I was hesitant to have our house pressure washed due to its age. I was worried it would damage the exterior and/or leave chips in our cobblestone walkway and driveway. Boy was I wrong!! Richard did an excellent job so much so had/has our neighbors slowing down to peek at what a difference its made. Our house looks spectacular!! Dont hesitate call Richard at Southern Shine.

Richard did an amazing job cleaning my windows. I m so happy with the results! He cleaned my windows inside and out, removed and cleaned my screens and put them back in. I can t believe the difference it made. His price was very reasonable for the quality of the work. He came when he said he would and had the work done in no time. I highly recommend Southern Shine.

We found Richard when our neighbor recommended him and now we are regular customers. The house pressure washing was absolutely amazing, it s like putting your house through a drive through wash and you watch the bubbles from inside! Richard also cleaned the windows inside/outside, pressure washed our carport and entrance. Our house looked so clean and nice, like brand new. I recently reached out to him again for another window cleaning and turned out great again. It s very easy to book and pay. I was happy to contact Richard for cleaning my exterior walls and driveway. He was prompt in responding to my queries, explained how he would take care of the dark stains and guess what, his quote was cheapest out of 5-6 quotes, I got. He showed up right on time and did an awesome job. A picture of his work is worth a thousand words. Highly recommended.

Richard and his crew Steve And Israel did an amazing job on transforming my home! I honestly had no idea how many amazing bright terra-cotta colors my roof actually consisted of. Once all of the black mildew and different shades of green lichen were removed, and almost like new roof was revealed! I used to have 15-year-old crêpe, myrtles that were hanging on all corners of the house that allowed for mildew to develop on the stucco as well as the roof. That has all been removed and it looks as if I got a paint job. My Home goes up to three stories and I was very apprehensive that anybody could actually get onto the third floor. Israel accomplished this with ease and when I looked up and saw a human of a roofline, I almost had to giggle because he looked like an elf on the shelf! All three of these gentlemen were a pleasure to work with. They were kind and professional, and. Worked very diligently. I appreciated that they took such care preserving my roses with a neutralizing spray. They were cognizant of the fact I am trying to list my home and needed to try to keep those petals in bloom for photography. Both of my neighbors voiced concerns to me about what could be potentially over spraying onto their property., Richard was super kind and polite, and took the time to reassure them that he was just neutralizing with a water hose. He even offered to access their property line to directly spray on their vegetation in order to Reassure them that their trees and shrubs were getting neutralized as well. A very pleasant crew that I would have no trouble recommending to a friend and in fact, I already have! I look forward to working with them in the future.

I responded to their Facebook ad and so happy I did. Our house had some mildew on the limestone that would not come off from our regular power washing. This crew got every inch of my outside stone and cleaned my windows for a very reasonable price. They showed up when they said they were going to snd worked 7 hours in this 105+ temperatures. I live in Rim Rock in Driftwood. I would call them to get an estimate and we ll worth the money to maintain your home! Thank you guys!

He even blocked out enough time to do the job same day if I needed. The price was amazing, quality of work and the efficiency was even better. Ricky was amazing! He was able to fit me into the schefule before the holidays. I had my whole house powerwashed, gutters cleaned and sidewalks, porch and a crazy long driveway cleaned. Couldnt believe how fair the price was....especially for how dirty the concrete was and how long my driveway is. I just moved into a newly purchased home, and made the mistake of putting a coir doormat outside my front door. After the recent heavy rains, the mat heavily stained my sidewalk, and it was an unattractive mess! I emailed Richard from Southern Shine on a Friday evening, heard back from him within an hour and he was here to pressure clean the sidewalk at 9 am the next morning!
