I chose to go to Minuteman press because of their fantastic reviews but once I actually became a client, I had a different view about them. The first time I went in there, I wasn t greated nicely or respectfully it was more of a what do you need , the person that was helping me did do what I ask to the very minimum I wanted more of a direction from a professional on how I should go about making my business cards since I ve never made any before Thinking they would offer some kind of insight but instead, it was like just write it down and we will print it up. I paid for someone to create what I did write down and my card just seems tacky and low quality, but I took it as less and learned Paid for them and left.

I have been using Minutemen Press for all my printing needs for at least a year now. I have never had a printing mistake with them, it always turns out great. They are easy to communicate with and will work with you if you need to get something quick! Cant recommend them enough! Also, love that they offer a free paper sample pack to send you so you always know what kind of paper you are getting when you order!

Minuteman was good at their turnaround time, however their communication needs improvement. I went to pick up my cards today and they are off center and the office staff just wanted to argue about stuff rather than trying to make it right .$100 Down the drain. I won t be going there again.

Minuteman Press in Austin saved my case! I needed five copies of every exhibit within a day for a trial. Altogether, I needed 1200+ color copies. I got laughed at or flatly rejected by Minutemans competitors. Minuteman told me theyd have it done by 4 pm the next day. They had it done by 11 am and for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this business.

Im so impressed with Minutemans service. I submitted an order online for printing, and they noticed a discrepancy between my file size and the print size I requested, so they called me to confirm what I actually wanted before starting work. Such an amazing and fast turnaround on our wedding invitations! We looked around at a few of the fancier places that were quoting over $5 per invite and these guys came through and blew that away, and they did it in 2 DAYS! Kerry was also extremely pleasant to work with and even did some of the graphics work to help us out. They took our custom design and recommended the right paper and envelopes. These guys are AMAZING! Our company has had brochures and signs printed by them and they have always turned out beautifully and with a super quick turnaround. I called in the other day with an urgent last-minute job; even though they were swamped at the time, they went the extra mile and told me it would be ready for pick-up in 15 minutes. I was in a last minute bind. Dave came through for me in under 2 hours and even helped me stuff the envelopes right there in the shop so I could make the overnight shipment. You dont see customer service like this much anymore. Its nice to feel like the priority, especially as a new customer. Theres no question Ill be calling them back when I need something.
