Matt and his crew are awesome! They are so considerate of your property! If you need help with water remediation, leaks, mold, they are your go to people! We were gone for 11 days to come home to find our home flooded from a slab leak. They were prompt and always came at the time they promised! Its nice to work with people who abide by their word!

Matt Fabish arrived at our house to review damage due to a water leak. He was on time and professional. His calm demeanor was helpful in a time of stress. The whole downstairs of a large house with antiques and artwork needed to be packed and removed from the premises so construction can commence. Maria Sanchez was in charge of the packing team and spent 4 days with us. She always had a smile and a joke while working. The lovely ladies who worked with her packed SO much stuff, all with care and attention. Other than a lunch break, they worked tirelessly for 4 days. The crew that moved our 900+ boxes and all of the furniture arrived on time, introduced themselves and got to work. Boxes were packed into the truck with care. Again, all done with energetic efficiency and pleasant and respectful demeanor. I am hopeful we get the same teams upon return of our household items.

My insurance company hired this location of ServPro to pack and move my household goods after a fire. They did show up on time both at the pick up and delivery. It took approximately 6 weeks for them to clean all of my belongings and return them to me. The biggest problem was that there was no inventory of my belongings done as they packed them, no organization and only minimal labeling by room, not by contents of each box. Boxes were only 20%-50% full, so theres about 3 times as many boxes as necessary, taking up far more storage space than I had available. They numbered the boxes but upon delivery did not even verify that all of the boxes were delivered. I had to do my own verification & one box was missing which was never recovered. I have no idea what was in that box since there was no inventory done prior to shipment. They were supposed to help me unpack at my temporary residence but only scheduled the unpacking crew for a couple of hours. (It took a full day to pack so unpacking should have taken at least that long if everything had been properly organized and labeled.) And the unpacking crew just stood around while I unpacked boxes and told them where to put things. One of them did not even speak or understand English and another was his first day with ServPro.

Ajay and his team were great throughout the entire process. We originally had them come out to give us a quote on remaining work at our house after our previous contractor abandoned the job. They gave us an detailed invoice of the remaining work and it was a fair price. We agreed for them to install our kitchen and closet floor which looks immaculate. Ajay communicated with us throughout the entire process and made this a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend their services! H

Not trusty worthy. Lied to my face. My Insurance company told me they were hiring a 3rd party non-baised company to come give an assessment on my house while fighting a claim. The owner works with insurance companies against the home owners. Goes against the IICRC S500 standards. DO NOT TRUST THEM. I asked the if they knew each other while on e site because my adjuster and the Serve Pro guy were very chummy and they both lied to my face saying they did not know each other. When I asked the guy for a business card he lied and said he didnt have one. It was not until I asked him his name and the location he worked out of and I said I would be calling their office that he all the sudden Happened to have his cards on him . He is the operations manager for this location. Truth came out after the fact they have worked together on claims and known each other for many years. He was siding with the insurance to keep those insurance jobs coming and his pockets lined. Dishonest people. Do not trust them. Look somewhere else.

