The atmosphere was garbage a buddy of mine went and was asked to leave when he asked why the security immediately grabbed him in a choke hold and dragged him out while my friend was asking why he was being so aggressive when he didn t lay a finger on him or acted aggressive in any way. The manager came out and said he would get a write up but felt like it wasn t enough as he has done this before.

Great vibe, but watch out because a group bummed into our table and a couple of cups were broken. Not only were we charged for them but they told us next broken glass we were going to be kicked out. I have never experienced this before. So word of advice.

Had 2 different burritos they tasted amazing... the watermelon drink is great. However, i watched the lady cooking reach her bare hands into 2 different plates 1 taco plate and 1 burrito and eat out of the food on the plate. Like put it in her mouth, then reached back into the food and ate from it again. The wait on food prep was super long. It is a nice place but waaayyy too contrived, and fake. Oh, and there was a roach running across the bar. So just be aware and watch through the open door and order window at your food preparation. They also were out of 3 different items on the menu i wanted to try so basically was left having to order the carne asada burritos twice... Vegetarian options: Its all vegan supposedly. Which I am for over 21 years, but just was out of so many things.

The ITNL Bar was the highlight of El Paso!!! After exhilarating State Democratic Party Convention speeches, topped off with Gov. Gretchen Whitmer and Colin Allred, we popped in at the ITNL for a nightcap. Their 100% plant based kitchen nosh was perfect!!! And the head bartender made me a righteous Negroni!! They earned their Five Stars!

Almost 5 stars, but rated 4 only because the mens restroom was downstairs with very poor direction. I almost ended up in some basement closet. Otherwise, the venue was entertaining and the drinks were well made. Have not tried the food, but will definitely go back to try it. Parking: Good luck finding a spot to park nearby and expect to walk a block or 2 depending on construction zones or traffic.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the bartender at international bar. From the moment I approached the bar, it was clear that the bartender had a serious attitude problem. Her judgmental demeanor made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout my visit. To make matters worse, it seemed like she had absolutely no idea how to make drinks properly. Every single drink I ordered was watered down to the point of being practically tasteless. It was evident that she lacked the skills and knowledge necessary to mix a decent cocktail. It felt like a complete waste of money to pay for drinks that were essentially just flavored water. What I found particularly frustrating was the bartenders lack of professionalism. Instead of acknowledging her own shortcomings or attempting to rectify the situation, she seemed dismissive and uninterested in providing a satisfactory experience. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for her. Overall, my encounter with this bartender left a sour taste in my mouth. Her judgmental attitude towards me and her inability to create quality beverages made for an extremely disappointing visit. I would strongly advise anyone considering visiting International bar to think twice, as the service provided by this bartender was shockingly inadequate.

Fair relatively cheap prices for the location. Great location right in front of the plaza. Usually quick and friendly staff. Rooftop and front outdoor seating. There is a small short order spot in the back of the bar for quick bites. They host live music and djs on various nights upstairs and on the main floor. Parking can be a pain for this area. Nice spot to sit and people watch before the place goes live.

Horrible experience! My girlfriend and sister went into the restroom didnt take long at all but as they were in there a bartender named Valerie started banging on the door upsetting my girlfriend when there was another available restroom next door. As my girlfriend got out of the restroom she was upset and asked the bartender why she was banging on the door when she knows someone was in there I had to ask the bouncer to hold back the girl because she seemed like she was on drugs and right away started calling my girl names and asking her if she wanted to fight. I was excited to come to this establishment because it was my girlfriends birthday and we have a friend that works there as well that we wanted to visit but was ruined immediately. You would expect a high class place like this to not promote such ghetto behavior

I d say on the drinks front this bar gets 5 stars. Obnoxious club that plays thumping rooftop music until 2am. Literally could not sleep in my downtown hotel facing this place for two nights in a row. How management and El Paso downtown businesses/hotels allow this? Destroys the atmosphere of Jacinto park and any hospitality/hotels within a 2 block radius, especially on weekends. Keep the music/club INSIDE and not on the open air rooftop.

