What a great addition to Budas food lineup! the jalapeno jack burger really hit the spot, and, the fries are pretty good too. Definitely going to return in the coming weeks to try out one of the chicken sandwiches. Super easy access on/off I-35 on the frontage road and lots of parking.

I wasnt impressed. And gave them 2 stars, but the owner decided to blatantly lie in his response so I am revising my review. After going back. They are not remotely a scratch kitchen their fries and tots are frozen, their buns are from a wholesaler out of a bag, their bacon is prepackaged, their pickles and American cheese are industrial food products. They are significantly less of a scratch kitchen than McDonalds or In-N-Out and they cost as much as Five Guys for a much worse burger in a gas station. Do not go here. Dans and Big Robs are much better, more honest, local establishments.

First time ever trying sharks burger and wow! The food is top tier! Everything is fresh and cooked perfectly. The jalapeno ranch burger was to die for! Chicken was cooked perfectly and juicy . Staff is so friendly , food was out fast and fresh , prices are very affordable. Will be returning when we visit town again.

Very very good torta cubana on milanesa de pollo. Really good size cut chicken breast to fit the torta bread. Loaded with CHESSE, lettuce, aguacate, ham & cream. The hot sauce they provide all 3 where amazing. Every bite I was changing sauces around . The lime water I got is good as well. Theres plenty of meals on the menu from meat, chicken and fish. DEFINITELY COMMING BACK TO TRY MORE MEALS.

The food was good, I enjoyed a burger with a cracked egg on top. It was seasoned well and was juicy. When the cashier ask you if you want tots or fries, they fail to mention they are extra and not part of a meal. The seasoned fries has good taste but a bit too greasy for me. $10 for a burger is a bit high for me not including the fries. I will stick to Dans Hamburgers.

By far the best burger joint within a gas station. Convenience store that I have ever had. My favorite is the blue cheese burger, which has avocado on it as well. Tots > fries. Usually I will go in and prepay for gas and then place an order at Sharks burger, then go pump my gas, and when I come back in the order is ready to go

Edited: 5 stars for service, because the owner apologized for the jalapeños and said they are new to the pickup side of DoorDash. Got mad at me for not coming inside and instead parking in curbside because it was a DoorDash order , and I had to go inside to get it the self made pickup orders are made through DoorDash. They should probably know that before getting mad at customers. I asked for no jalapeños and got 13 jalapeños. However, this was all fixed by the owner, and my experience ended up being a good one.

Not at all what you d expect from a gas station burger spot. Burgers and fries are hot and delicious! Not greasy at all. Family side of fries is a huge portion, enough to feed at least 4 adults. The man who took my order was very helpful and kind. Got our order about 10 minutes after ordering. There s tables inside to sit and eat but I got ours to go. We will definitely be back!

So, we had the Texas BBQ Burger and Rise & Shine Burger....and, man, they were so freakin good, we couldnt stop eating to take a picture!! Juicy meat, fresh-made fries and tots, the crisp onions were actually crunchy!! The fried egg was perfectly cooked! Nice sized portions, too. You just have to try these burgers!! Its a little interesting that this place is inside a convenience store, but to be honest, it was kinda cool seeing everyone coming in and out while eating at the nice tables and chairs provided. Its a clean and modern store, btw Jesse, at the counter, was super helpful in giving us a rundown on the burgers, ingredients, sauces, etc. Hes extra friendly and welcoming...definitely great customer service! Yall just come down to Buda and check it out for yallselves!

Food and staff are amazing. The burgers are cooked to perfection and very juicy. There fries should be illegal because you can t stop eating them. They also have chicken sandwiches that are very tender and flavorful. Dino is one of the owners and he will usually come and chat with you to make sure you re pleased with everything. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Also if you re a first responder you get 10% off with proper uniform or ID. I wish it was a stand alone restaurant but it is conveniently located right off the feeder road. Be sure to check them out and support this local burger chain.

I walked into the gas station to try this place out Ive been wanting to try it out for a while now. Ive honestly been trying to try their breakfast but Im never up at the time. Im definitely going to have to try their breakfast The atmosphere in the area is nice for the most part you know just tables and what not. The lady who helped me out was very friendly and super helpful and helped me select out what I was going to order I ordered the Patty melt and a fry. Food was pretty good everything was hot and fresh I think the burger just wasnt as good as I wanted it to be but thats probably just me but I honestly think I dont know It was good but not as good as I wanted it to be. We were just hungry around Buda after going to the farmers market and we found this place, I was skeptical about how good a burger place inside of a gas station could be. However after ordering and sitting down we dug in. The burger was very pretty and was extremely delicious (as delicious as a gas dtation burger can be). The cheese was melted and the patties were all around well cooked, so if youre looking for a place to get a good burger and bored of fast food places then this will satisfy. Vegetarian options: They have one or two vegan options. Parking: Its a convenience store, there isint much parking but its normally not used. Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu.

Some of the best french fries Ive ever had. Seriously top 3 best french fries Ive had in my entire life. A+. Burgers are five guys tier good. Amazing grilled cheese too. Perfectly sweetened sweet tea (at least on the day I was there) And the young guy working the counter is a straight shooter. I must say, we were skeptical about the gas station setting but the staff is very helpful, kind, and overall awesome customer service. The food... well if i could give it stars intead of ... I definitely would! Very filling and delicious. They even satisfied my ex who is the biggest fault finding person there is... AND THAT IS HARD TO DO! Miss Lacey totally got him to stay and grabbed my daughters attention with stickers and a bracelet and her smile and customer service was over the top. The manager Miss Terri noticed my shirt, and by her response told me she was on my level about a 100 billion dollar a yr issue we cant fix. She also let us know of the specials of the day for tomorrow. And informed us of their amazing breakfast served every morning starting at 6:30 am. There were 2 other kids that must have been helping in the back that i didnt get a chance to say hello to, but next time I hope to say hello and get their names. All 4 wore a smile! OVERALL AN A+++ expierience. Well Done Sharks Burgers... you definitely get my vote Kid-friendliness: Again 5 stars!

