Windows are CLEAN! However, I was not happy that dirty drips were left on the floor from dirty water. Also, they left the hose on AND the gate open. My dog got out. Good thing he didn t hurt anyone and didn t wander far!!

I can t believe we waited so long to have our windows professionally cleaned, but Window Geenie absolutely blew us away! We have several large windows in our home, and they ve never looked this good. Their team was fantastic and got all the difficult spots cleaned up. Their attention to detail was amazing. I am an avid bird watcher and this has been a game changer for me! I can t recommend Window Geenie enough for their professionalism, efficiency, and my sparkling clean windows!

Window Genie did an outstanding job for us! They came out the very next day after we contacted them. They did windows inside and out, screens, and tracks. One guy - sorry I don t recall his name - done in about 2 hours. He was so nice and polite and answered all our questions. Window Genie always does a phenomenal job on all 110 of my windows! I love that WG offers occasional specials. I always take advantage of them. Especially because my 1st floor windows surround my pool area. Doggie noses and paws, along with the pool splashing on them keeps me calling on WG all spring and summer long. 5-star technicians too:)

Scheduling process was very easy and thorough. I was given a courtesy call the day before and that morning from the company. The person cleaning the windows was very quick and so courteous. Good experience overall! The employee did a fantastic and thorough job, so no complaints with him. He was really kind, and I could tell he cared about the quality of his work! Thanks for the great job! However, I docked one star for the booking process. I assumed that the entire part of each window would be cleaned (since that s the way I clean windows) but you need to specifically request for items like window tracks to be cleaned. I could ve had the tracks cleaned for free with my package, but now I m left to clean them. Again, not the fault of the cleaner since he fulfilled his end of the request. But I wish the person who helped me book the service could have clarified that a window cleaning literally only means the panes of glass and sills, and that I would need to request any additional parts. So have a Google imagine of window parts handy when you book! Otherwise, great job

I called window Genie on Nov 23 of last week and asked if I could get my windows cleaned by Nov 30th as I was having a special event at my house. I was assured by Window Genie that the owner would come to my house on Nov 24th in order to give me a quote. If I accepted the quote, they could clean my windows by Nov 30th. As of this morning (Nov 29th) still no show and no call from the owner. I called Window Genie again this morning and again I was assured that I would be hearing from the owner. Now its 1.30 in the afternoon and I still have not heard from the owner so I have lost all confidence that Window Genie can deliver what I was promised. Huge waste of time. I am a business owner myself so I understand that sometimes one cannot follow thru with the best of intentions due to unforeseen circumstances but there is absolutely no excuse not to extend to ones clients the professional courtesy of open and timely communication. This is the first time I have taken the time to write a review which is an indication of how disappointed I am.

They moved my cleaning by 4 hours (later) with less than 24 hours notice. We had a RE photoshoot scheduled, and I told them the importance of keeping to the schedule when we made the appointment. If I had a ladder tall enough, even though my home is a one story, I could have done the same thing: take my hose, flush the leaves out, hose off (mostly) what fell on the patio and chairs, while talking on my cell phone most of the time. Do not waste your money. This company does not know what they are doing. They didnt show up for first appointment, 2 hours late for 2nd, lied and said they completed the windows when they had only done half of them. Dropped a ladder into the window damaging the frame and to this day have not returned our money as agreed. Im a contractor and there are many better options out there. You have been warned.

I noticed our gutters were full of plant debris. I called and the guys came out the next day. I was embarrassed to see just how much junk came off our roof and gutters! They laughed and told me not to worry, theyd take care of it. They removed several trash bags full of debris, hosed it all clean. Then bagged and hauled it all away. I appreciated not needing to rake or sweep or get UP ON A LADDER! Very happy with the service and will definitely call again in the future.

I have used these good folks before and liked them the first two times I used them. This time I added the gutter cleaning which were incredibly dirty and even clogged with old leaves and dirt. I have to say they got here on time and got down to business. In no time...like 90 minutes, they were done and all the windows and screens were spotless and the small plants growing in my gutters were gone. I highly recommend these good people without reservation. I ll definitely use them again for this service.

Beware - they will send people to your house that have had no training and have no idea what they are doing. When you call to explain the terrible service and outcome they could care less and overcharge for terrible work! Would give 0 stars if possible - so disappointed!
