I highly recommend Ramos James Law Firm. I first contacted them after snowmageddon 2021 when I slipped on the ice and broke my wrist at a hotel. Many of the attorneys I contacted, did not handle slip and falls. Ramos and James took my case and sent me a contract to sign through my email. The entire process was completed with me living in another state. My attorney was friendly and professional and prepared me very well before depositions and mediations until I could confidently face the opposing attorney. He was kind and empathetic. The law firm sent me text messages and emails to communicate questions and keep me up to date on the proceedings. The best part about them is that even though it was a somewhat difficult case, from the very beginning, they were able to get me a settlement that went a long way towards making me feel better about the time I lost from work and my family while recovering from my injury. Honestly I m not sure what my review should be. I had several issues with the way my case was handled. However, in the end, the owner of the firm contacted me to resolve these issues and I did receive an apology from the lawyer whom I felt did not listen to me. Having never used a lawyer before, I chose Ramos James based on the strength of their reviews and because I wanted to give my business to a woman owned firm. Laura Ramos has a fantastic education and years of experience in her field. Most impressively, she is always available to take your call and answer questions big or small.
