I would Absolutely recommend AA Passport to everyone for there Visa, passport and all immigration needs. Sunny was wondering helping me get my passport and my visa to go visit my husband. Beware of their richardson office These people stole my money and didnt give a good service they took 400 plus for their fee plus the department of state fee and they brought me the 26 page passport not the 50 page passport I didnt ask for the 25 page passport and when I call the department of state they said that they were supposed to mention the 50 page passport when I called them they told me it is according to the state department they are the one that gave you the 25 page passport,I told her that it is not true as I called them it looked that you office submitted that I request the 25 page passport in my application and I asked to see a copy of the application they submitted , she replied we dont have a copy which is not true and then she told me that office manager will call me and hung up They are crooks liars and I dont recommend the Richardson Texas office to anyone. update After 2 days I called back their manager told me that they dont know that I travel a lot I told her no one asked me if I want a the 50 page or 28 page and I didn t ask for the small one and my old passport was the 50 page passport so I expected to get the new passport with the same pages. I also told her that I called the state department to ask and they stated that the AA passport service was supposed to check the 50 page passport and that it ll cost me now to get the130$ for the passport and $60 to expedite the service and I told the manger of this corrupt office that why I have to pay this money and it is their fault and I expected to get the 50 page passport , but as if you are talking to the wall , the girl repeat the same thing and when I asked her if they will fix their mistake or not ? she stated that she ll not repeat what she said As I mentioned before it is the worst passport service they are liars and they don t have the guts to to admit their mistake and fix it please avoid going to AA passport service I ll go to state department passport service to submit a complain and to BBB in Dallas to submit a complaint. The owner answer means nothing but to make it is easy to everyone reading the review 1- I was never asked by aa passport service to review the application as they have my info from my previous application and my old passport that I handled to their employee, the-only thing she asked me is to sign and I can swear in front of a court for that I went to their office on a Saturday and the employee who helped me looks like a teenager I was never asked do you want the small size or the big size passport 2- I never checked the size of the passport either big or regular size 3- when I received the passport I was asked to check that my name and DOB are correct nothing else and when I asked the employee is the new passport is small she said yes I told her that is different than my old passport( that is the reason I called the state department) Anyway the answer of the owner of the office reflects how that office works No service No responsibility for their mistakes monkey business Beware of this company and speciy the Richardson office

I renewed my passport through AA Passport and Visa Expedite Services. I visited the office on 10/16/2023 to renew my Indian passport and submitted it and made the payment. Passport is having a little but visible damage, but the agent who took it applied in normal processing instead of damaged/lost passport category. I got the passport back to me stating that I applied in the wrong category. I went back to the office again on 10/28/2023 to submit my passport for processing under lost/damaged category. It costed me 120$ extra for second time processing. First time VFS global payment was 138$ (with out including AA processing fee, photos and shipping). I got 78 $ refund. I incurred a loss of 60$ there. Again second time I have to pay to pay around 60 $ for photos and shipping along with processing fee. But they said I have to bear these expenses. Mistake is actually from your side.

Scammed with no explanation. I paid for the 15day expedited service. After waiting over 20days for my new passport & old passport to be returned, I called the office to see why I hadn t heard from them. I was told they couldn t give me a reason, then questioned on if I had a felony or child support issues that might cause a delay. I am a part time graduate student with a full time government job with no kids. I m not sure why they would ask me that rather than take accountability for my passport being late. I m so upset, and I spent over $807 dollars and was not given a valid reason why or where my passport is. Please don t give your money to this agency.

Edit 5/11/2023 Unfortunately I have to change my review. This has been so disappointing as you can see my earlier review was so positive. I dont know what is going, but it has been really difficult to get responses from AA Passports. They are very slow to respond to emails and often times I cannot reach them through the phone. It took over 5 phone calls and several emails from multiple employees in order to get our invoices! Once those invoices were received we saw that the prices were different between two employees, even though they were for the exact same visa. When I challenged the price difference, the office manager said she would ask the owner. This was over a month ago and the owner has yet to reach out. I called back and the office manager explained the owner was out of the country, but that should not keep from business operating properly. Needless to say, my company will no longer be using the services of AA Passports. Old Review from 2018: My company has been working with AA passports for the past two years and we have always received wonderful service! The ladies that manage the office are a delight to work with and very friendly. They are incredibly knowledgeable and answer all the questions that I have. We have never had any issues with delayed passports/visas which is a huge relief for a company with strict deadlines.

These people are total scam artists. Tried to charge me 95$ To fill out the passport application. FYI you can print it out for free and fill it out on your own. They charged me 35$ to book an appointment at Frisco County clerk. Total scam, the clerks office collects this fee not them. Will be contacting to county about these scammers. There is absolutely no reason why anyone should use this place. It takes 10minutes to print and fill out passport forms online. You can schedule an appointment with Denton County clerk yourself. Why would anyone pay 35$ for appointment and 95$ dollars for someone to fill out a form for them? It s absolutely ridiculous. Please don t let these people fool you.

Drove over an hour only to be turned away after waiting for another hour. Was looking to get Canadian passport photo done and when I got there they had a sign up that says by appointment only and to call Sunny. I have called and left a few messages, it s been over a week and no response. If you need Canadian passport photo done, I do NOT recommend this place. Additionally, they need to update their hours on their website and Google. It s cruel to say the business opens at 8am but have a sign outside the door that says open at 9 am on weekday leaving customers to wait for an hour.

EDIT: As soon as we sat, Sunny yelled at me saying I was the worst customer he s ever experienced. He threatened to withhold my documents while throwing a cash refund back at me. The document cost more than the agent fee, and I was not going to leave without. Here he responds he is happy to fix the issue, but he was very hostile in person. He even accused me of lying about paying for a document shipping fee. He has a camera in the office. I told him to check it because I would not lie about such a trivial thing. He even talked about how many emails he had sent to get the documents processed. He showed me the same emails I had received and not any more. Do. Not. Recommend. I ve never been yelled at by a business owner for being a client frustrated by their services. He talked about his personal emotions being hurt, but failed to consider the lengths of travel and time and money I had spent to receive the document. Kept assuring me that I would be able to receive my expedited replacement naturalization certificate within two months time--via phone before I made an appointment and in person when I saw him. However, I did not receive any document or update in due time. Upon this, he told me the service was not guaranteed. Why offer expedited services when it cannot be met? I do not recommend at all.

Very bad and frustrating exp with AA passports . I applied my sons OCI on Feb 2020 (Yes last year) but still havent received. Brittany messed up the application first time and applied second time but no updates after that. Multiple emails and phone follow-up, but no useful response. I have reached out to Sunny, he assured that I will get updates but I havent from him also. No transparency. We had travel plans in feb but cant travel. Very very bad experience.