We stopped into the Valero gas station for a drink and saw there was a burger joint inside. Opting to try something new, we thought wed give it a try. I ordered the Rise & Shine, my husband got the Bleu Cheese burger and my son got the Great White burger. I wasnt sure what to expect, but yall, when I say these burgers were delicious, I am not kidding. I was shocked! The bun is flavorful, the ingredients were proportionate, of high quality and cooked to perfection. These burgers were better than some of the big chain burgers out there! 5 stars for Sharks Burgers! Talk about over-hyped! The food is about as good as what you should expect from a gas station. The reviews on here of foodies calling this a hidden gem are crazy. This is a perfectly good spot to grab some food when youre filling up the tank on a road trip. This is not a destination to go out of your way and discover a secret burger oasis. The meat was not bad, a little on the dry side. Tasted like a frozen patty. The best thing was the fries and tots. Very crispy! Its weird that the burgers dont have any veggies. You should definitely tell your customers that they have to ask for veggies. The burger in the logo has veggies, right?

Great burgers!! Between us we tried three of their burgers and they were all great. I had the Texas BBQ, which had grilled jalapenos. Normally I like spicy food but it had A LOT of jalapenos so I had to take off a few. The fries were fantastic! There were four of us and we got the family size. We all had plenty to eat and there were still a few left over. Drinks are purchased from the convenience store which allows you to get anything you want. There are three tables to sit at. They are in the middle of the store so kind of weird as people come in and out but we didnt care too much. Ill definitely go back to try the other burgers and Shark bites (chicken nuggets).

It was my first time here. Im a resident of Buda and was looking for new places. The burgers here are good. Double patties, fresh veggies, a nice brioche bun. The fries are good. A nice crispy texture on the outside with a soft center. Good flavor. The shark bites are breaded and fried chicken tender bites that are really tasty. The food is all good and seems quality, and I would come here again. The atmosphere is just ok as its in the middle of the gas station convince store. What you trade in the atmosphere is a wider drink and snack selection to go with your meal. But I say this place is worth a try, especially if you are a burger person. There are grilled chicken burgers, tater totts, and a breakfast menu I havent tried. And they have kid sized options. Oh, and you can customize your burgers, pick what veggies and sauces you want added on. If you want to add more meat or other options, etc. And they have a Beyond Meat option for vegetarians. Right now, they are limited hours and close after 2:00, but they are looking to expand the hours once they can staff up more. Vegetarian options: It mostly looks like Beyond Meat for the burgers, and French fries for our vegetarian friends. And there are egg/bean/cheese only options on the breakfast menu. Parking: Theres a couple handicap parking spots and maybe 6 car spots in front. But theres a ton of spots around the perimeter of the large lot. Kid-friendliness: They have some kid meal options. The shark bites seem pretty kid friendly. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and the floor is all level inside. Though the tables are bar tables and probably too high for somebody in a wheel chair to dine in. But to go shouldnt be a problem.

The burger I had was the Jalapeño and jack cheese with fries. First off, the burger is made with fresh cut lettuce and veggies, the bun is delicious, just really one of the best burgers I ve had! The fries were hot, crisp and seasoned , simply delicious! And the staff was friendly, helpful with explaining the menu choices. The Sharks Burger is located inside a new Valero gas station. I had become a fan of the gas station as it was very well stocked and always had drinks that I was looking for. I had heard that Sharks Burger had opened the other day and I told myself I was going to give them a shot. There are dining tables inside the store where you can eat if you would like. The menu is simple. You can order a burger or chicken and decide how you wanted it. They also have tacos as well. The young kid working the register was brand new. He was very soft spoken. I had a hard time understanding him. I kept telling him, I want it all the way. Pete came over and explained that the burgers come plain and you build it from there. I place my order and go wait for it to be ready. I was talking to Pete about the restaurant when I was handed my food. Wow! That was FAST! Way faster than you would get at other burger chains. The fries were batter dipped. I was a big fan. Fries are usually either too greasy and soggy, have too much salt or not enough salt. These were just right. I had wondered why the burger was so tall. They had two patties with whit cheddar cheese. The veggies were nicely cut and crispy. I got the burger with bacon, which was a nice touch. The burger had a great flavor. It was not overcooked or undercooked. You could tell the meat was of a good quality. I even made a comment to Pete that sometimes you go to a burger joint and they used patties with a lot of soy filler in them, like we used to get in the high school cafeteria. I am defiantly a fan. I ve been looking forward to the opening of their Buda location as this area has been in need of a great burger joint. Sharks has taken that spot in only it s first week open. These burgers do not disappoint, they are fire! I ordered the Philly Burger and the Grilled Chicken for my girlfriend and we both loved it, so much flavor! You can taste the quality in the ingredients. I got to meet Pete and the staff is amazing! Now stop reading this and go get yourself a burger!

Excellent burgers with tons of menu options to give you the bite youre looking for. Beats the brakes off of any chain in this area. Friendly staff, food was cooked fresh and ready quickly. Highly recommend!
