Being in an accident was the worse feeling ever, but going to SJ Injury was the best decision I could ve made. Brenda made this whole process smooth and easy. She walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions and concerns. Being that this was the first time I ever had to go through this, I don t know how better of an outcome I could ve had. I ve had the best experience ever. This was my first time ever in a car accident. I got into a car accident back in March and Brenda took care of absolutely everything. Helped me when I got in a crash about a year ago. I had a torn spinal disk, they had me go to physical therapy and get injections. The award amount was more than expected, well worth the wait. Highly recommend if you need a good lawyer who know what theyre doing to get you the biggest settlement possible. Hopefully I wont need them again but if I ever do this will be the place. Brenda is the attorney who helped me, very professional and caring of our circumstances.

So I ve been dealing with my case since Aug. 2019 when this law firm was called Soileau Law Firm and had a different number which I didn t even know or get reached from anyone working at the law firm to be informed. I had to call around to find the new phone number. No one really reached out to me regarding my case (my case manager), If I called (and still call) I either didn t/ don t get an answer and get sent to voicemail or someone will answer and say they will return my call and no one will call me back. Recently my case was transferred to other lawyers and NO ONE HAS CALLED ME to update me on my case, not the law firm I originally was with or the new one I was transferred too. I called them (the new law firm I was transferred too) and still NO ONE will answer or respond to any of my calls/ questions. It s upsetting how unprofessional everyone is. It s just sad how they were so quick to get my case and not quick enough to try to handle it or stay in touch to make sure i was satisfied with their service.

Have had a ongoing case since May 2016. Lawyer assigned to my case does not communicate, will not share information about case and has not even consulted with me about the settlement offered. Have left messages for the main lawyer that owns the firm and he doesnt respond either. Worse case of customer service ever! Update: Guess who is still waiting on a return phone calls!! I would recommend The Soileau Law Firm located in Pasadena any day. Leticia Moreno, the case manager, took care of me from start to finish. I got rear ended by a big SUV that did not have insurance and to my surprise Leticia figured out I had personal injury insurance. The doctors and chiropractor they recommended took away the injuries caused by the accident. I became a new man with a new strong lower back and I received a nice surprising settlement amount that I wasn t expecting during the holidays.

Mr. Soileau represented me in a car accident that occurred in November 2014 where I suffered a herniated disc to my neck requiring surgery. After surgery the medical bills were piling up which caused me quite a bit of stress worrying about how all of the medical bills were going to get paid. As my case was complicated and took almost 2 years to work through, Mr. Soileau and his staff were very understanding of my situation throughout the whole ordeal. Its like you are begging them to answer your call even though they get your money for services they are supposed to provide, like keeping you informed and actually settling out your case in a reasonable amount of time. I knew few attorneys a couple years back when I needed one to represent me in a case involving an accident with my wife. Well I was introduced to Mr. Soileau one evening while I was out playing golf. He sat down and took time out his golf game and listened to my predicament I was facing. Afterwards by the way he handled everything so professionally, I hired him and his firm to represent me, Hoping wed settle without it going to court.