We are having such a nightmare experience with Servpro. Our ordeal started on May 2022 when we found out a normally locked big closet underneath the stairs what s totally flooded and moldy. We contacted our insurance, State Farm, and it suggested us to reach to the services of Servpro. We contacted Servpro and Mr.Fabisch and his team were assigned to begging with the mold cleaning. He did a good job at some point. After the mold protocol was completed the air test resulted negative for mold spores. The downside was that the placed staples, strong tape and plastics to isolate the area and contain the mold.After removing those tapes and staples ceiling, doors, walls and wood stairs were damaged. I was told to keep calm because they were going to fix it later. We were supposed to get another Servpro company specialist in the restoration part. Insurance took its time to send the adjuster and to determine the magnitud of the job. Finally after a while State Farm told us to do the work with Mr.Fabish. Walls were done first and to the eyesight looks ok except for the paint, stains and marks on walls and wood had marks with wall paint. The caulking of the windows were not done properly neither and the windows don t even close now. Carpets were quoted with a huge high price.The worst, our wood floor was done for someone without experience in wood floor. Servpro hire a worker to do the floor with no experience at all. Wood floor was not sanded properly. Wood floor was not vacuumed and cleaned properly before staining it. Wood floor shows so many defects: - Drum Streak Marks Throughout the Entire Wood floor. -Was This Wood Floor Even Vacuumed, Prior to Applying the Finish? There were blisters all over the wood floor. -Improper floor finish application. Wood floor stains looks so terrible. Darker on one side, lighter on other sides. The lighter one looks like it has dust or dirt on it. In order for a job to end this way, the floor guy that did the job, had to have at least one of the following characteristics or both: He had no clue about anything flooring related. He couldnt care less about this home. - Human hair and debris was stained along with the wood floor. I was trying to communicate my concern about the wood floor with Mr.John Bustamente but he got quite accept, used bad words inside my house and in front of my 8 year old daughter. He did not wanted to listen because according to him job was done and he just needed the check for the final payment. He left the house very upset and in a rude way. I called right away Mr.Fabisch and he was already informed by Mr.Bustamante of the situation. Mr.Fabisch was also rude and did not want to have a talk with me about my concerns. Very unprofessional company! Servpro do not listen to its customers. Not LISTEN AT ALL! We hired a certified wood floor inspector who gave a first report, and then a second one supporting our concerns. A certified wood floor inspector that we had to paid from our pockets because they Servpro thought we were just making the situation complicated. The job wasn t for free. We are paying for the services. Don t we, as customers, have the right to complain about the bad finished of the wood floor? My wife and children had to move back to the house, full of dust everywhere when job still hasn t even been completed to our satisfaction. We are also driving ourselves crazy cleaning all the dust even in our second floor. Our stairs was left all messy and dusty and the house is a total cloud of dust. I had to invest in HEPA air filter to easy the cough and sneezing of all my seven children, because upon arrival the sneezing and coughing was so terrible. Servpro s motto said, Like it never happened Untrue our house is a testimony that something really happened. Please, if you are looking for a company to restore you wood floor, stay away from the Servpro company, unless they hire someone certified to install, restore, sand, stain and finished wood floor. After a nightmare experience with another contractor, my insurance adjuster recommended ServPro of Duncanville. I am so very glad he did! Matt came right out after receiving my call. He had his expert team out within a few days. Dwight Berry headed up my project! They quickly made a plan and started executing it quickly! Not only were he and the team thorough but found issues no one else had found. The team worked diligently with my insurance adjuster to address all of my issues and was able to obtain the proper authorizations to address them. The work, Marianos crew did was amazing! Its beautiful and well done! Even with proper authorizations, my insurance carrier dropped the ball & shorted my payments. Dwight went above & beyond to keep on my insurance adjuster until it was addressed when he couldve just passed the cost to me. It wouldve been easier. I cannot recommend ServPro of Duncanville more highly! They are timely, professional, know their craft and stick up for their customer, YOU! I cannot thank them enough! They turned a nightmare into a dream.

Never use this company for anything involving actual construction. Hired them to repair my house after a car ran through the front of my house, they literally screwed up everything they touched, the brick on the front of my house is over a half inch off the foundation because they did not get the wall plumb. Couldnt even put downspouts for my gutters back properly, basic construction that even my state farm agent said was ridiculous. The drywall was torn everywhere and they just covered it with mud and called it good. They had 3 attempts to get things right and screwed up every time.

I am very pleased with the service and professionalism provided by Servpro and the technicians that provided the mitigation work at my home. They arrived at the agreed time, inspected the areas affected by the water, explained what needed to be done, and started the process of removing the damaged building materials. The team of women who were at the warehouse were an incredible help. A woman who normally works in the office actually came out and physically helped me move things. Company also did an enormous pack-out over a week, stored itemsx 18 month, and returned to my home without incident. They managed all aspects from delivery, unpacking, and placement of items to their original locations. Maria Sanchez, supervisor, was exceptional, and both assisted her staff (Sara ,Maria Espinoza, Eduardo solis) late into the nights each day until all work had been completed. They charged for setting up fans and a dehumidifier that were not needed - and then came to monitor how wet... I mean how dry things were for a couple of days. Eric Esquivile and Maria Sanchezs team of two outstanding workers did our move back into our home after all of the work was completed. They did a great job of getting everything unpacked and placed. Maria is one of the most hardworking people I have run across and had an amazing memory of the pack out we did 2 months prior. She remembers everything, it is amazing to work with her. Eric is the boss but he worked as hard as they did. He pitched in and was busy doing everyting from unpacking, organizing my art studio and helping with all of the small details that go into a total move out. All of them had a great attitude, everything I asked was answered with a sure, no problem or of course that is so refreshing and makes unpacking an entire house so much easier. They were delightful and had such a can do attitude. A few small things were damaged and they were quick to take responsibilty and tell me how they are going to resolve it. They made the entire experience so much better than it would have been without such a cheerful team and such a can do attitude. Sigh... I hate leaving bad reviews. Unfortunately, I hired them to inspect mold damage in my Desoto home due to a burst pipe. They advised (in writing) that would cost $150 for the inspection and a written estimate (that I needed for FEMA). They inspected the house, told me via phone that it was really bad, however I never received the written report. They said I would have to hire them for some other service before they could provide one. Soooo, I paid $150 for you to look at it and tell me it was badly damaged. I knew that! I didnt need to pay $150 for that info. I did try to get a refund but was stonewalled, so... I truly cannot recommend the company. Its a shame because I had heard such good things.

