The atmosphere was typical I Hop. I went for breakfast. I had good service and good food and I Hop style coffee. Coffee could be improved. Kid-friendliness: I Hop caters to children. Wheelchair accessibility: One floor so should be easy for a wheelchair.

I went for a quick bite to eat and was so impressed with my server Misty. She greeted me at the door with a smile. She was very helpful and accommodating with my special requests for food. And she checked on me frequently to make sure I was good. She is a great server. Vegetarian options: They have plant based sausage patties (Impossible brand)

So this will be a little different review IHOP your staff is always friendly I m the GM for a local bar I bring my staff in here after a long night of serving customers and they always greet us with hugs and a smile !! I wouldn t take my staff anywhere els !! From the managers to the servers they all greet us !! Absolutely amazing Now for the different part there s an individual that posted a review named John the description he s posting and making that situation out to be is false in almost every detail, I was bringing my staff and little sister in when this supposed altercation occurred, first and foremost your staff was very professional. John was aggressive and very erratic trying to provoke y all s staff, John was definitely out for an altercation, your staff took care of that situation in a calm manner even tho they were being yelled at by JOHN, If you want more details I d be happy to explain more JOHN if your reading this you need to learn some manners , stop yelling at people who are trying to help and have no control over the weather , learn to read because the door definitely had a sign on it explaining the situation, not everything if your way so stop throwing a temper tantrum like a little kid when the world dosnt go the way you want it. Just because they are servers and cooks dosnt make them beneath you .

Definitely favorite place to come after a long night at work for both my brother and I. The employees are the best super nice and work their butts off, the cooks do as well! People need to be more considerate about the circumstances that the PEOPLE who are serving you are working in. John you are not the only person they are serving, you also need to check your ego, pride, and entitlement. It s disrespectful and disgusting. ANYWAYS, it s a great place to be and vibe at they are sweet every time we come through and sweet to everyone around us as well. I recently ordered takeout from IHOP, and I was thoroughly impressed. The Strawberry Cinnabon crepes were absolutely the best Ive ever had perfectly cooked and deliciously sweet. Miss Cynthia, who took my order, was exceptionally kind and made the entire process seamless. Additionally, the staff, including managers Deserae and Luz, were incredibly friendly and attentive. Their warmth and professionalism truly stood out. The restaurant itself was spotless and had a really nice atmosphere, which made the whole experience even better. The combination of outstanding food, excellent service, and a clean, welcoming environment made for a memorable experience. I highly recommend IHOP for anyone seeking a delightful meal and exceptional service.

I ordered my food online at 12:02am and it showed it would be ready at 12:20am and I showed up at 12:40am. I received a message from IHOP saying go to the app and let us know when you arrive and I did. It was raining so I got out to go get the order and the door was locked and a sign showed closed. You could see people inside eating and you could see employees walking around.So I tried calling and you can t through to anyone and I already responded to the app. So I knocked on the door for what seemed like 10 minutes when someone finally came to the door and said the power is out. I told the manager I had a call in and I was trying to explain when a cook came up to me yelling and telling me to leave. I said I ordered my food almost a hour ago and he said what s the name? So I told him and he said Oh yeah it s ready. While I was waiting I called my son and we decided to cancel the order. So I told them I wanted to cancel the order and the same cook tells me you can t and that I have to take it. This young man needs to stop with entitled attitude and treat customers with respect! Especially when he and IHOP are in wrong. My food was cold and we threw it away. $45 down the drain. If the power is out and you don t have phone service and you don t receive messages and you had 3 shelves of to go orders you would think common sense would say put a close sign with a phone number to call to pick up to go orders. But I guess that would be Dumb. The manager was nice but the cook needs to be talked to and stay away from customers. IHOP needs to figure out emergency action plans in situations like the power outages.

Omg, me and my kids just loved how friendly and nice out server Karen W. was when we came in to eat breakfast. Ms. Karen as they called her made sure that my daughter and my son got exactly what they wanted and even talked and laughed with them as much as she could. She also made sure that our food came out quick and hot my coffee cup stayed full and she always came around to check and see if we were enjoying our food and to see if we needed anything else. Ms. Karen W. was even nice enough to escort my daughter to the ladies room so that me and my son could continue to enjoy our food. Now that in its self is great restaurant hospitality and i just wanna say Thank You to Ms. Karen Williams for making our early morning Breakfast time a Morning and a Meal to Remember. Always enjoy IHOP and this location is a favorite. Wait staff is always friendly and food has always been prepared just as we ordered! Parking: The parking lot is large but this location can get very busy which makes it difficult to find a spot. Personally, we would appreciate a few more handicap spots.

My experience with the service was excellent; I seated myself with my daughter, and Trina was exceptionally kind. Ill definitely return to spend time with her. Both my daughter and I were treated with great care during our dinner. However, the food left much to be desired. My omelette was far from enjoyable, and my hash browns were burnt, making them unpalatable. While I suspect Trina noticed, I didnt request a replacement because I was already full and mindful of the bustling environment. The staffs hospitality is truly commendable; their customer service ranks among the best in town. However, if you happen to hear confident singing emanating from the kitchen, it might be wise to reconsider your order, as culinary prowess doesnt always match vocal confidence.

Well lucky us ( not really)they sat us near the kitchen and the first thing we hear is an argument and f... & more cursing and then who the F... is cleaning tables and it went on till we left. And as far as food I couldnt figure out why the bill was $58.00 and it definitely was a disappointment my sister ordered a garden salad and was told they didnt have it ... like really ? The waitress was alright but understandable it would be hard working in that environment. Totally disappointed since weve been there in the past and it was totally great . Definitely not going there anymore.

I have no clue what was going on with the chef but everytime eggs got sent back for being under done or overdone you could hear her yelling about it in front of house. It ruined a decent meal.

If I could I would rate it zero stars. Ordered right away. Took them an hour to bring out our food not busy at all. Food was cold. Never came back to refill coffee. Floor was dirty. I should of read the reviews before I decided to stop.
