After consulting with a few agents, my husband and I decided to hire Jenny to list our house as she is known to be the premier agent in our area. The process was smooth from start to finish, which was necessary as we had a lot going on including an out-of-state move. The meetings were swift and to the point because Jenny is efficient in her work. The text communication was immediate and Jenny s team was great at keeping us on top of the process and answering our questions immediately. Every question was always answered within the hour, if not minutes. The best part was, the marketing was so great that our house was sold before being listed. Jenny s strategies of marketing before listing worked flawlessly. We had an interested buyer who saw the house and made an offer on the spot $100k over what we planned to list for. I could not have asked for a smoother experience and not once was I stressed in this process because I trusted Jenny s expertise and her process. Jenny Law was available to me even she was on vacation and different time zones! She went above and beyond for me. She had a lot of patience for me when I was asking millions of questions and when I forgot the answers she repeated them for me . If all the employees are this attentive and are wonderfully bed side mannered I definitely want to send people to this company especially to Jenny. Jenny helped me find my home in Austin during the height of the market when homes were getting 10-50 offers. To help me stay within my budget and be in the most desirable neighborhood, she personally reached out to over 1000 homes in the neighborhood finding be an off market gem that I was able to purchase BELOW market price. Thank you Jenny for helping us find the perfect home. The first time we met Jenny she took time to get to know our family and understand what mattered to us in finding a family home. She kept in touch for many months from a far before we moved to Austin. As we were new to the US, she was very helpful in sharing insights on the US/Austin housing market . She was patient and always made time to show us a wide range of homes to rent and to buy. Jenny helped me find the last home available in Travisso (stunning community NW of Austin, TX) in January 2022 when there was absolutely no inventory. She made the buying process so easy as she is incredibly knowledgeable in her field and has amazing connections in the region which makes any step of the process go smoothly. Recently I ve had to sell my home due to personal reasons and she guided me every step of the way in terms of when to list, how to best market it, scheduling frequent open houses and I was able to get an offer in less than 20 days during this tough real estate market (plenty of homes available now!). Jenny is an excellent communicator who proactively keeps you informed daily on how things are progressing. She makes you feel like you re her sole client when she s dealing with many priorities at once. I d recommend working with her if you want a realtor that is trustworthy, more than quick to respond, provides amazing options even when there are none and one of the top realtors of the US!
