down to garth road and take a right. Then turn right at the first entrance for Tractor Supply and drive on around to the back to the dock. You can park overnight but they lock the gate at 9 pm so be there before they lock the gate

I stopped by to grab some dog food and went through the greenhouse as I had picked up a new hobby and thought I would look at what tractor supply had to offer. Saw some cool stuff but to my horror....no less the 30 plants, mostly the knockout roses, where dieing of neglect. Now Im new to the plant thing, but I do know the knockout roses are very resilient , so all those to be on deaths door is unconscionable. This needs to be addressed with more than a reply of Thank you for your comment and we will address this with our team.

We always buy all our food and supply for our farm at tractor supply on Garth in Baytown and until today our experience shopping here has been great. We were really disappointed when the lady at the cash register today August 30th at 9:35am was so rude when we try to enter our loyalty phone number. Her bad attitude was so obvious that even the other employee there told her you dont need to be rude and she told him mind your own business. That was my experience today at tractor supply very sad it never happened before.

Just left the store. Went for propane to prepare for incoming cold weather. Asked cashier for assistance, she explained that the propane guy leaves in ten minutes. I explain that there is a line outside and others are waiting for propane ahead of me. Supposedly she s on it. She s trash and a liar. We waited outside in 38 degree temperature and no show. I went back in to inquire about his whereabouts. Oh I m so sorry he actually left early. Trash at no point did anyone let us know. They said propane fillups stop at 4pm. The store sign not the propane sign have any indication of that. Bunch of worthless workers. I guess they re glad to have a computer that tells them the correct change to give

Online experience was horrible. The item was supposed to ship within 2 days, it took 7. After it finally shipped, the tracking number they provided, was not a valid number at usps, ups, FedEx, or DHL. I finally got someone when I called the 1-800 number and they told me it would be another week before it was delivered. I had to buy the starter somewhere else because my yard was out of control, waiting for them to ship my item.I tried to leave a review on their site, but they said it couldnt be published to the website. I guess because it paints a true picture of their online services.

This tractor supply store in Baytown, Texas has horrible customer service, Employees do not know their products. Products and livestock feed always out of stock. I have been going here many years and about 10 years ago the store was amazing. Management was knowledgeable and helpful but that is no longer the case. I was told today that there are now only 3 large carts (which always have store stock in them) that hold 50lb feed sacks and that they are doing away with them. How can you fit 6 50lb bags of feed in a plastic shopping cart? Ill be buying my feed and supplies at Laporte Feed Store from now on.

OTR Driver. Delivered here, nice folks, unloading and check-in good. If coming off I-10 unto Garth Road, you will note that that the truck entrance driveway is the 2nd driveway entrance however it is blocked from a left turn by a concrete median. Go just next road on right Santavy and turn around at the dock area of Kroger store, or likewise and you can go back to light take left and immediate right and enter the truck driveway entrance. This driveway entrance takes you around to back where youll be set up correctly for dock. ovnp yes allowed on side of store away from dock.

I just wanted to tell you about my experience. I ordered 4 truck boxes and had them shipped to the store. I drove across town to pick them up. Kayla was the person that helped me. When She brought them out it was noticed that one of them was damaged beyond use.This should have been caught by the shipping and receiving team before I was contacted to come pick them up. Instead of making me return it and order a new one, This would be financial burden to me as I would have to out lay more money and wait for my money to be refunded to my card. Then wait for another one to be shipped. She leaped into action and found me an in store replacement. Shes Awesome. This is how customer service should work. If you want good service. ask for Kayla when you go in!!!

I used to buy the 40lb bags for $6 each of the pine pellets that I use as kitty litter. For whatever reason they started keeping the bags outside to get wet and break down, which completely defeats the purpose. Now I have to go elsewhere and pay twice the price. Our local tractor supply is chronically under staffed. There is usually one person on the register, one helping in the back and another getting stuff out of the yard, so the line gets backed up pretty frequently. The staff is great, and the store is pretty much always well stocked with feed and animal care supplies. I stop in pretty frequently.

Yesterday I took my kids to TSC to get food for our pets. My daughter just turned 4 Monday, so naturally shes been telling everyone that it was her birthday. The lady at the check out had on a sign that said its my birthday, and money clipped to it that apparently was from customers. When my daughter told her it was her birthday Monday she took a dollar off and gave it to my daughter. It made her entire day!!! Shes still talking about it!
