Sat here for 25 minutes waiting for a breakfast taco while this guy didnt even bother to acknowledge me or help me. Edit: in response to the owner, I wholeheartedly disagree that anyone at this organization cares for a single customer. Will NEVER order food from any restaurant here. Completely unacceptable.

Basically a food vending service. You order at a kiosk in the lobby or online. There are no dine-in physical restaurants in this building. The kiosk ordering area is combined with a waiting/pick-up area. There are a few tables and chairs and benches to sit at, but they weren t being cleaned or maintained. The order goes somewhere in the building where the food is prepared - as quickly and efficiently as possible, so it s more like fast-food . If you ve ordered online, upon your arrival you enter your name/order into a tablet and when the food is ready you pick it up in a locker. As for the food, the Ube Latte from Pokeworks was not good. The tapioca (starch) balls were hard and stale. So it was basically a glass of flavored milk for $7.52 + tip. The Butter Marsala Chicken from Foodpath Indian Cuisine was pretty good, but it was just the rice and chicken in sauce for $16.23 + tip. There was a garbage can out front that was totally overflowed, with garbage all around on the ground. All-in-all it s a great idea with poor execution and a not-so-good value.

Attention restauranteurs! Please be informed that this place is unproductive to run a buisness u will be charged with the high rent and stuck with the lease agreement for a year. where the main source of income to the cloud kitchen would be delievery partners like uber eats, door dash, grubhub and u have a management who racially discriminates and downgrades u by putting up all their power to fine u, when they have already charged hefty lease amount and usually its run by racists.

Love the concept of this place where you can order whatever you want. Multiple options great CONCEPT. However, after the experience I just had I personally will not be back. I went on my lunch break and ordered a burger and two boiled eggs. The burger got cancelled immediately because I guess the place was closed (which isn t my issue). I then went back to the kiosk and ordered pulled pork fries. I was also with my coworker who ordered pasta so we waited about 20-25 mins. Went back inside from waiting in the car and her food was ready. And I m still just waiting and my order then when I checked it said 4 minutes wait the 4 mins check again and it changed to delayed so I sat and waited while my coworker ate her food. Our lunch break ends at 1pm so 12:55 rolls around and a new guy up front ask who I m waiting for I tell him waiting for and hear him ask his coworker who is crazy fries and quesadillas at which point the lady who s been up front the whole time says that s cheat day and they re closed . And this is where my issue arises. I have now waited 30 mins have rolled out of my lunch break and this is when the front desk lady informs me they re closed, we ll have to refund your order . So for lunch today I at 2 boiled and 30 mins of non existent fries. My advise would be to just beware of where you order from because they don t always show up closed on the kiosk and id hate to see anyone have to wait 30+ mins on a limited lunch break for food that will never come. But hey the boiled eggs I waited 30 mins were good

Convenient Food Hub This place is open late at night and for the first time I saw a food hub without people in the front and everyone is in the kitchen. You place your order online or on their system inside the store. Wait for like 5-10mins and you will receive a text with URL to know your locker number and open your locker. It was a fun experience and really accessible and fast. However, the food appears to be overpriced based on the quality and quantity that you are getting. You are paying for convenience and hopefully if you like the food quality. The place is neat, organized, and have public restroom and spacious parking lot for what it offers which is usually to go food. Overall giving this a 3 for convenience and quality of the food.

Its the robot kitchen, welcome to the future! Tons of choices, perfect for picky eaters. If you have a group that cant decide on one restaurant, you dont have to! Everyone picks their spot, gets a text when its ready, and opens up your locker. Its like an Amazon pickup center, but for food. Great food options, there s something new and exciting for everyone! Had a great experience the first time, second time I ordered online, paid, and then waited only to eventually be told the restaurant I d ordered from was closed. Got a refund but didn t bother waiting again for a new order. I d like to believe this isn t a common occurrence and they do a good job making sure you can only order from places that are open so I d still recommend giving it a try.

We saw a post from Catalina eats introducing us to Charoen Express. We ordered chicken wings, drunken noodles, pad Thai, brisket noodles, chicken fried rice and a curry dish. Nothing disappointed! Everything was delicious! It was our first time at 5610 Food Co, clean atmosphere, friendly staff. We were a little confused at with ordering process at first but then got hope it works. Order ahead! Over 40 restaurants in one place; genius on cutting overhead! Tiktok lead me here looking for Pad Thai. I ordered on a touch screen menu, seating is available but I took it to go. I just came from here for the first time and i ate from mother clucker omg that fat rice is amaziing... this place is a foodies heaven you can pic from dozens of restaurants from many different cultures made authentically. The only thing bad about this place is that they make sooooo damn hard to choose from so many amazing places. This place is a hidden gem! Ordered the Brisk Thai food on GrubHub and was amazed and had to go check it out for myself!! Me and my friend couldn t decide what cuisine we wanted but the cool thing is there are so many food options all in one place (italian, thai food, sandwiches, etc) which saved us some driving and indecisiveness lol. You can go in person and order takeout or you can even order online and pick it up once it s ready (they will text you)! (You can order with GrubHub or Uber Eats also!!) I was very impressed by the functionality and design of this kitchen. The concept allows for multiple restaurants to thrive under the same roof. All food is To-go but if you like food youll like this place.

First time here and the tablet didnt work, guy just standing behind the counter complained he didnt have time to help me because he served 30 restaurants there but luckily my order was the only one on the shelf for him to process otherwise hed really have nothing to do