Finally open! We ve been wanting to try this bar since we moved here. We ve been to Lick It Up and always appreciated the amazing bar inside this building. Also, if you re a whiskey or scotch drinker, they have some bottles you won t see many other places. Great cocktail bar and prices are reasonable considering the selection. It s also close to a number of restaurants, so it s a great pre or post food spot. Enjoy!

The ABSOLUTE WORST. My fiance and I went there to celebrate our anniversary. The servers kept helping everyone else but us. Especially the young, blonde man with glasses. We waited 10 min and finally had to go up to the bar and order our drinks. While he only helped the Anglo, preppy looking customers that came in. Plus, one of the male bartenders NEVER WORE A MASK. The female server was the only one who made an effort. Do not waste your time or money at this place.

Went for the first time and it was great. The manager, was so attentive and couldnt ask for more best customer service, we received the best treatment i would say better than other so called 5 star bars restaurants. Although the place can get some upgrades like, invest in a cooling system for up stairs, maybe a better way to order from upstairs. This use to be my spot on Saturdays nights but but now I feel like the owners are neglecting this bar to manage others. The bartenders are rude, zero customer service skills, the quality and consistency of the drinks has gone down big time. Everyone from bartenders to bouncers are unapproachable and seemed bored. An hour before close and we were being yelled at (literally, not an exaggeration) to finish our drinks and close out our tabs. The upstairs staircase is now a death trap, the wood floor is literally falling apart with dangerous holes and pieces of plank all over the place. A lawsuit waiting to happen, someone can seriously hurt themselves walking on that. Women s restroom needs an overhaul. Broken soap dispenser, never any papers towels, dingy, musky and dark. I would expect more from a place that has expensive drinks. So, I naturally stopped coming because I literally feel my business is not appreciated. But this place, when everything is up to par and everyone is having a good time use to be a lot of fun.

Hello for the first time, Im rating because I care about humanity who, like me, travel far around the world to visit different places. Unfortunately, I can only advise against this either Im unlucky here because Im a foreigner or not. 1) Nobody was interested in me, the staff only noticed when I went to the bar. So for being called international they should treat the customer better. I have no idea how this bar got so many stars... it probably has to do with the view, but since I havent been able to visit it because something like that is really hard for me, Im not interested in looking at bars like this. But they probably have the top rating because of the view. Thats why I ask everyone to look at the view first and if they really like it, order something first because it could take years until you get something like I did...

Came in for a jazz night on the last venture in. Best thing was the jazz... Service was terrible. Took almost 10 min to even get acknowledged... while sitting front and center at the bar mind you! Was literally about to walk out, maybe they saw my frustration. Maybe the drink would make up for it; wrong. Two old fashions later, underwhelmed. Im not a novice to the old fashioned, so i am quite finicky. Theirs tasted so SWEET. If you know an old fashioned it shouldn t be sweet... should pack a punch with a slight smooth sweetness in the back. No orange rind in the drink with a bunch of crushed ice, oh goodness. Tasted like there was some sort of orange liquor to sub the flavor. Maybe we d come back to enjoy the jazz, but definitely coming in with more patience and sticking to a basic vodka soda.

Nice view and neat hangout spot. My only complaint is when i last visited they closed 2 hours before the actual closing time. I understand that it may have been a slow night, but Ive never felt so rushed to leave an establishment before. The lights were being turned off in the bar without any explanation forcing us to finish our drinks, pay our tabs, and leave. In the food industry workplace the customer should feel welcomed. And well we felt the complete opposite that night.

Its a place in El Paso that seams to give you a NYC vibe , the carne asada fries where to my surprise vegan and with 2$ tecates it was the whole package . The open roff provides not only a comfortable breeze but a nice afternoon view , good place for a Friday night or just day drinking and a snack .
