To start off I was in an 18 wheeler incident couldn t get any answer resolved with the trucking companies insurance. Running out of options while my vehicle was not in a drivable condition and some injuries I did my research and was able to find Aulsbrook law firm with great reviews I continued to reach out to see what my options were Megan is an outstanding individual who helped me with explaining every detail and her team made this whole situation less stressful. The attorney Serech took on my case the trucking insurance kept running around in circles but he was able to get to the bottom of the whole situation he kept me up to date in everything. I would highly suggest this law firm if you ever have any incident that seem like you can t get any answer for the others insurance or individual great work !

Originally marked them as one star due to lack of communication from Wendy. However Matt called to see how he can make it better, even though he cut me off in mid sentence while i was explaining i can tell he is passionate about his job. Honesty if it wasnt for Kelly i would have probaly kept the one star but she is amazing, professional, great communication and she actually cares. Megan also picked up Wendys slack and provided some actual results. Thanks Aulsbrook for turning a angry customer to a content customer
