The bill was $78 for an online order. For that price, I would expect to get a little more cheese & Brisket on my nachos. 4 beef tacos, 4 other tacos, bag of fuzzy chips, no drinks. They don t have any nachos with jalapeños. I just used the one I have at home. 75 cents to add jalapeños. Nachos are supposed to come with jalapeños and they are cheap, right?

It seems like the restaurant only celebrates certain holidays. I see all races in the venue but was sad to not see any type of drink specials, decorations or anything celebrating Juneteenth. I know there are specials for Cinco De Mayo and I m sure they will have a celebration for the 4th of July. The manager does not seem to employ any African Americans and seems to appear to only Hispanic. Where are the weekend drink specials? Would like to see a little more inclusiveness at this location.

Ordered chilaquiles to go and it was not good. They did not add the salsa verde so I had to use the one I bought earlier this week. When I went to pick up my phone order, the cashier did not seem to comprehend it, even though I had made it clear that I did not want pico on my California heat tacos.Despite there not being many people, I took twenty minutes to get my dinner. The young lady working as the cashier appeared confused and was having problems entering the orders. First off I will preface this review with the understanding that this location was severely understaffed (Oke guy at the register and one cook). We can in to order and there was only One party ahead of us. When our food came out (1/2 of the order) each plate was not correct but we had already waited almost 30 minutes and it was ice cold. I don t know how the food could be cold because there was no other food being cooked and our kids were delivered the wrong food 10 minutes afterwards. We never got their correct order actually so we had to leave and get them food elsewhere. A woman drinking at the bar (apparently the store manager) started helping and asking everyone in the restaurant if they had gotten their food yet. This was after she was seen at the bar for the entire week time taking Tequila shots. She was drunk walking around the restaurant only after no one was getting their food. Worst experience at a Fuzzys and I will never return to this location and please avoid at all costs. They also owe me to meals I never got.

Well not all Fuzzys are the same. Atmosphere wise this one was small, cramped, and more focused on being a bar than a great place to eat and drink. Considering they built from ground up, this makes no sense. But the food..... I go to Fuzzys alot near my home and work, about 4 I visit frequently, so when I say: how do you mess up the food !!! I mean it. We usually celebrate birthdays and special events here, so we came out to Balch Springs for my SecondMoms birthday. So udderly disappointed in the food. The chorizo queso was greasy and practically inedible. The shredded brisket was weird tasting and the texture was... Commercial... I dont know how else to say it. It was almost rubbery and ick. The enchiladas, my favorite dish, were off tasting and disappointing. The egg tacos we got were skimpy and overcooked. I could go on... Yeah very disappointed in how that turned out. I will definitely be more cautious in recommending a Fuzzys I havent been to. Obviously wont be going back to this one.

Food was okay. The shrimp tacos are best I chose a shrimp and pulled chicken taco plate the chicken was a somewhat dry and the cilantro lime rice was over cooked .

I don t like leaving reviews like this but i wouldn t waste my money at this location again. There was only 7 people in the dining room area during lunch and our food was room temperature when pulling it from the warmer area. We ordered two taco plates and queso & chips and the only thing that was hot was cheese sauce. So disappointed. Wasted $26 bucks on some nasty food that s been sitting all day. Avoid this location.

I give it 4.5 stars. The food was great and service was fast. Wasnt the cleanest place Ive eaten but Staff was friendly and they offered gluten free options. Prices were reasonable considering the rate of inflation. I would definitely eat there again if Im in the area.