My elderly parents had a underground leak in their home. The insurance company chose Serv Pro to pack up every piece of furniture and remove all items hanging on the wall in their Den, living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, two hallways, laundry room and bathroom. A woman from Serv Pro and 3 helpers came in and videotaped everything in the areas. We were told the videos will help them put everything back where it was placed before. They seemed professional in the start. All items were moved by truck to storage by Servpro. When repairs were done and all items/ furniture were returned, there were different employees putting everything back in the house. All furniture was shoved in the middle of the den and each room was not even close to where everything was placed before. Items were missing and items broken such as a grandfather clock my parents have had for years. No pictures were hung back as we were told in the beginning. The videos they took could not be found. After we complained, Serv Pro had the original woman come back with two different helpers who had no idea of where anything goes. We had to go in and place furniture and try and figure out where all items went. They had also placed furniture in the garage which we had to take back in the house and then place everything in the garage back against the walls. We had to hang all pictures and try to figure out how to place all items. After my parents have been back in their home for a year, they receive a bill from Serv Pro for a extra day of storage and said if it wasn t paid they will place a lean on their home.

Eliana and her team where wonderful. I needed to move back in my home after the remodeling was complete. I had 465 boxes in storage including a couple at my temporary residence. She and her team came in and got the job done within 3 days. Eliana, her crew and team of movers where professional, courteous, customer friendly and punctual. My family and I was super comfortable allowing them in our home and watching them work fast. This entire process calmed my anxiety by knowing servpro provides top of the line service. Using Servpro is never a good thing for my homeowners perspective, I can truly say though Serve Pro Duncanville De Soto came all the way out to my area in McKinney because they were highly recommended I made contact with a man name Andwel and his crew and I m telling you one thing they are very top notch, respectful, on time, professional, responsive there was never a time I felt like I was in the dark throughout this whole entire process my case ended up taking over 30+ days due to the remodel of the construction but Serve Pro and their team was here very rapidly and got my house stripped down contacted my insurance company remove me back in put everything back in place the packing people were fantastic! We all hate to Pat that s a horrible job these people really did a good job!! Eliana was such a sweetheart her and her crew were fantastic they really went above and beyond I m very impressed and I highly recommend them! Are used a lot of people at Serve Pro but Alayna and Andwel really have touched me and helped me throughout this process thank you guys so much Keep up the awesome work Serve Pro!

We had the wonderful opportunity to meet Eliana and her team when they were brought in to assist with the packing and storing of furniture after a recent flood in my mother s home. Dealing with the flooding, repairs and renovation were quite stressful on my aging mother. The one bright spot was working with the ServPro team. They took the time to meticulously wrap each and every item including packing my mother s closet. Due to a scheduling mix up caused by the construction firm ServPro was not called to return the furniture on Friday. This meant having to wait until after Memorial Day to return the furniture. To my surprise, ServPro called me to ask if it was okay to deliver the furniture on Sunday. This showed a great concern for the customer. Eliana and her team showed up on time and attended to every detail as they brought in each piece. Elaina stayed after the crew left to help with lamps and a few more boxes. Much thanks to the team for hitting a home run on this one!

This is the second time using their services for water damages. I was very pleased with the quality of work the team displayed while packing my belongings. They were very professional, thorough, and caring during the process of packing my house. After all of the furniture and belongings were packed they took time to clean each room. I would like to commend Eliana for asking what needed to be moved and for taking photos and documenting all items to be stored. The moving team was very punctual and efficient. Again taking care to make sure my belonging were well taking care of. I would recommend Servpro for their excellent services. I feel confident in using their services in the future if needed.

WORTHLESS and a total waste of our time. You should not bid on services that you can not actually provide. Telling a customer that your technician is not comfortable performing the services that you advertise and have already said you could do is completely unprofessional and a waste of customers time. What is even more aggravating is when you make an appointment, verify the equipment needed and services to be provided and customers rearrange schedules to be present for those services, only to have technicians leave within 30 minutes having not completed work that was supposed to be performed. This is not rocket science work. Either you can do it or you cant. Since you cant seem to perform a relatively simple task, we will be doing the work ourselves. Than you for nothing and wasting our time and money.

I cant say enough good things about the crew at the Duncanville/DeSoto ServoPro location. Considerate, kind, nice, and diligent in their duties. The bottom floor of our home was totally removed of furniture, wall art and knick-knacks while we had our floors ripped up and replaced with hardwood. ServePro did an amazing job of packing, wrapping and storing our possessions during the period of emptiness. When the process was complete they were able to bring back our stuff and unpack to perfection all our belongings just as if they hadnt been removed at all. SCHWEET!!!!
